Very fast delivery

Ordered a few small bits and bobs and didn't expect them to arrive for a few days so was very surprised when they arrived the next day less then 24 hours after delivery. So surprised had to mail them direct just to say thanks!

Quick and easy to use

Happy with website, and had stock at price I liked. Particularly liked being able to choose a day for delivery for no extra cost. Would have got 5 stars if you could pay using PayPal and delivery were free, but then you can't have everything!

Great service and good prices!

Cannot fault the service received from Outdoor Kit. Goods arrived on the day due and the prices were the best to be found on the net! Even refunded one postage as I ordered two items at separate times that came in one delivery. Did not ask them to do this the refund just appeared in my account----Brilliant service!!

The best on-line experience ever

I have been buying goods on-line for many, many years. I haven't ever had an real issues or problems, sometimes goods are a bit late or an unexpected postage cost is applied and often some of the larger organisations are not so good on sending out the right size but on the whole I am a happy internet shopper. However, when I used this site I was really amazed by how good the whole experience was. I searched for a particular pair of Timberland boots that I wanted using Google. Not only did Outdoorkit have the right model, they also had exact size (ladies 5.5 - no one else did). Plus they were cheaper than anywhere else including Ebay and Amazon Sellers. I made my purchase and praise be, I was not forced to give massive amounts of information, it was very quick and easy. Even better, the goods arrived exactly as promised the next afternoon. This probably sounds a bit so what BUT put all the elements of the whole experience together and it was really excellent. So much so that I have been telling everyone AND have written this review without even being prompted by a flow up from the company.

This is an organisation that is providing a service and experience that other internet businesses should aspire to.

1st class service is very rare to find these days

i ordered my north face nupse boots monday afternoon and asked for tues after 2pm delivery and sure enough the boots arrived today at 14.05 tues. i am very impressed with the service of this company and the quality of the item, it has gave me the confidence to order my new winter coat, north face metropolis parka which i am looking foward to being delivered tomorow!!!
1st class service like this is very rare these days and i shall be telling all my friends.!!

Brilliant!

I found it very easy and quick to order from the website, so I placed my order at 1pm, received a confirmation that it had been shipped at 3pm, and received all items in impeccable conditions at 8am the following day! On top of it all, it was also the best price I could find for the items I wanted. Outdoorkit will definitely be my first port of call for future buys!

Stonkingly good service!

Awesome online company..

I found your website by chance, and I am thrilled I did. I was buying a gilet for my partner and was worried about if it didn't fit or he disliked the colour. So I sent an email to the websites contact address at a very late time of the night and I woke up for work with a reply. I thought it was amazing service, as well as the returns/exchange policy being so generous, just what I needed :)

Peak performance in every sense

So glad to have found these guys. I placed orders for 2 North Face items in readiness for my forthcoming trip to the Yukon to see the Northern Lights (Wheeled bag and Pamir jacket) and both were delivered within 24 hours of ordering. Wonderful packaging to ensure Postman Pats' worst attempts wouldn't cause problems, and all for very competitive prices, especially in comparison to the manufacturer direct. I ordered safe in the knowledge that if sizing was an issue there would be no hassle about an exchange or refund, but fortunately it wasn't required. I didn't really need the jacket, but based on my bag purchase I bimbled onto the very easy to use website and treated myself - Hey its' Christmas! I will certainly head this way again when my next adventure is sorted, and would certainly recommend anyone else to do the same.
