Excellent service all round
I found the website easy to navigate, so that it was simple to view the type of tents I was interested in.
The tent I chose was reduced, and was delivered the next day. I am very pleased with quality, it is just what I was expecting.
Outdoor World could teach many other online retailers a lot about customer service & satisfaction. Thank you.

Excellent service
Bought a few things I needed to go caravaning at the weekend, ordered it on Tuesday night around midnight, they had it ready to collect by 10am. and I could go on my trip without any issue.

Fast, Reliable, Great Value and Excellent Communication
I can't believe what a great company this is and the fact that I hadn't heard of them before!!! They offer great priced camping gear, free delivery over £50 and they keep you contacted every step of the way. I knew exactly when my order had been received and they kept me informed on the delivery times by email and text and even gave me the name of the driver (who was very polite) and an hour slot as to when my goods would arrive. The quality of goods hasn't disappointed and rest assured this will be my first port of call when I am looking to make any further camping purchases. I would certainly recommend not only to my friends but to anyone looking for camping gear!!

Great Deal

Super Service at an excellent price and Fast delivery
I wanted a pop up tent for a class reunion in the summer, Outdoor World's website was easy to navigate, tents were excellent price, ordering was easy and the tent arrived very quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Good value for money.
Ordering was very straightforward, had a backup email to verify the order.
The awning when it arrived was well packaged up.
The awning and frame are made to a high standard.
A diagram for assembling the poles was easy to read .
The only problem I came across was that the awning had no pictorial clues as to which panel went where.
I found this quite difficult at first but soon solved this problem.
A diagram would have helped.
All in all very pleased.

Very impressed
These guys sorted out my request and took payment quickly. Over a bank holiday weekend they got the 110kg worth of goods shipped out of the UK and to France within a few days. They were good with their quote and good with communication. Only problem I had was with the on line registration which never seemed to set up my account. I had tried several competitors for the same products, Outdoor world was cheaper, quicker and more professional all round. not used the itemsyet but thats not realy their bag anyway.

First Class Service and Delivery Time
Wanted a specific airbed and wasn't sure that the one on the site was suitable. Called and spoke to Andy. He was very helpful and whilst I was on the 'phone he went and took one out of the box to check it was OK for what I wanted. Fantastic service !!!! Ordered it on a Friday afternoon and received it Monday lunchtime.
Would have no hesitation in recommending Outdoor World to anyone, nice company to deal with.

Reliable,very competitive
Had a few things from outdoor world in the past, on the Internet & by phone (before i could use a computer as I am nearly 60) always found them helpfull ,very very competitive,(sighn up to there emails) delivery ALWAYS on time down to the hour they state & with the drivers name, what more can I say ,can't wait todo business with the again.

Very efficient service
I ordered an item online and it was despatched very quickly. I was contacted to say that I had highlighted a delivery option that was not applicable to the area where I live but that the item would be delivered via Royal Mail other than courier. It took a few days longer but was worth the wait. The service was excellent.

Brilliant Service!
Ordered a windbreak and table/kitchen - didn't have to price match as were cheaper than anywhere else. On day of ordering received e-mail confirming order followed by e-mail confirming shipment. Next day received a text confirming delivery time (with option to rearrange date/time/address) - certainly did not expect next day delivery especially as postage was free and items so large and bulky. Items were well packaged and in perfect order. Couldn't ask for a better service, would not hesitate in recommending and if I need anything else will try Outdoor World first. Fantastic!

Hi-speed competence
I don't usually write reviews unless the service was particularly awful or particularly good. This time it was first-class. Firstly, I didn't expect the item - a tent - to arrive so quickly, seeing as I ordered it on a Sunday. Therefore, I was quite surprised to come home from work on the Tuesday to find a note through the door saying it was with my neighbour. Secondly, I liked the fact that the deliverer took the initiative of leaving it with the neighbour rather than returning it to some depot where it might be quite hard to retrieve. I was sent an email saying it had been despatched but had not been online that day. Also, the goods matched the picture and description online, with the added bonus of very detailed instructions inside as to how to erect it. So many tents do not have this. All-round competence = one satisfied customer.
