The Orca Logic website is clear and simple in design and its functionality makes choosing the right memory for your pc as easy as falling off a log - you can choose your pc brand and type (mine is a rarer version of the Toshiba Satellite, but was listed) or use an automatic detection option. You then get to see only the memory boards that would work in your computer - you don't have to trawl through pages and pages of unnecessary information to find the things you need.
Delivery for online orders is lightning fast - my first order was over the weekend, but the second arrived next-day.
The only comment I have to make which is not praising this site/retailer to the skies is that it would be nice to have more information for the layman user about the advantages one way or the other of using the different memory chips available - some memories are promoted for gaming, but doesn't that mean they'd improve performance for other users as well? Anyway, it would be nice not to have to search elsewhere on the web to find out about the true and varying efficacy of memory upgrades. Also, an automatic detection of the maximum memory that your motherboard can accept would make this site even more impressive.
Of course it's easy to make more critical comments once you've been through the whole process and I should restate that I am a very happy and quite impressed customer.
