Hi all,
It appears that this company has gone insolvent and is about to be liquidated. The company's websites have also been shut down.

It contains contact information of the people handling the insolvency/liquidation. If any of you are owed money by Craig Barker, these people might be able to provide information as to how to get it back.
It said "in stock" on the website - and to be honest i didn't believe them! I ordered it anyway - and it came!. Great product, great price! What else can I say!
Buyers beware ..this Osoo will not answer their phone ..and wont refund me my money £559.98 I paid for a TV next day they sent me an email saying that its out of stock and dont know when the TV will be back in stock ..they have stated that they had refunded my money back on my card on the 5th August ....RUBBIISH I am still waiting its now 2nd September

I placed an order for a Laptop over £500 which they said was in stock. My payment was processed the next day.
One week later they said they had no stock and I asked them to cancel the order. Osoo sent an order cancellation notice.
Since then have had no refund in the 7 weeks since placing the order. This is despite repeated requests in writing.
The company are apalling to contact and are non responsive. I have had to resort to reporting the transaction as fraudulent to my credit card company. 7 weeks later, still no refund and I am out of pocket by £550.
BE WARNED - I speak from experience. I read various reviews beforehand and gave them the benefit of the doubt. I sincerely wished I had not.
I ordered a laptop screen cover on 9 June. It was only dispatched on 21 June. When it arrived by courier, the only protective packaging was the side of a cardboard box that was torn from a box. Luckily the replacement part was in one piece. Nothing wrong with the product. Fitted it and happy in the end.
I ordered a set of 3D glasses for my new 3D TV. Delivery to Spain only took 3 days from the day I ordered. Item was well packaged and I got them for much cheaper than I could in Spain.
Very very happy indeed.
despite the reviews I have perused, i still dealt with this companyand there are no problems. Like many companies on the web they probably are operating on small profit /quick returns basis and are genuinely trying their best. I had no problems with them at all. Yes you cannot track the order but they do answer their phones and as long as you are patient you will be attended to.To be honest I would not get out of bed for the profit they make on the goods they sell and yet they hang in there- good luck to them and long may they prosper.
I ordered a set of the new Sennhieser headphone, I was very happy with the speed of delivery I ordered at 4pm and they were with me on the very next afternoon.
They were exactly what I ordered at a good price. I can't say I had any problems at all.
I ordered a printer from Osoo as the price was competitive and the main printer in the office had gone wrong so I needed one quickly.
There was no option on delivery, the price being £39.99 but it did not give any information.
Once the order had gone through I was unable to track anything.
I tried calling several times, there is a voicemail that says you're in a queue but actually you're not, it's all a front. I left messages, they never called back.
I emailed and it took 3 to 4 days to receive a reply.
It is going to take them at least 3 weeks to get the printer in stock before dispatching it to me - this is particularly weird in this day and age so be on alert.
I have cancelled the order and expect all monies to be returned to my debit card.
I have ordered the same printer from another company, last night, and it is being delivered on Tuesday next week.
This site is so amateurish beware of using them...
Ive been waiting for one of these babies to finish off my 3D home cinema experience. After much searching I found one on Osoo for just over £200 but they were out of stock.
After speaking with them, they said it would be about 7-10 days. Aftermuch deliberation, I ordered and paid and 5 days later my new machine arrived.
I can't say how pleased I am with it....my life is complete :)

I have been looking for a Panasonic TM60 camcorder everywhere. I called Osoo who managed to source me one even through the model has already been superceeded by the TM80. They sourced one at 4pm and I had it in my hands at 9.30 the very next day.
What can I say?!! Absolutely over the moon.....well done is an understatement.
I am happy with the item I received from Osoo. the price was good and it was delivered next day. The only reason I didn't give a 5 is because the phone line was quite hard to get through to place my order.
I have been looking for a good camera for my hols for some time. I decidedon the Panasonic FS30 after reading some good reviews on the net.
I ordered the very last one form Osoo over the phone and it was delivered the very next afternoon. Just what I wanted.....really happy ;)
I ordered some iPod headphones (for only 99p!) and they arrived next day.
I am very happy with the price, product and speed of service I received!
The item arrived but it took weeks. At one point I wondered if it was ever going to come and so I considered cancelling the order as I'd ordered with a credit card and so could get my money back. However, I waited another week or so and it finally arrived.
The item was as ordered and is a fantastic item.
Ordered a camcorder to Jersey. Osoo did it with no VAT (bonus!) and in record time of 2 days form order.
Would defo order again...spot on!
Still waiting for an order placed on the 28/6/11.
Spoke to them last week and they were waiting more stock but I should receive it by thursday yet still witing.
Tried ringing them yesterday and today no reply, sent an email no reply.
So far not impressed.
From Greece, I was ordering MSI Star-USB3/SATA6, 2x USB 3.0/2x SATA 6Gb / s, PCIe 2.0 x4.To received it without any problem in the short term (7 days from dispatch). All were okay.
Despite the number of poor reviews here My one and only experience of Osoo was very positive. The web site stated the item i wanted was not in stock but a quick phone-call to check when new stock would arrive told me they were stock taking and it was in stock. Ordered and the goods and they arrived promptly the very next day. Excellent service, excellent price, very pleased.
Advertised as in stock, next day delivery.
No email to say dispatched. No answer from phone, left message on asnwerphone - noone phoned me back.
Emailed got a response after 48 hours to say item not in stock.
I asked for a credit card refund, i got this after a further email (approx one week after the request was made).
My story seems very similar to a lot of others, i suspect that this is a small company ordering each item from suppliers as an order is placed, and invitably items are not being shipped next day as promised. The alternative is that their stock system/website is so terrible as to repeatedly show items in stock when they aren't.
Either way this is extremely misleading, and whilst i got my money back it was only after a lot of chasing.
I certainly wouldn't order again and would advise others against doing so. I have bought many items over the internet, and this is the first negative experience i have ever had - very dissapointing.

Ordered a new camera that was shown as in stock. After waiting for a week, I wrote an email and they answerd that the camerea was not in stock, even though the webpage showed differently.
I had to cancel the order.
I am still waiting for my refund.
I guess I have to initiate a dispute with my credit card company to obtain it.
Shocking service, will probably have to take to court to get a refund.

Was told item was out of stock even though website showed plenty. Was then told that item would be in stock on a specific day and would be delivered the following day. Item did not arrive after a week and had to phone another time in order to receive my item. Apart from that good price and product range.
Again I have ordered from Osoo. And again they have fulfilled my order quickly and effciently. As some people are posting on here simply to tar there name, I will post each and every time I buy from them. I dont like being called a liar, and I wont be called a liar!!!
BEWARE - Osoo is the same company as Elite Gadgets and has scammed a lot of people already. Please read my experience and share yours to stop this fraudster.
I bought a camera two months ago and my money was taken immediately from the card but no camera was dispatched after three weeks. When chasing, I received a message about a faulty stock and the need to reflll the stock but when asking for updates over three weeks the communication was extremely poor or non existent.
Tried to reach this company by phone and it just rang forever and no one picks up so I asked for a full refund via the website.
I got a confirmation email of my refund and I kinda felt relieved BUT after more than four weeks still no money was paid back into in my account!
EG does not answer the phone neither returns my emails.
I have reported EG to my Bank and will report to the police since they stole 200 pounds!
PLEASE TRY TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS "COMPANY" and please also share similar experiences in this forum so that there is more evidence and this criminal will hopefully be caught.
Be aware that this Craig operates under different company names and websites and has changed a few business names since 2007.
I seriously doubt than any of the positive reviews here are authentic.
If still in doubt check the avforums.com website and read how many people have been scammed. I am sorry I did not search the web before buying. Good lesson learnt.
Items ordered shown as in stock and to be sent out next working day. In fact took nearly 3 weeks but thankfully did arrive. Scary waiting period as they do not answer the phone or reply to emails.

I ordered an OCZ drive form Osoo on Thursday and recieved Friday. Drive is absolutely wicked, start up time is almost immediate! love it to bits :)
I have sat and read the comments posted on this site with astonishment.
I have ordered form Osoo on several occasions and have had no problems whatsoever. There are always courteous, and delivery my order within the times frames promised. They are not scam artists and I have always been pleased with the service provided
I cant believe the way in which some people will say that all good comments posted on a site like this are "plants" to make the website look good and they are in fact...scam artists, etc,etc,etc....please use your brain!!! If this company were scam artists, they would not have been registered with companies house for nearly 6 years(you can check this on the companies house website, it is public information) also if, as alleged, they had not filed company accounts in 6 years, then again...they would be shut down!
It seems when someone has a gripe they will do everything they can to bring a company down. I am not saying you do not have the right to air your opinion, but you have no right to say that all the good rating are lies. After all, I could say all the bad ratings are lies by competitors to bring down the company reputation!
I have ordered many times form this company for expensive items such as a new server and several new LCD screens, and I have ever never had a problem...I am not saying they are perfect and never have any customers complaining, but I do feel that sometimes only the hard done by do the shouting and the people who are satisfied dont say anything, therefore leaving an overall bad impression of a decent company.
Take from this what you will!!!!

Ordered on 8th June, got an email confirming my order & credit card debited next day.
The Website showed the item was in stock, but not heard anything since.
I've phoned 6 times and each time I get a recorded 'your call is important to us' the music changes song, and then it goes to an answerphone.
I have emailed them politely asking for an update on delivery or a refund as I will be canceling the order. Still no response.
Will contact the credit card company on Monday and let them deal with it.
Maybe I should move to Norwich, as most of their satisfied customers who have posted positive reviews come from there!
1. This is a private household in Oldham, not a reputable company.
2. They don't carry stock but their website says they do (Thats fraud).
3. Their merchant account with Visa is an old company name that was changed in 2007! (Thats fraud, and probably money laundering).
4. Companies house shows they keep changing their name.
5. They never answer the phone.
6. They have not delivered the goods.
I'm contacting the police,trading standards and visa about points 2&3. and BBC watchdog program.
I also strongly suspect some of the postings here are deliberate misrepresentations, either directly or via family and freinds.

Money taken on ordering with website showing in stock. 2 weeks later nothing .... No reply to phone calls or messages. No reply to emails. No order progress ... nothing.
This company operates out of a private house and clearly isn't in a position to despatch items without sourcing them from elsewhere. Look at Companies House and you can see that they have been through a few company names and no accounts have been filed. If you have paid good money to them you will need to take legal action to recover it, in my opinion.

I ordered an item from them expecting next day delivery as the product was showing as in stock and the payment had been taken from my credit card. 5 days later and the item has still not arrived.

I have sent emails which have also gone unanswered.
My only course of action left is to initiate a dispute with my credit card company in order to obtain a refund.

I made a purchase a few days ago. I too called to change the delivery address and have been unable to get through for two solid days now.
Ironically, the day before I made the purchase I called to make an enquiry and got through first time! Having read the reviews on here since then it does seem like it is indeed a scam.
The 'happy' reviews (and even the reviews which are designed to look bad but in fact are good because people 'actually got their items') are obviously all made up. If only I had seen this before I made a purchase.
This won't be the end of the matter by any means but I could do without the ball ache to be honest - I'm fighting to save my job. I mean you just don't need this nonsense do you?

Even though it said next day delivery and I got an email to say it would be there within 24hrs, it took another 4 days. When it finally arrived it was not the same model of the item I ordered and did not reflect the picture of the item on the website. Pretty poor service all round.
No answer to emails/phone calls.
Still showing as order processing after 2 weeks despite offering sameday despatch. Even terms say goods will be delivered within 5 working days.
Spoke to bank to initiate a chargeback.
I'm very trusting when it comes to buying online, probably too trusting. I will make sure I read reviews on here before thinking of buying from companies I've not heard of before - as well as letting everyone I know never to buy from these clowns

I should have read the reviews on here first.
I first of all received an email to call them about a security alert. I called and Craig answered right away. He said that there was a postcode query so I should speak to my bank. He then said that the order would be cancelled.
Two days later I find that the money has been taken from my account and now when I call (over 30 times) there is no answer. Exactly the same experience as other very dissatisfied customers (victims).
The first time I've ever experienced such a thing with internet shopping! If in doubt, go with the bad reviews and choose and alternative reputable company.

we are waiting for over a week for a delivery.
they took 4 hours to answer in person. I called over 100 times.
they said courier lost the pacage and could not give me a tracking number to check. still waiting and they now to not answer the telephone at all.
Do not ever buy from these people they are crooks

We like the switch and the keyboard but sadly the service from Osoo was some of the worst we've ever encountered. They don't even deserve the one star rating!
The web site advertised the item as being in stock but it wasn't - they part shipped the order although we couldn't use the other part without the switch. They asked whether we wanted a refund and we said yes, they sent the goods anyway and wouldn't refund the carriage.
When the keyboard we'd ordered was delivered there was a part missing and Osoo practically accused us of lying and stealing the missing part.
They ignored emails pointing out that they were breaking several consumer laws.
What more reason do you need to buy elsewhere?

Bought a product from these guys specifically as there site stated it was in stock. Whats clear is that they feed off thier suppliers stocks and dont hold some lines themselves. This is a dangerous game when they state a next day delivery! tried to phone no less than 8 times - each time the voice says lines are busy please hold until eventually you get a chance to leave a message which is then NOT responded too. emailed via online contact form took nearly a whole day to get back to me. WON'T be using them again.
