My "high end" gaming PC had problems from day 1, with blue-screening and a loud, high pitched whine. Sent it back for repairs and it was returned with exactly the same problems. I dianosed and fixed the whine myself (dodgy cooling fan) but darned thing couldn't start from standby and kept blue-screening on a daily basis. I contacted Overclockers again and they claimed they'd not heard of my problem previously - impossible to prove otherwise because of their site-based communication policy. Also, if you say anything negative about overclockers on their forums they delete it - its actually in their terms and conditions. Disgraceful service. Never again!
