I waited 8 days and had not received my boots, so I contacted them through email and left a voicemail. I still had no response after 2 days so I contacted their other website "only minx" which I discovered through the blog link at the bottom of the " onlyoz" website page. I managed to get a response and was told that the boots had been returned to sender, without any attempt of delivery. I was offered a full refund so accepted, as I was slightly dubious after reading such awful feedback. Within 2 days I received a full refund accompanied by an email informing me of the refund. If you are having any problems I suggest you contact them through the same channels, as it seems that their onlyoz site has no one at the other end!
They are completely incompetent and never appear to respond to any form communication - I've tried calling, voicemail, emailing, the website support function, the website return function, nothing. In fact one might wonder if indeed there is anyone there at all except that someone is sending out incorrect orders and receiving signed for returns. Issuing refunds? not so far even though goods have been retuned and signed for over a month ago and the website order stays says "refund processing raised." No sign of the money which they have now had since early November 2013. I ordered a size 7.5 boot they sent a size 4 in a tatty box, no paperwork, no delivery note, no order reference, no returns info, no free returns label (as advertised). The website returns function auto replied that someone would be in touch, no one has yet contacted me (nearly 3 months on). Reported them to Consumer Direct on 08454 0405 06 who have reported them to trading standards. They also advised to return boots at my cost and claim postage costs back from them. If they advertise free returns but then don't provide the service they are legally required to pay out. I am not holding my breath on this one. So no boots, no refund, out of pocket on returns postage and a lot of time wasting. Use www.shoeland.co.uk instead, they delivered in less than 3 days, exactly what I asked for.
Over three months since we ordered boots from here (and they took payment straight away) and still no boots. No one answers the phone or responds to emails. Have written to Blundstones in Australia firstname.lastname@example.org to report them and referred the matter to Consumer Direct on 08454 0405 06.
Boots arrived, way over the 48 hrs they promised. I did email and phone, no reply. Left a message on some dodgy answer machine. There is an imperfection in the leather so I want to send them back. The returns slip is ripped so I can't do anything with it. Have emailed, called and filled in some return form and the email back says: The following return has been submitted: Thank you for your submission, a member of our team will respond as soon as possible! Well how long will that take? I will be wanting a full refund, not because of the imperfection (I could almost live with that) but the way they run a business is shocking and I don't trust them.
They don't deliver in 48hrs. They don't answer emails or the phone. I cancelled my order 6 days after placing it (as it hadn't been shipped) in the morning, they shipped in the afternoon. I returned the boots immediately (they actually processed the return label on time) for a refund and after 30 days I am still waiting for a refund. I am now referring the case to my credit card company. AVOID THIS COMPANY

I bought some boots from this website a few months ago, the service was fast and efficient and I was happy, have now ordered another pair, paid for express delivery, they should've arrived yesterday (it's christmas and I wanted them to arrive with time to spare) BUT THEY HAVEN'T. There has been no answer to my messages, nobody answers the phone.....so they have my £106 and I have nothing.....and come christmas morning my son will have nothing either. So if you are considering purchasing from this site DON'T do it - go elsewhere because the service can't be any worse than this!
Don't be fooled by their slick website and their service is quite the opposite. I paid for express delievery on a product that came a month later. After several attempts to get in touch with them, they emailed me a offer for a refund, which they didn't process. Their live chat doesn't work. Their customer service line doesn't ring through. They are a pathetic company posing as an online retailer. They are only here to rip you off.
I ordered a pair of Blundstones which were dispatched late despite me being assured I'd receive them when needed. When I finally managed to get a response and complained I was assured a full refund due to be actioned and completed with 3-5 working days ( I have an email to this effect from them). That was 8 working days ago and I have not been able to get an answer via telephone or email despite multiple attempts. I want my £105.00 back but they do not want to give it. I have actioned my credit card company to pursue the debt. TERRIBLE SERVICE, BAD BUSINESS - A JOKE!
I ordered a pair of Blundstones and received them within 48 hours - great given that I'd opted for the 3-5 day delivery time. Unfortunately the boots are too big and I need to swap for the appropriate size. I completed the returns form on the company website, as requested on my delivery note, and awaited instructions - none came. I followed the form up with a 2 emails. I have had no contact from OnlyOz. A telephone call today was not answered and the message I left has not been returned. I am crossing my fingers and hoping that maybe an indifferent review might get someone from the company to contact me - please!! In the meantime, I would definitely recommend people buy their stuff elsewhere as I am £100 down with only an enormous pair of boots to show for it. Hurrumph.
Two pairs of blundstone 500 boots were ordered yesterday lunchtime and arrived next morning. Correct size etc. These are the second and third pair I have had. They are the most comfortable and hard wearing boots I have ever had.
