Fantastic service
Easy to personalise invitations with designs for every occasion. I would have liked to see a larger draft copy online & was a little nervous that they would be as I envisaged. Once ordered my invitations & envelopes arrived within a few days. I needn't have worried they were brilliant! A really high quality finish & excellent value for money. Will definitely be using Optimalprint again.

Excellent service, quality product
The website is really straightforward to use so it's easy to create your product. There's a good range of template designs too. Optimalprint kept in touch to confirm order progress and my order was despatched really quickly. From placing the order to delivery was just three days and it arrived well packaged in perfect condition. The product I received (50 photo print thank you cards) were excellent quality

Geat Service and Great Quality
We used Optimal print for both "Invitations" and "Thank You Notes" and it would have been hard to find a better service or better quality items for the price we paid. They were top quality and were received about 3 days after we placed the order.
Brilliant, can only say when we need to have any other items printed there is only one choice.

Great quality, affordable and professional
Created invites for a suprise birthday party. Event is black tie and they had the perfect invitation. Easy to use and customise. I am working on a budget, but the 50% off made it an offer hard to refuse! They were delivered quickly and look amazing. I would definitely recommend Opitmal print.

Invites look great
We ordered the invites and when they arrived there were two mistakes on them. One was a mistake on my part and the other a printing defect. I emailed the company who corrected the mistakes and sent new invites by return. I couldn't have asked for a better service.

Super-fast delivery, beautiful cards!
We recently ordered thank you cards following our wedding - a plain photograph on a card, matt finish, two sizes. The cards arrived within two days very well packed and in perfect condition, and they are beautiful. We are delighted with them, and the flexibility of design (and ease of choosing the design) meant we got exactly what we wanted. Definitely recommend Optimalprint.

I found your site easy to draw up my proposed business cards but unfortunately I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM AND THEY WERE DUE THE BEGINNING OF THE MONTH??????????????????????????????????????????

By now you should of course have received your business cards!
We did ship them on April 29th. Since it is standard delivery we do not have a tracking code but sometimes the parcel is lost in the mail. We will contact you now and verify the address. Then we will do a free reprint as well as follow up with our delivery partner.
We will now do whatever we can to solve this in the quickest possible manner!

Fast Delivery, Average Product
Ordered wedding thank you cards and had them in hand within a week which was great! Only problem is that when I received them they were cutoff ie. on some cards at the bottom I could see the top of the next cards. For the most part I salvaged them but I shouldn't have had to salvage them. Attention and detail should have been given to this part of the order.

Nice cards and delivered on time
The cards were nice and delivered on time but the only comment i would make was that when they were cut a white border was left on the bottom of each card which made it look slightly unprofessional.
Also on hindsight we probably should have gone with gloss finish, so sending a sample would have been nice but you don't do samples.
I can understand there might be a concern that people might be able to copy a sample but it can be standard text which would mean nothing to the individual requesting.
Excellent price though.

Great service, high quality print
I bought my order of service cards from them and although the design process was a bit clunky and could do with being a bit more user friendly, the actual product. I was very impressed with. High quality card/paper, good clear print and well packaged for delivery. The best thing was that it arrived 1 day after placing the order and even before I got the email saying what day I should expect it!
Very happy and will be using them for the place cards next week.
P.S also very good value for money after doing a lot of price comparisons!

brilliant service so easy and good value - excellent quality
i have never used online ordering of invites before and found this site by chance through google. Was so impressed was easy to use good graphics so i really saw what i was buying. the site was easy to use and i uploaded a photo which was also easy, it allowed you to upload multiple so you could put them on the invite and see what one looked best. Very reasonable prices and quick service. The invites arrived well packaged so no damage when it said they would and i was very happy. I would use this service again.
