This is the first time I have ordered with them and thay are fantastic. Quick customer service and parcels delivered when they are supposed to. Nothing seems to be too much trouble! Would definately reccommend other people using OutdoorKit!!!

Great service

Quickly found the jacket I was looking for at a very competative price. The online ordering system didn't like me for some reason but my order was quickly and efficiently taken when I phoned up and my TNF jacket arrived the next day. I'm very happy with the product and the service I've received and will be back to check out some more deals soon.

Ordered a few items in their sale as they were 50% off and much cheaper than anywhere else on the web. Delivery was quite quick even through the snow and poor weather. I will have to send a few items back as I bough a few to try and will report back on how that goes later!

Postage Cost to Northern Ireland

Northern Ireland is classed as the UK until you order with this company who see fit to charge over £8 for the delivery of a hat. It is simply unacceptable to charge this much for something that is so small and weighs almost nothing. Having shopped online with many other companies this is the first I have found to charge such extortionate rates for postage.

All our deliveries are sent via Parcelforce and are fully trackable and insured. We don't want to send your items via post because they are easily lost, resulting in potential delays and headaches for our customers. Unfortunately, this does result in an expensive charge to deliver to Northern Ireland, but all our delivery charges are on our website and are very clearly displayed during the checkout process.

Fantastic Jacket

Having bought my first north face nuptse jacket a week ago i am already ordering my second jacket
as they not only look great but they perform brilliantly in freezing conditions, i only need to wear a tee shirt underneath that jacket and i am protected from the harshest elements.

Iwas searchig for a specific product, found it. It gave all the information about this product and a picture could be enlarged. I found OutdoorKit on the Berghaus web site. I was looking for ski pants in rather a hurry, and to my great delight OutdoorKit had stock in for delivery in 1-2 days - perfect!

The site was easy to use, with clear navigation, good descriptions and decent size pictures (so many sites have you squinting at thumbnails!), and was fast to use with no delays or failed page loads, so good marks all round there.

Only just placed my order, so as long as they deliver in the 1-2 days so I get my delivery by the time I've got the planks strapped on, I'll be a very happy shopper!

The website is very well laid out and I found the product that I was looking for straight away. The only issue I have is having to pay postage on my item which was over £140. Other companies selling this product provided free postage and had they have had the size and colour boot that I wanted I would have taken my business elsewhere. Other than that I cannot fault the website although I have only just placed my order and am awaiting delivery.

Placed an order just before 4.30pm (which is the cut off time for same day dispatch if in stock) and order was received the next day by Parcelforce.
