Tried to buy a Blackberry Playbook from their online store. Card refused as the address didn't match. Works everywhere else! Called them to pay over the phone - they use the same system (they have to go the website!), so that failed too. Phone a store - Playbook only available online. Found the director's office email on Trustpilot - received an automated reply, but nothing else after 24 hours.
If this is how they treat people who want to buy from them, I'll stick with O2 and Three.
