I placed an order for a Laptop over £500 which they said was in stock. My payment was processed the next day. One week later they said they had no stock and I asked them to cancel the order. Osoo sent an order cancellation notice.
Since then have had no refund in the 7 weeks since placing the order. This is despite repeated requests in writing.
The company are apalling to contact and are non responsive. I have had to resort to reporting the transaction as fraudulent to my credit card company. 7 weeks later, still no refund and I am out of pocket by £550.
BE WARNED - I speak from experience. I read various reviews beforehand and gave them the benefit of the doubt. I sincerely wished I had not.
