Great company
I've used Outdoorkit a couple of times now. They're reliable, quick and competitively priced. I placed my order before 4.30pm for next day delivery before 12.00pm and it arrived in plenty of time via ParcelForce (obviously paying that bit more for next day delivery, but if you need it you need it).
I returned one item previously (not their fault, a change of mind on my part). The acknowledgement of return was prompt as was my refund.
I would highly recommend them for ease of use, reliability, speed and efficiency 10/10 (or 5/5 lol).

Very helpful efficient company
Outdoorkit staff are supremely helpful. It is their main selling point as a company, to me anyway. They also deserve top marks for having a UK landline number you can call, and which is answered quickly by a knowledgeable human being (alas, this combination is becoming a rarity! Try Sports Direct for a soulless and incredibly dear phone experience!) . I find them so good to deal with that I am willing to go against principle and keep ordering from then despite the fact that they use Parcelforce, whose delightful tendency to charge extra for non-mainland UK (an oxymoron if ever there was one!) means that I normally instantly switch allegiances to a different shop. However, with Outdoorkit, I am willing to overlook this fault, as it is more than outweighed by the fact that Outdoorkit staff will go out of their way to fix an order problem or get a bigger / smaller size product in from the supplier (and supply at the same sale price), and are very quick to post out products / replacement products, all in a helpful and genuinely pleasant manner. So in conclusion, top marks for a top company.

Excellent service
I ordered jacket on phone on thursday at 1 30pm and it arrived on friday at 8 20am fantastic service,jacket was perfect fit and colour and received free rucksack as well what a bonus,will be buying from Outdoorkit in future and would recommend them to others without any hesitation.

Great communication, great delivery, great service.
Ordered some shoes which were delivered the next day, unfortunately I purchased the wrong size. Due to wanting them sooner rather than later, contacted Customer Services ordered another pair which were delivered next day, printed off my returns label and I have been told as soon are they receive my return they will refund my card. Good service and they were also the cheapest I found. Will use them again.

Fabulous friendly service and amazingly fast delivery
This company is fantastic. My return and exchange was processed and back with me within 3 days of my posting the first item, as they packaged up my exchange item ready for posting as soon as I emailed!

Prompt service and prompt communications
Quality service! I ordered an item over the weekend and it was despatched on the Monday and delivered on the Tuesday. That's good service. When I returned it for a different size I had an email the day after I posted it to say the replacement was on its way. What more could you wish for?

Good prices, good range, good delivery service
Impressed with quick service and a delivery that tells me when the parcel is coming and is tracked. You can't beat Royal Mail/Post Office/Parcelforce! I couldn't get size 7.5 in this boot locally as traders can't be bothered stocking half sizes, but for me fit is the most important and I need the half size!

Excellent Service
Can't fault this company for their service, unfortunately for me I ordered the wrong trainers. But from ordering the goods to them arriving I was kept informed all the way on where in the process they were. Returned my trainers my trainers in post saturday and got a refund monday morning... can't argue with that service.
Will be doing business again with them at some stage. Nice to have a happy/reliable firm to deal with. Thanks.

Impressive service
When my new Berghaus jacket developed a faulty press stud the service I received was fantastic - lovely people to speak to on the phone and all promises fulfilled. Received a replacement jacket within 24 hours with all postage reimbursed. Restores faith in retail!

Excellent Service
Needed a pair of B2 boots, ordered one set that were slightly tight (narrow fit), returned them and they immidiatley sent another (different company) pair of B2's. They did not charge me the postage for this second pair, spent some time on the phone checking the fit compared to the first pair, and they arrived within 48 hours of ordering. Boots are outstanding! So is the service, cannot praise them too highly, they returned calls and were very patient with some of the staff being particularily knowledgable.
As a regular used of mail order, I was very happy with Outdookit.

Superb Service
I was very happy to find the NorthFace coat I wanted at a very competitive price - it arrived very promptly. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the zip - it didn't quite mesh together at the base. I returned the coat on a Monday and a replacement arrived on Wednesday of the same week followed by a very courteous and friendly email and that's why I rate Outdoorkit at 5 Stars , to me, customer service is everything.

Perfect trading.
I found the walking boots I wanted, to replace the same pair I'd worn out, which I couldn't get in local shops. In the half size I wanted (which were proving hard to find). In the sale, for literally half the price (or even less) of all the other suppliers I checked on line (around 40) (bar one who was also running a sale but only had 2 sizes).
I ordered late at night on cheapest post option and they arrived about 35 hours later. Wonderful!
Website was user friendly; easy to navigate, clear and easy on the eye. Support directions were clear too should you need any advice.
So as far as I'm concerned my shop with Outdoorkit was just how it says above.

Excellent customer service. Unfortunately I had to return some boots so I emailed to let Outdoorkit know and got a personal reply from a member of the customer services team to let me know about the prepaid postage they offer. I also got an email confirming receipt of the boots once i'd returned them. No quibbles and the refund was in my bank the next day. Would definitely use them again

I received a very prompt email confirming my order and another shortly after to say the item had been despatched.
Unfortunately I had to return the item but the excellent service continued - I posted the jacket and the following day received an email to say it had been received and the full refund was back in my bank.
