Selv om de får høvl

Jeg kan godt se folk er utilfredse, men jeg kan jo kun tale af egne erfaringer. Jeg har handlet hos dem rigtig mange gang, og har altid fået en god service i telefon, og med RMA, så jeg kan ikke andet end give dem 5 stjerner

Good service but with some few issues through the process.

Jeg købte et kabinet, en skærm samt lidt andet hardware i juni måned. 4 dage gik før de sendte det men tingene ankom ret hurtigt efter nogle få dage. Men det skulle vise sig at kabinettet var skadet under transporten og i det kunne jeg teste deres returneringssystem.
De er meget hjælpsomme og hjalp mig rigtigt godt men de skal påmindes lidt en ekstra gang før at der åbenbart sker fremskridt i tingene. Ombytningen trak en del ud og da jeg spurgte dem om hvordan det gik, sagde de at der var problemer med min adresse. Underligt og min brugerkonto blev heller aldrig opdateret siden jeg bestilte første gang.
Under resten af forløbet hvad lidt det samme, hvor der ikke skete noget som helst i lang tid.
Vi fik dog endelig det sidste på plads, men så var der også gået mere end en måned.

Overordnet følte jeg da fint behandlet, men de har åbenbart nogle problemer med websiden der gør det hele lidt langsommelig og man skal rive dem lidt i øret hele tiden. Ikke alle tingene går helt automatisk her. Men de svarede altid tilbage og hurtigt!

Bought a pc case and some other hardware. 4 days went before it ship out and few days till goods arrived at my door. Sadly the case was damage by the transport so I had to RMA it.
The support service was mostly very helpful and they replied every time and fast.
Just few weeks went where I did not hear from them and unfortunately I ask for my case and they suddenly said they had some issues with my address in their system. How can that happen? I show correctly at my account.
Another week did past with same massage and first at that time a new case did ship out. Also I’ve had to ask them again twice refund the shipping cost.

My experience with Overclockers is above average. They did a great help me out once I did leave a message but feel I had to ask them more than needed to let them process my order. Also it seems their system suffer a bit and my account didn’t updated with my RMA information either. I couldn’t follow the process here.
I would say Overclockers UK need to work on improve their website and process their orders faster at some points. Don’t pick Overclockers UK if want fast delivery and fast RMA.

good service until theres a problem

Bought all the parts to make a shuttle pc from them for my brother , everything was fine until after a few months the PC was playing up. Took a look at it and after testing and swapping parts over from another shuttle it soon became clear it the Ram chips had a fault. So , sent them back to overclockers while they " tested them ". After a few weeks , started to chaise to find out what was going on , and was told that they had proved faulty! Wait and waited and waited for replacements, sending many emails with no replies. I ended up buying replacement rams elsewhere and wrote to them twice, asking for a refund, the last letter giving them 7 days notice of legal action. No surprise really but never even got a email reply, so went on line and logged a small claims court claim against them. In the end i did get my money and the small claims cost paid back to me within a few daysi. It s not so much the ram chips went wrong, it is the fact that when faced with faulty goods they just do not care how they treat their customers.

Deres RMA er fin, deres priser er super og deres udvalg er til UG+.

Eneste kritikpunkt er at de er ret langesomme til at svare mails.

Oki priser, stort udvalg, lidt langsom levering

De har et stort udvalg og mange af deres priser er rigtigt gode, men det kommer naturligvis an på pund prisen.

De er dog ikke super hurtige til at få sendt varerene og første gang man handler med dem, skal man vise billede ID og bank udskrifter, men det er standard i mange engelske butikker.

Received a B-Grade instead of a brand new prod.

I Received a B-Graded product. So it didn't last, no warranty for that.

Actually been quite impressed

Had cause to order some bits and they arrived promptly. Good choice of some tricky to obtain bits and when i had to RMA something it was processed fine. Dropped a mark because i had to return an item.

After sales support is a joke

Accepted an RMA for faulty GFX card (faulty on arrival) then returned the same card back to me and charged me £10 to test it and £16 to ship it back.
The card is still faulty, artefacts everywhere!
They also didn't send back all the bundled cables that were in the box!
Absolutely useless!
It will cost ma another £16 to return it and the chance they will return it NFF and charge me another £26!

Appalling after sales support

They're no cheaper than novatech or other online retailers and their after sales support is the worst in the industry.
I am 99% sure the item I received was actually a B grade item sold to me as new at full retail price.

Any item returned faulty will be returned to you as NNF and charged £10+shipping cost to your credit card before they even think about looking at it.
If you decide to send it again they may replace it but it will already have cost you so much in shipping and charges it's hardly worth it.
This is how they operate.

Yes they have a good selection of stock but buying from them is Russian roulette because just one faulty item and I guarantee you will not be able to resolve the issue with them and you'll wish you paid the extra €5 to get it elsewhere.

If I could give minus stars I would.

Gode priser og god RMA

Hej har nu handlet hos overclockers.co.uk ved et par lejligheder og altid med success. Den ene gang var det nogle ram, der efter 1 måned holdt op med at virke. Dem fik jeg helt smertefrit byttet på garantien.

Eneste ulempe ved oc.co.uk er den til tider lange leveringstid. Men sådan er det jo når man handler i udlandet.
