I live in India. Several weeks before my visit to Europe I booked a ticket to a Spanish premier league match in Bilbao, Spain (the match was on December 1, 2013). Onlineticketexpress (which has several other online avatars and you need to take care), promised me that it would deliver my ticket to an address in Bilbao. On the basis on this assurance I booked nonrefundable air tickets and made a hotel reservation. Less than two days before the match, onlineticketexpress called me up to say that it cannot courier the ticket to my hotel in Bilbao as it has some issues with its courier company. That was it. There was nothing I could do. I was stranded in Brussels when I got this news. While I did get a refund from the company, I lost a considerable amount of money on my airfare and hotel booking. What a pathetic, disgusting company.

One year ago I went with my son to the UK to watch Tottenham. I booked the tickets with OnlineTicketExpress but never received any (although shippingadress in London was confirmed by both parties). Ended up empty handed and had to fly back to Stockholm with a disappointed son. ´They never replied back with an explanation.
They are a complete fake.
The quicker we get out of europe the better it will be.
well here I am waiting for tickets for the England v Australia game Nov 2nd . Partner has taken a days holiday and we were supposed to have a steady drive down to London.
Numerous phone calls promise of delivering on the thursday never materilised. I never got the same story twice . They are just blatant liars and how the goverment of the day can let this continue is beyond belief. They cannot even tell me who the special delievery is by. hate to say it but i think our weekend is Buggard. .I agree with all the comments above and below . Stay away from this company they are burgalars, crims , rogues and vagabonds who dont care about anything . I would swear but that would only bring me down to a level miles above them . These people are lower than a snakes balls and you cant get any lower than that

A company has to be a validated 5 Star Rip-off merchant to be featured on BBC's Rip Off Britain so deal with them at your peril!

I was very keen on getting centre court tickets for Day 1 at this year’s Wimbledon Championships. I was informed by an acquaintance of a website that seemed to have the tickets available. The URL is www.onlineticketexpress.com. The website has been beautifully designed and shows Mastercard and Visa verifications on their booking pages. While I am always very careful about transacting online and would have normally verified the authenticity of the verified before proceeding, my excitement at getting the tickets got the better of me and I proceeded to buy the tickets on 19th Jan this year by paying GBP1490.
The trouble started on 27th May, when I received a mail from their customer service department that I will be delivered the tickets just 1 day prior to the match at my hotel. This made me suspicious, as the debenture tickets are legally transferrable and should have been picked up within a few days of my purchase. I tried to call them on multiple occasions and sent them 3 emails on 27th and 28th of May asking them to call me. A few days after that, someone from a Spain number (+354..) called me and assured me that I will get the tickets 3 days before the match. However when I did not get the tickets at my London hotel on 21st June, I once again tried to call them several times without any response. I then sent them an email on 22nd, 23rd and 3 emails on 24th June (the day of the match) asking for an update. Then at around noon (London time) i.e. an hour before the match they sent me an email saying they tried to reach me and since they could not do so, they will consider the tickets as delivered. They attached a copy of the ticket they had allegedly bought for me which were seats right at the back of the stadium and not the debenture tickets that I had bought. I immediately replied to them saying I am waiting at the hotel and no one has called me but no response. I yet again tried to call them several times but no response. They have not bothered to reply to the email nor called me back as they know I am from Singapore and not in a position to file a criminal case against them in Spain.
It was an expensive lesson learnt and will never try to buy any tickets from a non-Singapore online site.
Seriously... I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Unless they killed my entire family... and then I'd recommend it. Was on vacation in Europe and found out a few of my favorite bands were going to be together at a show within an hour of where I was. I picked out the first company I found online... unfortunately this one... and have regretted it ever since.
ZERO customer service. Literally... none. Couldn't get a hold of them when my tickets didn't arrive by the day of the show. I was willing to pick them up from somewhere if I could've just got help. Ended up having to buy tickets from a scalper, paying much more than they were worth, AND THEN couldn't get a refund because they "assured" me that the tickets were shipped.

Still waiting for a response from the company to see if they are going to refund since I did not even watch the game because they delivered the wrong seats. I already talked to many people at tennis match and they are going to follow up. I hope they are honest and see their mistake. I will let everyone know the outcome.
I recently bought 4 tickets to the Champions League final through easysportstickets (another brand of online ticket express). I did not read all these bad reviews before after I had paid for the tickets. I regretted the purchase at once of course.
HOWEVER.. It may be that it was because the tickets were very expensive, but one thing was certain: they worked hard in order to make sure I got the tickets. And I received them today (two days before the event) at my office in country far from either their office or the stadium. I wanted to give them 5 stars for good effort, but due to difficulties reaching them by phone and some confusion back and forth regarding seats etc., I give them 3 stars. I'm sure people have been wronged in the past but Online ticket express is not a scam.
We wanted to see the game Chelsea vs. Everton last Sunday. Therefore we travelled from Germany to London over the weekend and paid £464 for 4 tickets, bought in January. Surprise, surprise, no tickets delivered, no answer to phone calls or emails.
Lucky for them they don't have an adress given on the homepage, otherwise they would have a problem now!
My husband wanted to treat our boys to see their beloved Everton and so went online and found Online Ticket Express. This was one of the only places he could find the tickets as the match was almost sold out. So, he ordered 3 tickets and paid a total of £405. As soon as he told me, I looked online and found the bad reviews so he phoned his bank and attempted to stop the payment....TOO LATE!
The tickets never turned up .... surprise, surprise .... and I received NO responses to my emails to them. The bank have not refunded the money either so we are £405 out of pocket.

My dad and I bought tickets to go see Chelsea-Steaua (end of February, the match was on 14 of March, as we are Steaua fans). We paid everything, done all the steps and 1 day before the match I eventually found in my spam box an email from them saying "we tried to reach you via phone in the last 3 days, but no one answered". I had not received a phone call at all from them. Eventually they said that they will return the money in 30 business days. That never happened either. My Dad (as he paid with his card) had to go to the bank and, thankfully enough to those people there, they asked for the emails from them in which they said they`ll send the money back (also we had to prove that we tried to contact them after those 30 business days - and I did, and no answer at all).
At the end, there were no tickets, nothing!! Lucky we had our money back just a few days ago.
P.S. I will give anyone a good tip if you want to get in contact quick with them. So, if you try ringing them and no one answers, go on their website and log into your account and click on a random ticket ( like pretend you are looking to buy a ticket). After that log out and wait for a few hours, or even worst the next day, but they will ring you and tell you that they`ve seen you been interested in those particular tickets. And you can start telling that man off over the phone!!!

I bought two tickets for the game Barcelona-Betis (5/5/2013). I paid what these people call VIP GOLD, which means that I will get seats along the side of the field. I got two seats in one of the corner of the field. But what it was much more weird that I didn't receive actually tickets but two Member cards with their photos, and two additional cards with the seats number, and one letter with instructions how to use those cards. Such letter that I was forbidden to take it with me to the stadium (?), like nobody should see it or else. My wife and I were sweating bullets, as we were going thru those check points,because we did not look like those in the cards. besides one of the cards was a child photo. I don't know if the Barcelona club is aware of this situation.
PLEASE DON'T GET IN BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. SOMETHING SMELL VERY FISHY.

This company is run by criminals. I had a 'confirmed' order for 2 tickets for the Barcelona Bayern game. They committed to deliver them to my hotel in Barcelona at 17:00 on the day of the game. Needsless to say, no tickets, nobody reachable via the phone. We need to stop this and take them to court.
Spent a small fortune in Dec on tickets for the Liverpool vs Chelsea game on the 21st April then saw the huge volume of poor reviews that they have. Started calling them to confirm I was actually getting tickets 4 days before the game. When they eventually answered the phone I was told repeated lies about the ticket delivery right up to 48 hours before the game. Spent most of the weekend checking my phone & e-mail for updates, but there was no communication from these frauds and no tickets arrived. A week later and still no response to my queries on why the tickets didn't turn up or any attempt to remedy the situation with a refund. The matter is now with my bank to try and recover the funds. I only wish I'd looked up the reviews of these cowboys before paying them and ruining what was meant to be a great Christmas present for my partner. Avoid them like the plague!!!
Min mand havde bestilt 2 billetter til kampen mellem Juventus og Milan til vores søn og nevø, som er store Juventus fan. Da onlineticketexpress ikke kunne nå at levere til vores hjemadresse i Esbjerg Danmark, blev vi lovet, at de ville blive sendt til vores hotel i Torino Italien. Da vi kom til hotellet fredag var der ingen billetter. Lørdag brugte vi meget af vores tid på hotellet, da receptionen var lukket. Der kom ingen billetter. Søndag ringede vi til onlineticketexpress gentagne gange uden held. Vi prøvede på mail heller ingen held. Søndag eftermiddag prøvede vi at skaffe billetter på anden måde uden held, da alt var udsolgt. Vi havde opgivet, og besluttet at køre tilbage til Danmark, da billetterne endelig kom 3 timer før kampens start. Vores søn og nevø endte med at få en god oplevelse, men med den service vil vi aldrig købe billetter der igen og vil stærkt fraråde andre det, da usikkerheden ikke er rar for 2, som har drømt om denne tur i mange år.
"Purchased tickets" in December 2012 for my husband and I to see Liverpool v Chelsea 21/04/13. Paid the money and never heard from them with confirmation, sent emails of which they never replied and took about 50 calls before they answer their phone. Was told all was grand when they finally answered. Rang them two days before the game as the tickets still hadnt arrived and was assured they would by Saturday 1pm for the match on the sunday. funny enough theyre closed at the weekend. no one to ring and ate the balls off. Well they never arrived. Should be sitting in Anfield now waiting for the game. They are pack of tramps can't believe how they're getting away with it.

I`ve decide to book tickets through onlineticketexpress for Man Utd vs Norwich game (2nd March 2013) for friend and myself. Price wasn`t too bad 243 euro for two tickets which I couldn`t get on Man Utd website (was none left when I was checking). After registering account on onlineticketexpress I got phone call from them, saying to order it as soon as possible because only few left. I did pay for it (end of January), and there was no contact with them since. I`ve decide to check ticket for another match (Man Utd - Real Madrit) to see if they`re going to contact me relating with another match. After an hour I got phone call - again man was saying to book it because it`s only few tickets left - I start asking him about tickets for Norwich game, he said he will send me all informations on my e-mail. I got some e-mail but it was same sh*t as on their website (rules about sending tickets 5 days before match with reccomendation to send it to hotel). 2 days before match they rang me that they can`t send tickets to Ireland and asked me for address of my hotel. They changed details of shipping address for hotel at their website as well. When we arrived to our hotel on matchday, there was no tickets waiting for us. It was not possible to contact them at all ... we watched the game in The Trafford pub eventually. After coming back to Ireland I`ve decide to go to Garda Station (police) to ask about procedures but unfortunantly I was told I can only get solicitor and try to solve it this way. I went to my bank (AIB) to find out if there is any chance for refund - and they asked me to print off all corespondence between me and onlineticketexpress + write a letter with explanation what has happened to me.
In the meantime I was trying to contact onlineticketexpress... and guess what ... first time in 2 months time I was able to talk to someone when I rang them ! So I`ve said them my story. Man told me he has to check it, and he will ring me back. Another surprise ... he did after 4 days telling me that refund is going to be send on my card (I was using Visa Debit) in up to 14 days. I`ve decide to wait with letter to bank (they told me I have 30 days counting from matchday to handle it to bank). After 14 days waiting I wrote letter for bank. I was waiting around 7 days to get reply asking to send all corespondence with onlineticketexpress (including their offers, spam and my e-mails sent to them) and proof of trying to solve this problem with merchant.
As I had no proof of solving problem with onlineticketexpress I wrote another letter explaining that it`s almost impossible to contact them and was very hard to get through on their phoneline ... After 5 days from sending this letter bank did refund on my account. It took me 1,5 month to get it back (deleyed becouse I was waiting 3 weeks for refund from onlineticketexpress). I`m not going to use this website again, and would not recommend to anyone...
They`ve lied me twice in few days time. Before I`ll buy anything online I`m going to read reviews about websites from now on.

Overpriced tickets and no service. They are actively in contact with you until they get your money. After that you do not get any service nor information. They take absolutely no responsibility of failing to deliver as agreed. Very, very poor service and unreliable company. DO NOT USE THEM!
I wish i have read all these review before ordering my tickets!! Same as others, i was told i will receive my tickets one day before the match, but i didn't receive anything at all. Call them no answer, email them not replying. we have to sat at the hotel to wait for the tickets. Totally ruin my vacation! I will NEVER use them!!
I order tickets to a spesial match Tottenham - Arsenal, to celebrate my friend and my 60 th birthday. I paid 620 € for the tickets. I tried to contact them several times and they said that the tickets will arrive 1 - 3 days before the match. I chat with them and tried to reach them by phone. No answar. They give my a phonenumber on chat and this was to Norwegian Fotballassosiation who did't know them at all. One day before leaving to London they phoned me and we agreed that the tickets should be sent to the hotell. They change my acount to the hotell adress. They said that the tickets should be delivered early saturday morning. We arrived the hotell friday, the match was at sunday. The tickets did not arrive the hotell, the hotell helped me to phone the firm, but no contact. I was chatting with them both saturday and sunday. Two hours befor the match they phone me and said that they have no tickets! I wil get refund in less than 7 days (from 3.3.2013). I have not got any refund yet. I have complained but no answar. I have complained through MasterCard. Last friday (22.3.2013) I got a mail that they will send me my refund inn less that 7 days. I hope that they will do so. I have also complained and that I want a compensation. The ruined our birthday! But no answar.

I purchased a supposedly VIP Gold ticket for a very important customer from Japan for the Southampton v ManU game at Old Trafford in January of this year from Onlineticketexpress.. The ticket arrived 4 days before the match and was NOT a VIP GOLD ticket, had a face value of £51, changed to my Credit Card at £135!! and was duly confiscated by the Old Trafford Staff when my client tried to enter the ground on the basis that OLTE were not an authorised reseller. As the ticket had been purchased using Credit Card I was able to get a full refund from the Credit Card Company, OLTE FAILED TO RESPOND to repeated calls and mail. It was great to see the company bought to task on THE BBC ONE SHOW on the 20th March this week. Only publicity can stop these sharks from ripping off people with illegal ticket sales. BE WARNED NOT TEMPTED.
I purchased 14 tickets for the Italy vs Wales rugby match in February and paid 59 euros each for alongside tickets. Prior to purchasing these tickets I spoke to a Sales Manager called George Martin who told me that I would get alongside tickets and not behind the goal, for this privelage I paid the extra 20 euros per ticket. When we arrived at the stadium with our tickets we realised we had been ripped off, not only were we behind the goal, we were sitting with people who had paid 15 euros for their tickets. When on closer inspection of our tickets the face value was 13 euros. I know these firms have a mark up but not 450%. After emailing Onlineticketexpress they told me I had purchased alongside or behind goal. This was infact not stated on their website, however I cannot prove this. Do not use this company unless you want the worst tickets in a ground for an over exorbitant price
Tried to sit us Tottenham fans in the home end with Lyon fans (who may or may not have, but probably did violently attack spurs fans in a pub the day before the game).

They hounded us a week before the time to downgrade our tickets and we refused. We did receive the tickets 2 days before the game, but it was NOT the VIP tickets that we purchased for over 400GBP. It was tickets for SPAIN SUPPORTERS and the face value of the tickets were 49GBP. The tickets were confiscated at Old Trafford by the officials because according to them, it was illegal and they would not allow us in to watch the game. We received a letter from the Ticket Operations Manager at Manchester United to confirm that the tickets were illegal. We were not the only persons at that game that this has happened to. We paid a lot of money to get from South Africa to Manchester to watch the game. We should claim for a full refund.
We paid for VIP Premium tickets which cost over £1,000 for the Manchester United v Real Madrid match. Just over a week ago they advised that their "supplier" had let them down and we could only have tickets in the away section - not VIP Premium but the cost would be the same. Friends have travelled from South Africa to watch this game so we accepted the tickets at this cost. I have phoned them repeatedly over the last week but kept getting put through to the answerphone service which was full and just got disconnected. Once we got the tickets last night we noticed that the face value was £49!!! so we phoned Old Trafford who advised me that Online Ticket Express is NOT endorsed by them and they would not recommend buying tickets from them as more often than not when you get to the gate the tickets are not accepted. I am going to pursue this through my bank and will, if necessary, pursue Online Express for fraud. I want my money back and for them to stop touting for business which they are unable to fulfil as promised.
went online and paid for man utd vrs real madrid tickets, got all confirmation emails and payment was taken from card. 3 days later they called me to say the price has been doubled and now if you want the tickets you have to pay again !! i went through terms and agreements and it said once transaction has been made they cant change anything, but they did and could not answer anything we asked them, we even told them to put it in writing which they did not and hung up the phone after saying if we dont pay extra we will just refund. total crooks and i suggest you ALL stay clear...
I bought tickets for Manunited vs OPR in the AWAY Section. Price said Pounds 129 but it rose to 159 at the final confirmation page. To my horror I was charged 187 by my bank (Due to some exchange rate fraud). However I still thought my tickets would come and they did come 3 days before the game but I was shocked to see that i got tickets with the home fans in an absolutely horrible place where a pillar blocked my entire view. DO NOT BUY !

ordered visitor ticket for Man U v Liverpool. Liverpool are the visitors. Received ticket with someone else's name printed on it and found it to be a home team supporters ticket. Called the company only to be told its a match ticket and that satisfies the order??? No replacement ticket and no refund. Their terms and conditions are bizarre and you have to question is this even legal. I am not going to use the ticket and am in touch with the British embassy in Spain to see if I can at least raise awareness of these rouge traders and may be even get any money back - Gutted
I would never use them again. Their exchange rate £/€ is an absolutely rip off and only when you read 'term & conditions' in detail it is revealed that all transactions are based on € and they set their own exchange rate, which is at least 10% too high. Their order confirmation is quoted in £ and only when you check your bank statement the scam is revealed. I am now trying to get my money back. Furthermore they do not reply to emails.
Three tickets purchased, upon receiving the tickets my suspicions were aroused by the false names on each. I contacted the ticketing agency at the stadium that the tickets were for and they informed me that 'onlineticketexpress' is a total scam and they deal with this issue constantly. I hope people research into where they buy from in the future as I have certainly learnt my lesson
Absolutely horrified that my tickets arrived 24hours before my match, the offices closed so I can't call, only to find they are the wrong tickets and I can either use them or lose them! TOTAL SCAM! No email replied, no call backs as I waited 2weeks for tickets. Then they are the wrong tickets!
How I got my 1,000+ GBP back from these little sneaky cowards (8 football match tickets never delivered, tracking number they gave me invalid as per Royal Mail, not answering my desperate calls and emails, my family's holiday ruined):
I submitted, via post, a chargeback request to the bank that issued the Visa Debit card that I used to pay to OTE. Attached print outs of my correspondence with OTE (which mostly was me asking them where my tickets or money are), account statement showing the debit transaction from my account, email confirmation from these dishonest persons that my order has been processed, proof of tracking number never activated, and random 50 online reviews of OTE’s customers (that – surprise surprise - all happen to say this bunch of malodorous scoundrels is a scam), and MY BANK REFUNDED ME THE WHOLE AMOUNT IN 2 WEEKS !
