Ordered my new lens and as promised was delivered to the UK in less than 48 hours, today i recieved a letter from DHL requesting Customs and VAT charges that are required i emailed a copy of the letter to Onestop-Digital and before i had finished paying DHL i had recieved a reply from Onestop informing me they had refunded the charges to me, and there was tan email from world pay to confirm it. What more can you want from a company? I will definitely be using them again, fantastic to deal with.
I ordered a Nikon lens on Saturday night and it arrived on Tuesday. As it was a bank holiday weekend, I consider this to be excellent service. The lens is just as described and perfect for my needs. I will definitely use this company again
Onestopdigital sold me Canon 5D markII which looked like brand new but after one year when I sold it the buyer told me that the camera had 130 000 actuations in spite of the fact that in one year I took only between 5 and 10 000 photos (actuations). It means that when I bought it from onestopdigital the camera already had over 120 000 actuations (photos taken). So they sold me an old camera in a disguise of the brand new body! I've contacted onestopdigital reminded them I was their customer for a long time but they told me that I was the owner of the camera for a year and it is now to late to do anything about it so I decided to do my best to tell the truth about this swindle warning people to never buy anything from onestopdigital.
Ordered a Canon D5 body, two lenses and a remote from these guys which arrived from Hong Kong three days after I'd made the order. The remote control did not work, so I mailed them back and received the same response as Dave (below), namely that if I returned the remote and it was found to be working, I would be liable for postage both ways and a test fee from Canon, and that I should take it to a camera shop to test on other equipment. I did, and found it not to be working , so mailed them accordingly. Satisfied that it was truly broken, they gave me details of a UK address (PO Box) to return the remote to and said that they would make a full refund for the remote and refund me for the postage. I mailed it off. Hadn't heard anything 2 weeks later, so mailed them again. They wrote back almost immediately to apologise, stating that they hadn't checked the PO Box, then made the refund 2 minutes later.
Going to order another couple of lenses from them as soon as pay day comes along.
I ordered my new lens on the 30/12/12, it arrived this morning (3/1/13) from Hong Kong. it was well packaged, so speed of delivery was fantastic (especially as I ordered some stuff from Digital Rev not 10 minutes later and that is still in Hong Kong!) Although, the invoice is marked as a "gift" (which is to avoid customs duty I suspect, but I may be wrong on that) so I'm not sure how I go about putting it through my company books!
I paid an extra £10 for a 7 year warranty on the lens which I'm not too sure on, as the underwriters of the guarantee are in the USA so if anything goes wrong it would seem I would have to ship the part to them at my own expense! None of which was mentioned at time of purchase.
Other than that, I'll test the lens when the camera from DigitalRev arrives and hope all is well from there on out.
I bought a Canon 40mm STM lens, it was delivered quickly but the box showed signs of being opened and the lens had a white spec inside it. I ignored this because I firmly believe one little spec will not affect the performance of the lens however after some use it became clear the lens also has a severe front focus issue, when shooting wide open with a subject about 10 meters away the subject will be soft and the ground right in front of my feet will be tack sharp.
I believe this lens has been returned before and I have received a second hand lens that is also faulty.
I emailed the company to express my concerns and basically got a massive fob off that started off badly by claiming it's very unusual for Canon lenses to have focus problems (not true) and then asked me to jump through various hoops before trying to scare me off by saying if Canon found the lens to be working correctly I would have to pay for postage both ways and also pay Canon's "inspection fee"
I am at a loss what to do now as I get the impression that sending this lens back will just result in more excuses and denials and costing me more money!
I will never use this company again, I have a useless lens that I feel I cannot send back. If I buy from Hong Kong again it will be via ebay, at least the sellers have to obey ebay's rules and offer decent customer service.

Don't insult my intelligence!
I ordered a lens from One Stop Digital and it took the lens 2 weeks to arrive, Everything was fine until the lens developed a fault and I sent the lens to Tamron to repair and to my surprise they refused to honor the warranty as this is a GREY IMPORT. I went back and contacted One Stop Digital and they now refuse to honor the warranty as it is now out of date. If I had known about this at the time I would of returned the lens to One Stop digital.
DO NOT BE FOOLED by this company, you do not get 1 years manufacturers warranty as all, the warranty is with One Stop Digital who require you to send it to them. I will not be buying from them again and I recommend you DON NOT BUY from this people.
To start with, I would like to say that I normally wouldn't find the time to write a review but on this occasion I felt I ought to.
I like many was very sceptical but again like many was very surprised at the speed in which I received my order. I ordered the item from Onestop digital on Monday evening and paid the extra £10 for DHL. Order was despatched on Wednesday with Tracking number for the parcel so I kept a very close eye on the tracking updates as I was very anxious. The Parcel went through Hong Kong sorting office and on to Germany then arrived in the UK all in a day. DHL delivered my parcel at 4.30pm on Thursday.
I Can't speak for those few who have left a negative review but I can't believe how quickly I received my parcel from the other side of the world (and just to add - Extremely well packaged)

I totally echo over 90% of the reviews here. This company is astoundingly good. I ordered my camera on Thursday evening and paid by PayPal. My camera was dispatched on Saturday lunchtime from Hong Kong. It was through customs (no charges to me) and at the local DHL Delivery centre by lunchtime on Saturday. Finally it was delivered to me on lunchtime Monday. The packaging was manufacturers plus a layer of bubble wrap, then tightly wrapped paper, then a DHL plastic sealed bag. DHL had dented the box in transit, but due to the packaging, no damage at all. The camera is exactly what I ordered and even came with a UK charger plug.
I cannot praise the service enough to date. Like many here, I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Many thanks OneStop Digital.
This was the first time I used one stop digital. I was a little worried about ordering something from Hong Kong but the price was fantastic so I thought I'd give them a go. I was sent a confirmation e mail to say that payment had been received and another to say it had been dispatched. My lens was sent with dhl on Monday and it arrived the day after! Crazy fast and packaged really well. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and won't hesitate to use them in the future.
Many thousands have gone to these guys. The service is 100% spot on. We are semi pros (we get paid though not full time jobs). We have not ordered from anywhere else in 5 years. Why would you?
Your goods are with you within days - ignore the couple of bad reviews here - I suspect they are from UK retailers not real customers.
It was very easy to find required item on their website and the price was the lowest I had seen.

I ordered a Tokina 11-16mm 2.8 Lens for my Canon 7D.
I'd been shopping around for a while, and noticed that Onestop Digital offering a far more affordable price than any of the other companies. I decided to order through PayPal and was initially fairly skeptical.
I ordered on a Sunday, and the package arrived on Wednesday morning. The lens was in perfect condition and well packaged, and I was able to track my order fairly accurately.
Overall I have no complaints, and will happily purchase from Onestop Digital again ;)
I did the usual thing and read the reviews of a few places before buying my new lens.
There are a couple of reviews of Onestop Digital that concerned me, mainly saying that the package value had been stated wrongly and it had been stopped at customs.
I decided to take the risk, but also opted for the additional £10 DHL delivery cost. It paid off.
It was despatched from Hong Kong about 48 hours ago and just arrived at my door. It was well packaged (I now have enough bubble wrap to make a lightweight mini-me) and in full working order.
I couldn't have asked for a better service.
I ordered a Nissin D866 mark 2 flash from this company on a Thursday and i received it the following Wednesday. That was Hong Kong to Scotland. The service was 1st class and i was kept fully informed of the process the entire way, and saved myself £20 !! Do not be put off by this company just because they are based in HK. I would not hesitate to buy from them again !!..

How onestop gets all these good reviews,I do not know. I checked them before making a purchase of a new canon lens,reassured by the reviews I went ahead. Paid extra to get it before Xmas,waited in on two occasions for promised delivery,after getting in touch with fedex,I was told it was being checked by customs. So when I realised that I wouldn't get it any time soon,I cancelled my order. However I have since received a letter from uk customs,stating that they checked the parcel
and the invoice enclosed was for a lens gift value £16,although I paid over £200 for the lens ! So i now have to provide all sorts of evidence to customs,as they have informed me that under declaring goods is an offence. All I wanted was a lens,not all the problems involved.
I would be very cautious about buying from this company.
I bought a Canon lens from them and found them excellent to deal with. Great, helpful communications and fast shipment.
I did have a little bit of import duty to pay which Onestop said they would have been willing to recompense me for, but to be honest I didn't bother, as it was a great price and great service.
Order for my Canon 60D was placed on 18th October and delivered via DHL on 20th October.
As soon as goods were shipped, I received an email, containing a link to the DHL website, which gave my up to date tracking details.
Prices are about the best you can get and service is on the same level.
This is my 2nd order from this superb retailer, and it certainly will not be my last.
I ordered my lens on the Saturday evening. It arrived at my door in Wiltshire, UK, the following Wednesday. The customer service replied to my emails very quickly prior to me making my order and the lens was sent via Fedex with full tracking from Honh Kong! I'm very pleased and saved myself about £150 on UK price! Excellent!

I found the lens I bought slightly cheaper elsewhere, but after emailing onestop digital they matched the price for me. The lens was delivered from hong kong to london in 2 days- very quick and no delivery charges
I bought few items from one-stop digital Sigma 17-70mm, Canon 50mm f1.8, Tokina 12-24mm and few filters as well and what can I say they has got really fast delivery, sometimes faster then from UK almost no longer then (5-7days) good prices, fantastic service. I'm really happy to do business with company like is one-stop digital.
Received a Tamron 17-50mm 2.8 all in good time, however upon taking a few test shots it showed severe front focus, and was soft on one side of the lens compared to the other.
Customer service insisted it was probably my camera body, although I advised them that none of my other fast primes suffered with any focus problem.
They then said they would accept me to return the lens, but that they would then send it on to Tamron to inspect (who knows how long that would have taken), and charge me Tamron's fee if they didn't agree the lens was faulty, and that they would also charge me re-stock fee, and the original cost of the postage to me.
At this point I became very angry, and simply kept insisting the lens was faulty and that regardless of what Tamron said I wanted a FULL refund.
Eventually they backed down and agreed to a full refund, however I was still down £14 return postage.
I’m no a person usually writing comments. But with the service given by one stop digital is excellent and very professional. Before buying from one stop digital I placed an Order with Jessops. They said lens will be delivering with in 10 days. But it not reached even after 3 week. When I asked how long will it take they said it can be another 2 weeks and but it also not sure. So I cancelled it. When I’m going to buy this from one stop digital I had a doubt because they are Hong Kong Company. But I went for this after reading so many comments and all are good. Here, my lens is 25% cheaper than Jessops. After purchasing after 3 days my order has been delivered. Which is superb fast. As they tell TAX guarantee this true. I didn’t want to pay any tax even my lens is £650. They only took 10-15 min to reply my mails when Jessops took 24 hrs to 1 week. Great place to buy your goods. I’m strongly recommended. Being very cautious about where I spend my pension I checked this site out, amongst others. Overall the reviews were very favourable so I decided to buy a replacement lens from them. Order placed Fri. 11th Mar (Sat. their time). Email from them (picked up Mon 14th Mar.) to say lens was out of stock (a pity the website didn't mention this at the time, although it does now). I replied to their email asking if I wanted to cancel or order an alternative immediately by asking for an alternative to be sent. This lens was received by me on Thurs. 17th Mar. which is not only a credit to onestop-digital but DHL as well, particularly as my original order was for their standard delivery service. I can only assume onestop-digital sent it via DHL as compensation for not being able to supply the original lens. My only small gripe is that although I asked in my email reply asking for the alternative lens from onestop-digital how they intended to refund the difference in price (the alternative was cheaper) there was no response. However, after leaving it a few days I sent them a polite but firm email asking for the refund which prompted a very quick, apologetic reply and the refund, via Paypal. So all in all I am extremely happy to have made the purchase from onestop-digital and would be very happy to buy from them again and have no hesitation in reccommending them.
The title says everything from this company however the worst thing was the tracking, and it's not onestop's fault. Had no import fees at all, every single query answered very very promptly, not had a problem with the camera so far ( hope not either ) but i would assume the after sevice is as good as the purchase, definitely the cheapest anywhere for what i bought, even with full uk manual and uk 3 pin plug. Bought a new Tokina AT-X 116 Pro DX Lens from Onestop Digital on 01/feb/10, received emails notifying of dispach and FedEX tracking no.
Recieved item 03/feb/10. also notified that if there was an issue with tax or customs to forward details and they would deal direct, didnt have to worry about that tho. :D

The speed of delivery was second to none. The packaging was nothing short of bomb proof. The price was the lowest by a big margin. Their communication both before and during the purchase was of the highest standards and exceptionally quick.
In short if you want an item that Onestop Digital can supply you must give them a try. I am sure that you will not be dissapointed in any way. I will go back to them again and again. Well done and thank you very much for every thing Onestop Digital.

So I did. I gave them a list of (respected, not ebay) sellers on the internet where one could find way better prices than Onestop digital offers them for.
No replies or whatsoever, not even a reply in which they state that they can't lower the prices for whatever reason. However, they did reply on my e-mails when I showed interest in a certain lens. Need I say more? It seems this shop can't be taken serious for whatever they write on their website.
For me, as a person that lives thousands of miles away of a certain shop, it is important that I can rely on the people behind a website and that what is stated on a website is true. Not trustworthy.
OneStop Digital does everything it says. All my e-mails were answered promptly, comprehensively and curteously. Couldn't ask for more pre-sale. Post sale they were just as good. Despite the ash cloud fiasco their carrier DHL got the goods to me very quickly. Couldn't be happier. No VAT. No Import Duties - just as promised.
Bought a Canon EF 100mm 1:2.8 L IS USM for £696, quite a bit cheaper than anyhwere in UK. The order was processed and despatched very quickly/immediately. It was as described and arrived with all accessories and in perfect condition, withing 2 days!!!! From Hong Kong!!!! to UK.
The only cheaper one I could find was with Simply Electronics, but I couldn't find anything on their site about express delivery or VAT/Duty refund guarantee. But just in case anyone is wavering between Onestop and Simply Electronics, it's worth pointing out I bought a Canon EF-S 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6 IS lens from Simply Electronics before Christmas and that arrived within 10 days, was very cheap and arrived as described.
It's also worth pointing out that although Onestop offer a pricematch guarantee, they wouldn't match Simply Electronics £27 cheaper price, quoting their bad reputation as a disqualifier, which I thought was weird.
But Onestop are cheap, they are very quick and they do offer that customs/duty guarantee. Oh, and BTW, the lens is brilliant.
I am not on leaving reviews usually but this I feel I have to because they deserve it.
I ordered a Canon 85mm f/1.2 Mark II on Saturday 17 of October.
On "Sunday" ( I was not expecting an answer before Monday) they replied to me and delivered straight on 19 Oct Monday morning.
I just got the lens after just 2 days, only!!
From Hong Kong to South of Ireland in 2 days only? Can you believe it? Fedex express the courier.... :)
Packed in a good way (box slightly damaged in the corners but I repeat "slightly" maybe during the trip. Lens and all the rest inside the box in perfect conditions and NEW with original Canon warranty.
Additional point: They reply to your email so if you need to ask something or clarify any doubt you feel ok also from that point of view.
What can I say more than this? GO FOR IT!
