Ordered on 8th June, got an email confirming my order & credit card debited next day.
The Website showed the item was in stock, but not heard anything since. I've phoned 6 times and each time I get a recorded 'your call is important to us' the music changes song, and then it goes to an answerphone. I have emailed them politely asking for an update on delivery or a refund as I will be canceling the order. Still no response.
Will contact the credit card company on Monday and let them deal with it.
Maybe I should move to Norwich, as most of their satisfied customers who have posted positive reviews come from there!
