Purchased a Samsung laptop from Osoo. Their price was the best I found.
From the moment of order everything went very smoothly. There were no problems with the order or delivery, and their communication was fine as well.
Overall, definitely recommended.
I bought a Samsung RF710 Notebook (order - OR4138911), (approx £750) brand new in factory packaging, there was a 1 day delivery delay but item arrived, condition exactly as described and I'm very happy with it. They used 'interlinkexpress' for the delivery and couldnt fault them as they gave 1hr delivery slot 24hrs before and they were on time so no wasted hours waiting in.
However, I did have a little 'flap' as I bought it online from a company called Osoo - Registered Office:

It does seem odd to have emails from different companies but all was well and I'm happy and will probably buy from them again.
After reading some reviews I was discouraged to say the least. However, I read the review from Timbuktoo and thought Id give them a call.
Osoo were very courteous and helpful, even to myself, who is a bit of a technophobe to say the least. They pointed my me in the right direction and ensure I bought the correct equipment for the job.
Ordered at 4.30pm and still arrived at 10am the very next day.
I hate to see someone get bad press where it is not called for. I am not saying that the negative comments on this site are untrue, but it is always the ones who feel they are hard done by who shout the loudest and try to put a slur on good character.
I had an overall good experience with Osoo and I would definately use them again.

Reading some of the reviews here, one could very easily be persuaded against dealing with these people. Don't be.
Reading 'between the lines', or more properly between the bad grammar, mis-spelling, non-existant capitals and poor structure of many of the derrogotory comments, it strikes me that many of these reviewers, as well as being illiterate, simply feel they need to 'get the boot in' for some personal reason.
As far as I am concerned, they did exactly what was required and expected of them after placing an order.
1) The goods were NEW
2) They were exactly as described
3) They worked out of the box
4) They arrived WELL within 24 hours
I really cannot see what more anyone could or should expect.
The only reason that this is not a five star rating is because when entering my address, the house number came up double in that 13 became 1313.
As I was unable to edit this on site, I contacted them via their formfill function, and they replied.
HOWEVER, this was 2 days AFTER the goods had been delivered and installed!
So, thanks to an alert delivery driver the 1313 didn't stop him finding us.
Easy to order. Delivery not as fast as promised, but plenty fast enough. Don't think the item had been in stock. According to the delivery notifications the item was supplied by Elite Gadgets Ltd.
Loved the InterlinkExpress delivery service. Absolutely the best. I got an email on the morning of the delivery giving a one hour time slot. It wasn't possible for me. A couple of clicks and I could postpone it. I chose the next day - again with a one hour delivery slot. Perfect.
I would use Osoo again although the other reviews here are somewhat disturbing.
I ordered a 27 inch screen for my new macbook pro (wanted to go big cinema!!!!). I spent just short of £500 with Osoo.co.uk so when I started reading the comments on here I was a little perturbed to say the least.
Anyway, I ordered on Monday morning and recieved tuesday afternoon. The item was delivered by courier and was brand new in perfect condition and did just what it said.
Overall I was happy with Osoo, good price, excellent product and good delivery time, like I say, could not find fault!
Ordered from this company without first looking at reviews, BIG mistake!
Initially ordered an A/V setup from them, they had stock (apparently) at a good price. The site also states next day delivery if ordered before 3pm on a weekday (which I did). Paid right away and wanted to change delivery address. I tried ringing them as stated but could not get through to anyone but an answer machine. I left several messages, none of which have yet been answered. I have also contacted them by email, to which I did get a response stating that my goods were due to be dispatched on that day and did I still require them? I said yes and asked for the courier and tracking number. Not heard anything since. Now the item I ordered shows out of stock and they still dont answer the phone or emails since. This is a sham of a company and as stated below some positive reviews will probably pop up after this one to counter balance the negative ones, these will probably be friends and family trying to boost the companies image. I sense that like the other negative reviews Im going to to be taking a long road to getting a refund. DONT order from these people, you have been warned!!

They are liers and no the company is not legit. The second I write this I can guarantee that a few posts will come up saying how the service was good. The guy is a scammer and he has to do his job good so he keeps tabs on these review sites. HOW HARD IS IT TO WRITE A REVIEW? That is how he makes his money. I got scammed by them I just hope that no-one else does. PLEASE LISTEN AND DO NO BUY!!!!!!

When i purchased this item i considered it excessive and unecessary to have to pay £7.99 for a courier delivery of what i assumed would be a piece of paper!.I expected that at this cost it would at least be a "next day delivery",not 6 days later,when it was delivered by our usual postman,inside an A4 envelope,the cost on which indicated £1.15!!,having been charged £7.99 for a piece of paper to be put in the ordinary post via a "signed for"service which i have used many times at a cost of £1.40!,i have sent at least three email messages requesting a refund of the difference,but as yet i have not received the courtesy of a fresponse,let alone any refund.The product is o.k.,but the customer service is wholly lacking.
This company notified me that my purchase was due for delivery in 24 hours. That was a week ago. Since that time they have not returned emails, answered their phone, or responded to messages left on the phone. To add insult to injury, they have contacted me, on two occasions, stating that now that I received my purchase, could I rate the experience.
My bank tells me that the money has been withdrawn from my account. The lack of contact from this company leads me to the only conclusion feasible. I have been conned. There was no intent to provide the product purchased. I understand that this company has recently changed its trading name, for the third time in 12 months. A sign of itself perhaps.
If you do not wish to loose your money steer clear of this company.
Don’t buy from these guys. i only buy online and have done so for years I have never used a company who do not answer phones or mails. I received a mail the day after I ordered saying “Unfortunately there has been a security error with your payment, could you please call us on 0161-241-5017 to discuss this further” and I did with in 2 minutes of receiving the mail and guess what no answer I tried again and again, I then left a message to call back. Guess what no call back. I called my bank they told me the payment went though no problem so I emailed Andy (got the email from this site not there’s)(there is no email on the site!!) no reply or bounce so legit email address. guess what the website was registered on the web jan 2010 and yet they claim ”we are long established”
If you have being duped by these guys like I have call your credit company immediately and make a report. If you do get through to them they say it’s on the way don’t believe them report them get your money asap cause my only guess to this is they are using your money to make money elsewhere till they are made pay it back, and of course so people don’t know how to get it back and they no doubt enjoy spending it.

As usual it is only the people who have had a bad experience that shout the loudest. I bought a projector from Osoo, an expensive item at over £500 and the delivery was swift the product was great and the after sales support has been great. I contacted Osoo months after my purchase to say that I had lost my receipt and 'Craig' got a copy of it emailed to me the same day. I'd like to see most of the big names match that! My personal experience of Osoo has been fine, shame most people just want to use the internet to moan. If I see Osoo have a product I need again in the future at a good price then I won't hesitate to use them again.
I ordered a Panasonic Camcorder that I needed fairly quickly and showed as being in stock on checking it turned out uit was not actually in stock with them but their supplier.
Anyway they managed to meet my delivery timescales, so I would have no problem using them again.
After reading some of the comments on here I was very cautious when buying from Osoo.co.uk. But They allayed my fears. I order at 4pm on Tuesday and the item was delivered at 11am the very next day.
My new TZ20 is my pride and joy, cant get one anywhere for love nor money! But Osoo saved the day...thank you. I will definately be visiting you again :)
This website promises same day shipping if you order before 3pm. I ordered at 10am on Tuesday 15th.
After a week, I cancelled the order, got an e-mail reply to confirm it, and then 48 hours later they shipped the item that I'd ordered a week ago and then cancelled.
Then they sent me an e-mail saying the item had shipped, so sorry, did I still want it?
Osoo has claimed they have had technical difficulties which allowed them to take the order, charge my bank account but not answer the phones (Although they left an answering machine message saying the phone wasn't working) and they also claimed they couldn't get their e-mail. If they're that badly run that any of this is true, you should avoid shopping with them.
I have been in buisness for over 5 years and am all for searching new suppliers and never have any real problems worth complaining about.
But I placed a order 7 weeks ago and my order is not been processed. I have tried to contact through website and nothing. Tried phones and what a surprise they are having technical difficulties.....
I expected more atleast a email to inform me they recieved my contact or just one to say sorry about the order... anything would have been nice.

Originally placed an order for a high spec Full HD Video Camera with a large well known company A.... which showed the camera in stock. When I placed the order it showed delivery 4 weeks. Apparently from the time looking at the stock level to placing the order it had gone out of stock. So I started looking around for an alternative supplier. The Osoo web site is very proffesional and states or implies all the things a buyer wants to hear. Osoo's price was competitive (although more expensive than my original choice due to a useful free gift with them) and it showed as in stock. I placed and paid for my order before 10am as the web site says orders placed by 3pm are shipped the same day. The following day no email had been received so I tried phoning Osoo. Everytime the phone was answered automatically and you get the message "Your call is important to us...." but eventually goes to an answer machine with no explanation. This is when I looked at the TrustPilot reviews and started getting worried. On the fifth call it was answered and I spoke to a Gentleman who said that they don't promise to ship all orders next day did I still want it. He told me it was in stock and would be shipped today.
So I waited, and my fears were unfounded as it arrived via courier the following day. The main Camera was perfect and a UK model (Unlike some internet dealers) The memory card and the USB reader I ordered at the same time were not the models that I ordered but were of a similar spec.
My Conclusion is that this is only a very small company that holds little or no stock themselves and Orders product as needed. The website looks proffesional but misleads the customer as to the type of company they are dealing with. There is nothing wrong with being a small company especially if you can offer good price and service you just worry when you find the company you have paid your money to is not quite what it appeared to be.
Forgive me Osoo if I have this wrong but that is my experience.
I ordered a hp flat screen monitor and was told i would receive it within 24 hrs. This was on monday and i actually received it on Thursday! Whilst riniging up to ask about the delay i t took me ages to get through and then was told that i would get a call back with a time for delivery. Guess what?? i never got a call back so decided to call again. This time i was told that someone had forgot to send out the parcel!! How impressive is that?? Although the product came in perfect condition i would not order from them again and would not recommend them either! I am still awaiting my invoice and hope it does not take me forever to get it!!!
Osso do not have any goods in stock and have no intention of ever delivery goods. I made an order 9 days ago, paid the £7 delivery charge for next day and have still not recieved my order.
It is just a glossy website, do not be fooled by the picture of a call centre, this is clearly run by a one man band in his home. It is almost impossible to get hold of anyone over the phone, you end up waiting for ages only to get through to an answer-phone. Don't even bother to email, as they never respond or acknowledge correspondence.
I managed to get through only once after 3 days of calling. I was assured that my order had been dispatched and they would contact the delivery company to enquire about the delay. I was also promised a call back, but I never heard from them again.
Also, I do not belive any reviews on this site above 1 star - that was probably completed by family or friends. I would advise anyone to spend that bit extra and go with a reputable company.
I have requrested a full refund over email; lets see if they are able to return your money quicker than they deliver!
I will post again to confirm how long it takes to get your money back, it could take up to 30 days.
Please I urge all people reading this DO NOT BUY from Osso they are liars and do not have any live stock and you will never receive your item.
I ordered a mobile phone from them which stated was in stock on the website it never was because I never receieved my item. I had to waste a lot of money trying to call them to track the item which they said had been 'damaged' at a warehouse but hoop de hoo they never had anymore in stock to replace it!....I then had to go through the rigmarol of a refund for an item I never received as they took the money from my account when they did not have the item in stock.
I would advise people not to buy and to go to a much more reputable website because this is a joke!!!!!! It will cause you more hassle than good buying from these people DO NOT BUY FROM OSOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was rather concerned after ordering a camera case from Osoo, then reading the negative reviews online afterwards; however needn't have worried - my case arrived today in perfect condition.
My only tiny niggle is that the order was not shipped on the next working day (Monday) after my weekend order, but it was shipped on Tuesday. However I did receive an email to confirm shipping along with a tracking number. Tracking was excellent - the tracking website even listed an anticipated 1 hour time frame for delivery today, and the item did indeed arrive during this time frame!
I did email Osoo the at the end of Monday to query why I hadn't received confirmation of dispatch. I did get a response the next morning, confirming that my item would be shipped that day, which it indeed was.
Happy to recommend this company and order from them again.

I have ordered from Osoo several times over the past months and they have been as efficient as I could have hoped for.
I have read the comments on here and feel that some people just complain for the hell of it....or maybe its Osoo's competition trying to tar their character??
God only knows, but I thought Id say I deal with this company whenever Im buing new IT equipment (and being a self confessed nerd, that is often :)

Just recieved my OCZ acutator from Osoo. I could not get one of these anywhere for love nor money. I ordered from them yesterday and it arrives at 10.30 this morning.

Just received my Samsung S15 camcorder this morning, very pleased with the service, was promised next day delivery and it arrived at 08:30. Osoo price most competitive and they were a pleasure to deal with. I would use them again and recommend to friends and family.
We would like to state our case as you have done incorrectly.
We sell brand new stock, if you would like to check the serial number of the camera with Kodak they will tell you that it is a brand new item and they will also tell you the camera has been returned to them twice.
The first time you returned the item to us the battery was inserted the wrong way round and there was nothing wrong with the camera. We did not check this, it was sent to Kodak who checked it and discovered this. They charged us a handling charge for your mistake, which we did not pass onto you as a customer.
You then returned the item to us again, the second time you returned the item to us and there was a fault with the focus which was fixed by Kodak and the camera was then returned to you. If the camera is still not working then can you please return it to us again and we will send it back to Kodak to fix under the warranty.
You have not had zero communication as you state, each and every one of your phone calls and emails have been answered in a timely and appropriate manner.
We have not opened the camera or the box and therefore, if the camera smells of smoke we will report this to Kodak on your behalf.
May we add that the product is brand new with a full Kodak warranty, so if you do not wish to deal with us any more, please contact Kodak direct and they will have a full log of exactly what has happened with the camera to confirm what we have said.
We are not liars or cowboys. The camera is under warranty and we will have it fixed by Kodak as many times as you like, or alternatively please deal with Kodak direct.
We have done everything we can to please you, but it seems that we cant. If you wish to consult a solicitor over the matter, please do so, and also inform Kodak, the providers of the manufacturers warranty that you are doing the same.
I ordered a camera from Osoo, also known as Elite Gadgets in October 2010. All was OK until November 2010 when the camera just stopped working. I was told to send the camera back to Osoo for inspection, I did (special Delivery at a cost of £6). I had no idea if they had received it or not, no communication what so ever. I finally had to chase them, they told me that my battery had been inserted incorrectly and they were sending it back. I may be blonde, but I'm not stupid... this was clearly a rubbish lie from these cowboys. When I received the camera back it was working, but the focus was not. So I returned it again, at another cost of £6. I was told that it would be sent back to Kodak for testing. A few weeks passed and I had to chase Osoo as I had not received a response, I was told it was still at Kodak. My camera is finally back and is not even working, I can't even switch it on! There was no report in the box from Kodak (Osoo told me there would be a report) and the camera smelt of smoke/fags. DO NOT buy from this mickey mouse of a company. You will get zero communication - messages saying that their phone lines are down, emails that are ignored. They are cowboys, names are Andy and Craig. Thank god I have a solicitor!!! Oh and anyone with half a brain will know that all these reviews with 5 stars are quite clearly made up, 5 stars, I can't believe I even gave you 1... right, am off to call Trading Standards, unless Craig or Andy you want to give me a refund and save us all the hassle of going to court?
I own a small IT company, specialising in installation of home and small office networks.
I used Osoo as there prices were competative and they seemed like a professional firm.
I placed the order online and rcieved it the very next day....thumbs up :) Ill be using them again.
I placed an order for a product last week, the product was listed as in stock, it was ordered pre 3pm and awaited its delivery the next day as promised on the website.
As you would expect if u have read the other reviews it failed to arrive. I tried to call the company but got a pre recorded message stating the phone lines were out of order. Having now read previous reviews i see that this excuse was being used back in October, any company worth its salt would surely have fixed the problem in 3 months!
I emailed them and recieved the following reply ' We are very sorry for the delay in dispatching your item.We had a problem with the stock which we recieved. Many of the items turned out to be faulty and had to be returned. We then to order more stock from a different suppliers.
This should be here within the 48 hours. As soon as it arrives we will send it to you immediately.'
The problem i have with the excuse given is that having already purchased this item, i know that each box comes sealed from the manufacturer, so it is impossible to tell if the item is faulty until the item is used. Also there is only one manufacturer that makes the item, so there is no other supplier to order from.
As you may guess, a week later and there is still no sign of the product, no email or phone call to apologise or keep me up to date with the progress of the order and no replies to any further e-mails i have sent. And before you ask, yes they are still telling us they have problems with the phoneline and cant receive calls.
They have my money but seem in no hurry to supply the product.
