We currently rent a Zip HydroTap and we are very pleased with the service, they come and clean it every few months and the technicians are very polite. We did have a problem with a broken tap but they came the next day to replace it.
Would recommend to everybody.
There is an excellent range of water coolers which made it difficult to choose. We went for the Enki Mains Fed Water Cooler. It was a very easy process, no problems whatsoever. The purchase was immediately confirmed and a delivery day/installation was given for the next working day. Delivery/installation was done by one of their fully trained staff members and it was delivered the next day. It was up and working literally within 10 minutes. The water Cooler looks great in our office, so much so we are considering another one. This is how all purchases should be, no problems, easy transactions, delivery as promised and top quality products. I would definitely recommend Blue Mountain Water, they have set the standard very high and wish all sellers would be as good as them.
Finding a reliable water delivery company is not as easy as it looks, there are very few water cooler company reviews so below I will give you my opinion on the mater.
The office water coolers industry has been plagued by companies offering cheap water coolers (rented or purchased) that don’t live up to the service or standards stated by the company.
I started using Blue Mountain Water (aka onewater.co.uk) just over 10 years ago I started with a small bottled water cooler which I rented with a plan where they just delivered the water/cups on an automated time table and when I needed more or less they were more than helpful to accommodate my needs. Since my first encounter with Blue Mountain Water I have rented/purchased many mains fed/bottled water coolers and water boilers and have always received the same reliable speedy service every time (not to mention they always have the best prices).
When I place an order I usually have it the next day and if it’s not the next day it’s that day after, there installation service is painless and simple and they come every few months to clean and maintain the coolers they let me know in advance when they are coming and also ring again an hour before they turn up.
Every time I ring I only have to wait seconds till its answered and the person who answers the phone always deals with my enquiries and knows exactly what I discussed last time. Very easy, fast and patient, they confirm everything through email and keep me updated with the progress of my orders.
One of the coolers I have stopped dispensing hot water so I rang Blue Mountain Water and 3 hours later they were there fixing it, sadly it couldn’t be fixed so they replaced the unit there and then, it took a total of 4 hours from my first phone call to fix the problem!
I have never had such an excellent service before. Thanks Blue Mountain Water I hope to do many more years business with you.
