Suberb Service
These guys are brilliant, next day delivery and no hassle when swapping goods.
Imagine the scenario, I was in desperate need for some kit for my weekend away, I ordered it on Monday but due to my error ordered the wrong thing. It arrived on Tuesday, I posted it back on Wednesday and received my replacement on Friday in time to go away - I really didn't expect that quick of a turn around.

It all started when i wanted to know about a sleeping bag and what season rating it was. Emails were prompt and very helpful. What Fantastic Service!

Item arrived the next day and was exactly as described but was unfortunately too large. I repackaged the item and sent it back on the Wednesday and by mid-day on the Thursday I had received an e-mail informing me that they had received the item back and I had been credited back to my card. Ordering from abroad
I live in Norway and have ordered kit which is to be sent to and picked up in the UK. When trying to pay i rwote down my Norwegian Billing address, where a warnng box kept blocking my procedure explaining that the post code was not from the Uk. I tried it a couple of times but this repeated itself. I then put my uk adress down as the billing address(which it isn't) and I was able to proceed. when I entered my card detaails I was then able to give my correct billing address. Apart from this, the website is simple, great gear, and great prices. If it wasn't for the glitch with the addresses I 'd give a 5 star rating no problem. Hop e this helps

Seriously!
£8.95 to ship to a single item to Northern Ireland. How can you justify that? Don't you want trade from NI?
The only reason I ordered from you was because I couldn't get the product anywhere else and I was in a hurry for it. It pained me to do it. You are charging TWICE AS MUCH for postage as any other mainland based store that I order from.
I will NEVER order from your site again.
Its such a shame as you seem to have some great gear.

I got a lovely little proper gore tex jacket in their sale for the price of a non-breathable, sweat-your-ears-off cheapo jacket. It was in a size XXL as well, so I was most pleased with that, as well as speedy next day courier service as standard, which is miles better than what you get from most places.

The best point about these people is that they charge reasonable p&p prices, and your order is delivered very quick... Usually next day for just under 4 quid! Most people would charge nearer a tenner for this service.

I am walking guide and regularly buy gear from Outdoorkit for myself,I have several sets of gear in matching colourways from various brands , not entirely necessary, but I look good and I get to buy it all in one place as time is a precious commodity! I know I can get a high technical spec at at a good price.
