Placed an order for a simple Nokia phone, had an immediate email to say out of stock but would be delivered in a week. 10 days later and no sign of any phone (birthday present), no response to an email, so phoned on 10p/min line - pleasantly surprised at the quick pick up , very polite (irritatingly so !) person who "understood my frustration", and passed me on ( soothing musak for a short while) to a salesperson who offered to sell an alternative phone. I asked to cancel my order and requested a refund as their email had mentioned taking payment at that stage to avoid delay, to be told, correctly as it turned out, that no money had been taken. So, calmed down considerably, as my beef apart from not receiving the phone was that they had taken the money in advance was incorrect, rather took the wind out of my sails, so they earn 2 stars instead of the minus 2 that I had planned to award them.
Absolutely scandalous work, don't even go near them! Can't even get my phone delivered and it's been over two weeks! They don't answer the phone that YOU have to pay for, and if they do they they put you on hold for ages and never come back to you. They never email you back or call you back.
Ordered a fone which told me was in stock and then 2 days later when i queried it was out of stock. I was advised it will be 7days untill i get it but week went by and they advised again another 7days.
Decided to cancel the order and order a different fone. Again same problem. This time customer service was shockingly bad, rude, arrogant and felt like he couldnt give a sh*t. Refused to give me his name or pass me to a manager!
Never use them! Such a joke! Same reviews by everyone!
Have used these guys 3 times now - all cashback deals. Have to say they have never skipped a beat on the cashback. As long as you send the correct docs and in good time (I schedule it on my phone) they always text me to say my claim has been accepted. Cheque arrives 2 weeks later. Done this now probably 16/17 times and never had a problem.
Can't say much about their customer service line because I've never had to use it. They do some great cheap-as-chips deals too. Only 4 stars as they don't provide geographic phone numbers to call in on. A small fault but most others are the same.
Have had nothing but trouble with this company. 3 weeks and many phone calls and the entire phone package has still not arrived. Micheal called and left a number asking me to phone back and confirm the order. the number he left on my answering machine was wrong. A week later i got an email saying the order had been cancelled. I called them and the girl who answered had to plead with Michael to help. He was being rude and arrogant and did not want to help. The order was placed again. a week later the phone hadn't arrived as there had been 'crossed wires'. After many phone calls it was sent out the next day. minus the SIM card. 3 weeks later and I am still waiting for the whole package to arrive. Their sales number is free, but customer services is premium rate. This company is a sham. Don't go with them.
