Brilliant customer service! Highly Recommend
Ordered new tent and table with very little time before trip. Came very quickly with a handwritten note to courier expressing 'must be there before' on it, which was lovely.Table was damaged in transit by courier unfortunately, but emailed OW that same day, and because I had a deadline organised my own courier through work, to get it back and requested a refund explaining that I would pick one up locally to avoid same happening. Missed an email offering immediate exchange where OW would pick up damaged table and replace, but they did offer without quibble. The refund was done within hours of the table being received back at OW the next day! Absolutely great service from an internet company - have and will recommend!!

Great Service, great price, free gift and prompt delivery.
I got exactly the product I wanted at a very cheap price and a gift worth £20. They checked the night before if I wanted it delivered to a neighbour and did that.

Excellent Value for Money without sacrificing Customer Service commitment.
Placing an order was very simple & secure. (Vango Dart DS200 Tent & Dble Sleeping bag).
One item was delayed & I received a courteous phone call from Outdoor World (how very nice to get a phone call from an online supplier - they managed my expectations & gave me the choice as to how the delivery could be handled). I decided the items should be sent together & they turned up on time as expected. (I was able to track the delivery online).
Fantastic value for money not sacrificed by poor service for a change. I would not hesitate to recommend Outdoor World.

Excellent customer advise and support
Great advise given by customer service lady, very friendly and helped immediatley. Lovely person in stores checked stock and emailed me back straight away, even advised extra equipment.

Fast and professional service even for international customers
Seems like it only took a few minutes from when I pressed the "Buy" button until I got an email saying that they had sent my order off to shipping. The delivery time to me in Sweden was much quicker than the stated seven to ten days.
It was also a very good price for a good product!

Good service and product arrived as promised within the seven days
I saw they sold the windbreak I wanted for cheaper than anyone else. I chose the economy delivery service within seven days and it came on the 6th day, which was good as it was a Bank Holiday weekend. They emailed the day it was despatched.

Ordered a Coleman Darwin 3 Plus Tent. It's a nice good quality tent.
Was perfect in true UK rainy windy weather.
I've got my order dispatched and delivered promptly right on time. Their price was good especially the have thrown a gift camping gas stove in for free.

Your set up is second to none
It was my first order with Outdoor World (and it will not be my last) and it was a pleasure dealing with them. Right from the beginning, The lady i spoke to on the phone was very pleasant and could not do enough to help and advise me, she made me feel very comfortable dealing with her. Even down to payment (which was easy) and the delivery was fast and very efficient. It was a pleasure dealing with you.

3 ltre KETTLE handles SHARP not hot and a whistle murmurs not BLOWS !!
One whistle, murmurs not whistles, it's a noise anyhow. Though the sharp edges on the handles do need attention, they are skin scratching sharp, two top edges and center underneath. These are unfinished moulding edges. I have dealt with my two handles very satisfactory by filing over with a smooth Nail file then very fine nail sand card.
As the sharp moulding edges were on two out of two kettles picked at random, suggests to me your remaining stock will also be very uncomfortable and blood letting to your customers.Just a suggestion.

Fast and reliable service.
Ordered two items one of which was out of stock. I was phoned to ask if I would be happy to wait, or alternatively, I could have the more expensive model for the same price, guess which I chose. Joking aside, Outdoor World were easy to deal with, friendly and couldn't do enough to help. There was a mix up with supplier and they not only kept me in touch with proceedings but they gave me a better and more expensive tent than I ordered as my original choice became no longer available.
Would not hesitate to go back and purchase more equipment...

I found the website easy to navigate, so that it was simple to view the type of tents I was interested in.
The tent I chose was reduced, and was delivered the next day. I am very pleased with quality, it is just what I was expecting.

Excellent service
Bought a few things I needed to go caravaning at the weekend, ordered it on Tuesday night around midnight, they had it ready to collect by 10am. and I could go on my trip without any issue.

Fast, Reliable, Great Value and Excellent Communication
I can't believe what a great company this is and the fact that I hadn't heard of them before!!! They offer great priced camping gear, free delivery over £50 and they keep you contacted every step of the way. I knew exactly when my order had been received and they kept me informed on the delivery times by email and text and even gave me the name of the driver (who was very polite) and an hour slot as to when my goods would arrive. The quality of goods hasn't disappointed and rest assured this will be my first port of call when I am looking to make any further camping purchases. I would certainly recommend not only to my friends but to anyone looking for camping gear!!
