Quality service, best price.

After some time comparing prices online Openeo came up as the lowest for the specific TOYO TYRES I wanted. After looking at other reviews I was happy to place an order via telephone (where current stocks were confirmed). I soon received a 'tracking link' which to my surprise started with the tyres in Germany. Despite this they were delivered in just 4 working days. Great service which I highly recommend.

Read the delivery terms and conditions as some tyres are not in UK stock and they are delivered from oversees (no extra cost). Therefore for some tyres you would have to wait a bit longer (maximum delivery time up to 30 days).

Bought a front tyre for my 1977 Yamaha RD250, 3.00 x 18.

Smooth & Easy Nice New Mercedes Wheel

Oponeo was recommended by a friend, I have a '59 plate Mercedes C Class which came with a 'pram wheel' as a spare wheel and tyre and because I regularly travel the motorways I had to find a proper spare wheel but didn't want another Alloy wheel, Oponeo came up with a choice of three different branded steel wheels, I bought the cheapest at £55 delivered to the door.The website was very easy to use as well, just put the the index number make and model and the choices appeared.

Site recommended to me by a friend. I was able to do my research on their site and find the tyres I needed. Ordered on 19 arrived 23 to my local garage who fitted them a few days later. Five tyres at a good price which they actually had in stock.

To make life even easier you can type in your car registration number and it comes up with the details of you car and the tyres that will fit it.

Tragedy!

I should have to pay 216 pounds and they charge on my account the amount of 229.31 pounds. Since December, explain and do not want to pay the overpayment.

Cheapest on the market with great service to boot!

The website was well laid out and easy to use, I quickly found the tyre I wanted at the cheapest price on the market, easily paid for it, received my conformation email and the tyre arrived via courier two days later, I'll be back here when I next need a tyre, highly recommended.

One of my best online shopping experience for what is not a typical online item.

I have ordered some steel wheels. Easy order, double checked by the customer service to make sure they fit my car. Tracking number send next day and I was able to monitor the delivery online. All that with no shipping charges and I paid the best price for the wheels by far.

A breath of fresh air.

I searched the net for several days to find a budget winter tyre and stumbled on this company only after I had chosen from els were, simply because I was trying to find some reviews on the tyre brand I had chosen. I soon realized that not only were the tyres £10 each cheaper but they also had free delivery.
Delivery was very easy to track and even though they came from Denmark they were delivered within three working days, the driverapologizedd at that saying that they should have been with me the day before lol.
The web site was very easy to navigate and payment was very secure, over alI'mim very happy trecommendnd this company and will use them on all my tyre purchases in the future.

THe way internet companies should work with great quality of service

I checked for M&S (Mud & Snow) Winter tyres everywhere in the UK and eventually discovered Oponeo. The price on Oponeo with VAT and delivery matched the best I could find without either, so probably a 25% saving. Ordering was simple, tracking simple and the tyres arrived in 4 days from the German hub. Great work guys!

Wheeling out more good value.

My son suggested that I try Oponeo when I wanted some wheels to fit my winter tyres on for the onset of the freeze.
After selecting the wheels and ordering them I was able to track the delivery online.

Was looking for cheap and ideally new winter tyre for my trip to Poland. Found Oponeo on google and was shocked. The price for the full set of winter tyres was cheaper than a used set on ebay. PLus you get a free delivery.

Had the winter tyres I needed at a good price

I'd decided to fit winter tyres after my car started to slide down a hill from stationary. I selected the tyres I needed from another reputable site, but the first delivery date came and went, after a month I decided to hunt round again and Oponeo's site had them in stock at a similar price. Now being cautious I called their freephone number where they confirmed that they had the tyres in stock and delivery would be 4 to 5 working days.

After a few days I received an email with the tracking details and a few days later the tyres arrived, having started their journey from Germany.

Wrong wheel width sent

As my car is one of the many that does not have a spare wheel as standard, I decided to buy one. I used the website options for steel wheels and my make and model of car and two of the options it came back with were 14 inch wheels. I placed an order and got an email asking for the tyre size which I responded. I was suprised to see that the wheel was dispatched from Poland when I had ordered from a .co.uk site. When the wheel arrived I took it to my local tyre fitters as I needed some new tyres on the car. My intention was to put the new wheel with a new tyre on the car and keep the best of the old tyres as the spare wheel. However I was informed that the new wheel was a 6J when the original fitments were 5J. I had to use the new wheel as the spare and for emergencies only. Maybe I should have had somebody tell be the width of the wheel before ordering but I assumed that the website would work it out correctly! Also I would have expected the tyre width to have made them question the wheel width. I must be the only person who carries a spare that is wider than the other wheels!

Not really much else to say, I ordered a dunlop TR91 tyre for my GS, it was cheaper than the best price at the NEC bike show and delivered within 3 days of the order.

I couldn't do better!

I spent hours searching the internet for a set of 17 inch Toyo winter tyres. Oponeo were the cheapest. The delivery service was prompt and followed my delivery instructions. The tyres were exactly as specified. What more could you want ?

Quick delivery and competitive pricing

Oponeo has a good choice of tyres and at competitive prices. The delivery of the tyres I ordered - Goodyear Vector 4 seasons (all season tyres) was performed within 3 days to the fitter (delivery address) I specified. Tyres were as promised less than 2 years old.
I give 4 stars as I am slightly concerned about the returns procedures. You easily fall foul of them, especially if you have to trust a third party to do checks for you. I did not have to return the tyres, so no experience.

BUYER BEWARE! No returns policy for faulty goods.

I bought a set of winter tyres. On having them fitted to rims and balanced they were found to be faulty, slightly mis-shapen so not running straight. I attempted to return them but have been told that their returns policy does not apply because they're used! How else would I have found them to be faulty? I can instead file a complaint against the manufacturer and wait 90 days to see if they agree. If not I'm liable. Under the Distance Selling Regulations I'm entitled to a refund without question, but they're completely ignoring UK consumer protection law. BUY FROM SOME ELSE YOU CAN TRUST!
