Another pain-free memory upgrade.
I've used Orca Logic before when upgrading PC memory and would recommend them. From finding out the upgrade options using their software to installing the memory, it's all worked fine. Highly recommended.

Great service and advice.
As a complete novice I was trying, after advice from friends, to update my RAM. I phoned Orca for help and the lady talked me through what I needed ( she did'nt try to sell me more than I required, I now know I have a 32 bit system???) and how to install them. I was most impressed by her knowledge and helpfulness. I wish other companies were as efficient.

So efficient & helpful !
Received initial laptop memory upgrade within 48 hours. Had technical problem with compatibility with existing memory. Very competent and friendly agent when I contacted Support (Claire), who then took on the issue and found a suitable module which again I received within 48 hours.

The best RAM and the best customer service
Orca logic RAM is sometimes pricier than others but it usually works where cheaper options sometimes fail. I have fitted it in many of my customers' PCs. And when there is a problem (because not all memory is compatible), I have found Orca will replace or refund without quibble. Excellent service.

Quality recommendation
A friend recommended Orca to me and I was able to get myself around the site with ease. Very user friendly and placed my order quickly and efficiently, I also found the instructions for fitting the new memory brilliant, watched the video a couple of times and was able to fit them myself too - not bad for a 58 year old female computer numpty - I will be recommending the site to all my friends.

Great - No reservations,
I found Orca on the web and was then recomended them by a friend who runs an IT support company. His experience had been great mine was perfect. I easily found the RAM I needed for my server and ordered it on-line Thursday afternoon, it was delivered 9.00am Friday. I was delighted. What more can I say?

Convenient, accurate and great value.
Orca found out my make and model of computer and my installed RAM, and gave me the option to order more RAM of the right type. This arrived very quicly by post and I was able to instal it without any problems, using the helpful video on Orca's web-site. Great service!

Great!

why go anywhere else?
Over the years i have made a number of purchases from this company and have never had cause to complain as a well known phrase goes "it does what it says on the tin" well they do!
the products are always the correct ones and the e mails informing you of the progress of your order very helpfull at this point you might think i am about to come up with a negative comment but i cannot find anything that i dont like about the company!

Really Good Service.
I only purchased some extra RAM for my PC, but the process of ensuring I got the right one through to payment and delivery was effortless and very quick. Ordered in the afternoon and fitted in my PC first thing the following morning. Can't get better than that.

First time, arrived like magic
I ordered some extra memory for my 'ancient' laptop. Downloaded the program to scan my computer to find out what memory was needed. Ordered late on Sunday evening. Received emails telling progress of the order and the new memory arrived Tuesday morning. I was amazed with the speed of delivery and will certainly use Orca Logic again and recommend to my friends. The bonus is that it has also improved the performance of my laptop!

Ok, I felt the support was easy to get hold of and had a quick response with easy to understand information offering you quick access to the correct memory. Arrived very quickly packed well and I popped it into my lap top.. hey presto a quicker experience on the laptop which was struggling to cope with even the simplest typing, let alone trying to load up a program. So I am well impressed thank you. I also need to point out this particular memory did not seem to be listed anywhere I searched for it so it is handy to pop the back off your pc and give the number on the memory already installed to your advisor when you ask for advice.
