as a whole: Very good e-shop. I wanted to buy Deuter traveller bug, there weren't any such bags in Ukriane - so I ordered it in Outdoorgb, and now I have it :) Very good stuff. Prices are low, and support is friendly.
I don't like two moments though:
- OutdoorGB change delivery prices on the go, so after I already pay for bag and delievery, support asked me to pay some additional money for delievery.
- They send my bag to apartment 5 instead of apartment 57. and it was a sheer luck that I called to local postal service, and revealed that stuff, and asked them to change delievery destination. I think that it's not good, postal address should be specified exactly without loosing some numbers.

That's it, thank you for selling me travel bag :)

The goods I ordered were exactly as described and were delvered the next day.
My previous purchase was slow in arriving and I was slightly critical in my review. After looking at comments, my previous experience seemed to be an exception as I am more than happy with my current order.

Not sure why it took so long. Good price but took days and days to arrive.

Fast, easy & cheaper than anyone else!

Having searched & searched for the Gerber Bear Grylls Ultimate Knife for under £80 I finally succeeded with outdoorgb.com; not only were they cheaper than everyone else the delivery arrived within 3 days of ordering. I'll be using them the next time my husband decides he wants to be Bear Grylls!!

I guess the thing about good customer service is you get what you order quickly and communicate well. You only really notice it when something isn't quite right. I was initially surprised that I couldn't pay by Paypal and specify a delivery address OTHER than my registered address (something both Amazon and Ebay allow me to do) but after that it was all faultless. I received a quick update on order status and the delivery arrived the following day before 9 o'clock. Excellent!

I purchased the sleeping bag for the sake of the girls, who otherwise would have to put up with my daughter complaining about the cold whilst camping on Exmoor in October. I placed the order on Tuesday and took delivery on Thursday. I am very pleased both with the product and with the service.

Lost $50 on a fail order

We live in Moscow, Russia and ordered a couple of things. The most expensive ones were highland boots Zamberlan and garmin heart monitor (pulsometer) and three more things.

After the placement of the order they charged my card immediately, though usually e-shops only block money on the card before they check if they have all things from the order.

On the next day they sent me the letter that the have only boots and pulsometer. OK, we need this things.
Two or three days have past and they informed me that the don't have boots too. That was rediculous, but OK, I hoped to get pulsometer.

What in the end? In Russia we have rubles, not dollars. So, after the moneyback we lost $50 on the course of $. They also charged $60 for the 9-day delivery, but two weeks have past already and we have not get this EXPENSIVE pulsometer (it finally costed me more than I should pay for the same thing in Russia)

charged 1.50 next day delivery on late order

ordered a gerber knife and sharpening stone, they took payment then emailed me a day later to let me know. I accepted this as they were to be delivered from america. I then placed an order for a snugpak bivvy and sleeping bag. I rang this time and was told theres no problem with these items there in THERE second warehouse, 5 days pass i call again and told they only placed order with snugpak the day before. This morning iv been told if i want my items for friday (its wednsday) they have to charge me next day delivery. Im not a big enough customer to warrant them waving this charge, only if i was purchasing 100-200 items would they consider this

Ordered through Ebay. Service was incredibly quick to Hong Kong. Goods were exactly as described and I am very pleased.

The only downside which is my fault is after a week of use I lost the Fitbit on a long hike up a mountain which to say the least was a bit of a bummer!

Found this company through Google shopping, they offered the best price on the item I was looking for. A clean and efficient site, and the item was shipped quickly and for a reasonable price. Would recommend.

I have bought from this shop three times and I can tell you that they have very good customer service. My first buy was a Deuter bag and thought it was a bit small. I did not have any difficulty exchanging it at all. Ordered on the 10th January, delivered on the 12th, wrote to them to exchange the product the same day. Refund note was issued the 13th, new item ordered on 16th and got my new item on the 17th. That was the best service I have had from any online shop. The last order I made was a LifeProof case and they were good enough to check if I ordered the correct item since I only ordered the front part. A very good company and will definitely buy from them again.

The quality of the garments ordered is first class and exactly as described on the site. I ordered on Monday morning, package was delivered on Tuesday, I was not in but was left a card to instruct driver of future delivery, this duly took place on Wednesday.

Everything order, arrived on time, no problems
