Delivery was reasonable as was customer service but it could have been better
the product i ordered was a little confusing to get going. You really needed to read the full manual as the 'quick' ones were not of much use. When i called onedirect for advice and help with getting the equipment working they were polite but couldn't actually answer my query straight away. I was finding the information quicker than the person I had called. Eventually we got the equipment going but when i asked if they could call me back to check it was working they were too busy with other calls and declined. I would have expected more having spent just short of £150. I am still not sure on how a couple of things work but i will persevere with the manual as i don't think i am going to get any better advice from the onedirect.
