Helpful and informed -solved my needs without a fuss.
Orca Logic gave me sound advice and identified an economical solution when I wanted to upgrade my ageing systems RAM. I received and installed the new memory the next day. I have bookmarked their site for the future.
The lady who answered my telephone call was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Excellent reliable products with proven track history
Only the second time I have used Orca for extra RAM for laptops, but the last upgraded memory is still functioning correctly after about 10 years (I have now placed this into another laptop as the original one is now non-functioning). The staffs technical knowledge is very good and the e-mailed question was responded to within 24 hours, with their recommendations. Not the cheapest product on the market but the performance and reliability is worth paying the extra for.

First In had an on line chat with Mike, then I got a confirmatory email from Claire and then I bought the memory. the information that I was given was correct and the item arrived two days later in the post. its now in and running. What else can you ask for?

Dell could learn a thing or two from Orca.
Have never experiencd such helpful, obliging sale staff as i did with Claire. Even though it was the friday of a Bank holoiday weekend ,she still took time out to ring me here in Ireland to remedy my situation.Then to my abolute surprise the part i`d ordered on friday was delivered here on tuesday morning.
Honestly you would not get a company like Orca anywhere.both for product rage, price, and service.
All the big corporations could take a page out of their book. I wish them continued success and prosperity.

Orcalogic - more like Orcamagic....terrific service.
Considering my order was placed on the Tuesday evening, it literally took one day for the order to be processed and for me to receive it. Faultless service, great communication and, obviously, a very professional and conscientious companyI placed my order on Tuesday evening 12th March, was constantly updated as to the progress of my order on Wednesday 13th March and received my order on Thursday March 14th. First class service.

Couldn't locate DIMM for my printer but tried hard...
Althought their website advertised that Orca could supply memory modules for HP LaserJet 2200DN printer, unfortunately these were no longer available. I did get an email within a couple of days of the order telling me that this was the case, and they did try to find SIMMS of different capacity which I could use instead.
Would go back to Orca though because they tried to help...

"Orca scanner finds laptop that others failed to find"
I have a place in Spain that I regularly go to and needed a laptop to leave there (with airline having so many restrictions as to what you can take on board as hand luggage) to print boarding passes. My daughter had an old Fujitsu Amilo L7320 she did not use so I took that but with only half a meg of memory it was painfully slow
When I came back to UK decided to look for some more memory
Downloaded a scanner from another firm which I had previously used to upgrade my iMac but it failed to pinpoint exactly what memory I needed. Then downloaded the Orca scanner and up came the exact spec for my laptop and the memory suggestions
Ordered and received within a few days with excellent email updates on order progress. Will be fitting it when I go back to Spain next month

Orca a Splashing great service
I was significantly impressed with Orcas service. The easy way to find what was the best memory for my oldish PC with an easy guide scan . The 'if its not correct we will change/refund' was an added assurance plus the video that demonstrated how simple it was to fit.
Telephone conversations were honest and clear, not pushy. The dispatch, made a telephone order in the afternoon and received the items in the next mornings post.
Other suppliers should take a lesson from Orca. Thank you.

A very fast, friendly and helpful service.
I have used Orca Logic several times and have always been extremely happy with their service and the products that they supply. I did have a problem with one memory module in the past but Orca could not have been more helpful in remedying the situation. I would never look anywhere else for my computer memory requirements.

The easiest way for beginners to upgrade RAM.
ORCA have a downloadable program that scans your current RAM, then, on the website you can see and order the CORRECT RAM modules for your particular computer.
No having to go through user manuals or manufacturers websites (your computer has probably been discontinued anyway).
At ORCA you are done and dusted in a couple of minutes. You order what you want and it's with you in about 24 hours.
Oh, and experts can use ORCA as well. They don't mind.

First class service
The process was simple even for a layman, the memory checker identified my machine and how much memory it had then offered the correct options for my upgrade. The delivery was superb and the memory worked first time upon installation.

Simply The Best
I must say, using this company was the best decision I have made in years. At first I was reluctant to buy a memory chip on-line, but there was several points that changed my mind.
Firstly, the website analyses your computer and confirms what compatitble items parts can be purchased.
Secondly, you have the option of ordering on-line or calling the helpdesk which is not one of those 0845 numbers, so you don't pay excess phone fees.
Thirdly, you get confirmation of the progress of your delivery.
Fourth point, is that it turned up the next day as promised.
The most important point is that it works.
I will definately use them again and recommend them to friends!

Problem solved
Selecting the correct memory (RAM) type and size for updating a computer can be tricky if you're not an expert. Luckily, the service provided by Orca takes out the uncertainty and avoids costly mistakes. Their software probe identified precisely what was needed. An internet order placed with them was marked by extremely fast turnround, and the new, bigger RAM was plugged in and operating successfully within minutes of receipt.
It made an enormous difference to the computer speed.
A very effective service, and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I know that part of your order was delivered on time on a next-day Saturday service, and that we e-mailed you immediately to let you know that we were out of stock on the remaining line - this was dispatched by courier on Tuesday & we therefore apologise that this was one day late. I'm also sorry that you did not receive your free gift - we are genuinely fair people, and this was purely down to human error on my part. I wish I could have done business with Orca
I ordered some replacement memory for my HP dv5244eu laptop.
The memory arrived very quickly (2 days later). Unfortunately the memory was not the correct type. I received DDR2 instead of DDR. My dv5244 laptop has 2 configurations of memory but there is no indication of that from the model. I spoke to Claire who agreed to refund my Paypal payment. This was done on receipt of the memory that I sent back. Orca has excellent customer service and I hope to do business with them in the future.
