Bad Experience
"All that glitters is not gold" - I purchased tyres on the basis of the positive experiences of most customers. The prices on offer were very competitive and I could see no reason not to trust this organisation. Oponeo DID NOT deliver the tyres that I ordered!!. Oponeo would not replace the tyres delivered until they were returned and inspected, or alternatively placed a new order ( at a cost of another £476 )! As my MOT was due imminently I was left high and dry and forced to buy locally. Please note that it cost me £30 LESS to do this via my local garage! Communications were poor and I spent lots of time calling to chase them up to no avail. It was over 1 month before I received my money back on the original purchase, and I received no offer of compensation for my bad experience.

Brilliant, Keep it up!
I needed 2 tyres for my vespa GTS 300, and looked around the usual websites hoping for a bargain, they were all priced around the £45 mark, until I looked at this site! I couldn't believe they were selling the tyres that i wanted for £30! I ordered on Monday, they were here on Wednesday, briliant service and price, well done Oponeo, keep it up!

Excelent service and price
The only reason for not getting 5 stars was the delivery time, don't get me wrong they were delivered in 5 to 6 days as per there T's and C's, so not horrendous, but in this world of next day delivery 5 days seemed a long time.
Relatively simple to use web site, good choice of tyres, and very competitive price.
I will definitely use them again for my scooter tyres and would recommend them to any one!

superb
best price I could find for a pair of bike tyres with no extras for p+p arrived in just over a week but to be fair Easter fell in between so complaints there, tracking system excellent I knew where tyres were at all times. I will use this site again. Great job thanks

Great, Great.. GREAT!
If you are ready to do your own part by taking the tyres to the local garage for a change look no further - the best prices in the UK. I have been after a test winner tyres and compared what it would cost me to buy them fitted from several of the big players on the market as well as what it would be to have them delivered and fitted in my local area (a place acting as a partner to many of the "buy fitted" sites) - well.. the difference in the price was enough for me to opt for Oponeo - the rest came as a bonus - tracked delivery (surprised from the German shipment, but pleased to get German tyres from Germany), quick customer support to my enquiry, email notifications all way through the purchase. Nothing to say about the tyres - they come shining new and according to your choice (3 orders till now and never a mistake with the size or model). All in all the service is second to none, the pricing is the best around - definitely buy again and strongly recommend.

First class service and value.
I ordered two Pirelli Scorpion ATR 235/65/R17 from Oponeo for my 4x4, as they were the cheapest I could find. I was a bit sceptical of such an online distributor from the start, but I need not have worried as the were 5 Star for e-mail updates, distribution and DPD tracking.
The tyres arrived within a week of ordering and were new manufactured stock, week 04 of 2012.
I highly recommend this company for your next tyre purchases, instead of usually rip of merchants.

Cheapest Price Great Service
Ordered 2 M/C tyres for one bike and a front for another, not only was it great value but a great choice of tyres available. Will recomend to friends.

Cheapest price and great service
Ordered 4 Michelin Primacy 205/50 R16 from Oponeo. The price was far less than local tyre centres and significantly cheaper than all the UK based online tyre sellers. The tyres were delivered very promptly within 2 working days, and were trackable via DPD tracking service.
Tyres are brand new and close to half the price of well known tyre stockists here.
Highly recommended don't bother going elsewhere.

Great service
Ordered a Michelin AC10 from Oponeo as it was the cheapest I could find without realising they were in Poland. I shouldn't have worried as the tyre arrived quicker than an item ordered at the same time from the UK. Oponeo provide really good email updates and DPD tracking was great.
The tyre itself was new stock, week 43 of 2011, unlike many "cheap" named brand tyres I have bought in the UK before which have been up to 5 years old.
Can't recommend these guys enough!

What a pleasure to have delt with this company. Customer service is excellent, pleanty of updates via email about the order of tyes and payment process. Tyes were delivered within 3 working days from ordering and in an european economic crisis the best thing was the price! Well done OPONEO.

Quick , good quality and cheap , Why buy a tyre for three pounds less on ebay with only 3mm on them when you can buy a brand new one for a smidgeon more .. I am going to use this company again , next month in fact

Great product availability, user interface and good price
I had very specific requirements when I came to choose my summer tyres and wheels. I wanted a specific type of tyre which had been tested in a German magazine and wanted them with the OEM steel wheels. All I had to do was to enter the car's make and model and I got an instant result on the wheels, with all the possible measurements displayed, making sure that this is the wheel type I really wanted! On other sites I would have to painfully look up all possible measurements, from rim size to middle hole diameter and type of struts and then just hope it is the correct one....On Oponeo I got top quality made wheels and tyres for instant availability, paid by paypal and got both Yokohama tyres and KFZ wheels within a week. I think they could make the wheel's box a little sturdier and put some bubble wrap around them though, as the box nearly disintegrated, still I couldn't see any apparent damage on the wheels and give it an overall good experience review with reasonable value for money.

Great price and quick delivery.
I didn't find the website the most intuitive or user friendly (perhaps that's me?), but once the order was placed everything else was first class - including the price which was the best I could find by a margin. I particularly liked their communication - I was told exactly what was happening at all times.

Have just used Oponeo and they were absolutely superb. Ordered a wheel and tyre on Wednesday and they arrived on Friday. Prices were far cheaper than elsewhere in this country and I would certainly recommend them.

good product fast delivery awful order site
when you order you are presented with a page with on the left side personal details name address card number ect . and on the right a section for 1st. delivery and second delivery I filled both sides with home address on the left and the address I needed the tyres delivered to in this case a garage 10 miles away across a major city on the right so imagine my surprise when the order confirmation stated my home address as the delivery address , as soon as possible I contacted the company and was told that they would change the destination although it might cause some delay in delivery. The next day I received confirmation of the order change and that the tyres would be delivered to my HOME ADDRESS I barely had time to fire off a e-mail to the company before the door bell went and there is a man with 4 huge tyres and of course he could not help to deliver to the correct address . I suggest the web site have a dedicated delivery address slot as many of its customers will need to have tyres sent to
garages and not their home. THIS A GOOD COMPANY with good product and delivery but if I ordered tyres again and there was the same confusion it would be the last time I would use them

professional service
I ordered online 4 winter tyres for my car.
Price for the tyres was competitve to other online offers.
Free delivery was another advantage.
Delivery was quick however the delivering company (Citilink) could be more flexible (they were unable to change address of the delivery).
I understand that it was according to the internal Citilink policy and Oponeo can not do too much about it.
Overall I am satisfied and I recommend Oponeo to other clients.

This company provided the best price I could see for 4 goodyear vector 4 seasons tyres with free delivery. I was sceptical at first ordering from a company that it's warehouse was in Poland, but need'nt have worried. Delivery was very quick 4 days with DPD parcels and had online tracking so could see my tyres going from Poland to Glasgow. No Hassle at all and tyres are excellent. Would definitely use them again

Excellent range of tyres and amazing price
I found Oponeo when I was looking for my motorbike tyres, you know motorbike has only 2 wheels and you need a good set of tyres! On my surprise I found a really outstanding range of tyres type and makes with super deal prices completely incomparable with any other supplier.
I ordered the tyres straight away as the site is very clear and easy to use, I received immediately the order acknowledgement and then the invoice by email. The tyres were delivered to my door within a week.
I’d like o add that the prices are already VAT and delivery included!
I’ve just placed another order for my motorbike and car tyres.

Can't fault them
I must admit, I was a little worried about buying tyres from a company in Poland, what with all the internet based fraud out there, they were however excellent.
They were one of the only companies who could actually supply the tire I wanted (goodyear all weather) as they were out of stock in most places and those companies who had them were very expensive by comparison.
The tyres arrived within a week, VAT reciept by email, no fuss.
I will be using them again and have reccomended them to my friends, I just hope when they get busier, the service doesnt drop off.
