Awful experience

Do not deal with this awful company. I stupidly booked a flight on line - handed over my credit card details. Fully expected to get my booking confirmed. But all I got was a booking request number. The email notification told me to expect confirmation within 48 hours. That was five days ago. So I'm chasing it up for clarification - am I on the flight or not? No response to my email enquiries. Have to pay 10p a minute to speak to their call centre which never picks up. Even if you want to speak to their head office you have to pay 10p per minute. Horrible, useless company. Do not give them your business. .
