Good Solid Company with very Helpful Staff

Purchased many things over the years from them. If there has been a problem, a quick note/email/phonecall or post on the forums has sorted it.
Just purchased a couple of work computers (their Primo Pro range) which they have built and delivered within a couple of days. Looking inside, they are very neatly done and are inaudible from over a foot away
I once bought a cheap case and one of the feet was missing - I received a new foot in the post a day or so later

Very fast turnaround and really helpful staff!

Ordered all the components to build my new computer after much help from the overclockers forum where the people were all really helpful and gave me some advice on my build. The overclockers chrome app for posting your shopping basket came in really helpful here!

Placed order on a Saturday and received my parts on the Monday so they got dispatched very quickly! One component was the wrong item with a HDD being a (much) more expensive model. After the people from overclockers being so helpful I got in touch with them on the forums and they arranged to have it swapped out for the right drive and gave me a free copy of BF4 for telling them!

Very happy with my purchase and the customer support. Specifically Bailey got everything sorted out very quickly!

I would recommenced them to anyone wanting to buy computer parts in the future.

FAST DELIVERY BUT POOR RMA SERVICE

I have bought Sapphire R9 280X Toxic graphics card which turned out to be faulty and produce artefacts in vision. 34 days after I have received the card I have raised an RMA with them and had to pay the delivery from my pocket. The RMA takes 28 working days and I have found out that other owners of the same graphics card globally are also experiencing the same issue and RMA/replacement didn't actually resolve the problem. I've been on the phone with Overclockers RMA representative yesterday and asked if the replacement/repair won't resolve the issue if I can get my money back and he replied that they will have to keep sending the card back to the manufacturer for another replacement/repair until it gets resolved because I'm with 6 days late for refund. If I got back to them 6 months or a year later I understand but 6 days past the 28 day window is unfair......completely ignoring the fact if the goods have been sold as faulty, not fit for purpose that I have the right for a refund if they don't meet these criteria. Not good!!

I suffered a graphics card failure late Friday afternoon, a quick call to Overclockers and a new one was on it's way. I was back up and running by 10 Saturday morning and I got my project completed before the deadline, totally amazing service. Thanks.

Outstanding Customer Service OCUK

I decided to take a chance on a 'B' listed motherboard on offer at overclockers.co.uk. Unfortunately the board didn't work. I logged this on the ocuk forums (already an active member) and received a response, with an apology, within the hour. An RMA was given to me with instructions. A refund was back with me once they had received the board and checked it.
The staff members 5UB, Bailey and Jargan couldn't do enough to help me with any further queries I had. I was even refunded the postage for the returned item.
I have bought many things from ocuk over the years and will continue to do so thanks to the customer service.

I have used overclockers before and I never have an issue , I ordered my new monitor on Friday and got it by Monday. And was kept informed all the way. And they use reputable couriers...all in all they make online shopping what it should be , hassle free

Great Customer Service! Finally got working product!

I would like to thank everyone from Overcklockers UK for sorting my query out.
I got from them Asus Matrix Platinum R9 280X with which I had tremendous problems.

The card was overheating, not displaying textures correctly and since day one was very loud. The noise came back to normal after one day but the card was still not working as it should.

Initially I thought that this is the drivers issue so I decided to wait for newer drivers (GPU was purchased in November last year). The problem was persisting so I decided to send the card back.

It did not look like a good decision at first, as I had to wait 28 days for ASUS to check the card and send me replacement/repaired unit. It was the longest month in my life.

I could not get use my PC for entertainment but I could also not use it for work/studying etc.

Yes ASUS I am looking at you. 28 days without update is insane. You should work on speeding the process up or issuing replacement cards, especially after selling & distributing batch of faulty products.

Fortunately I bought my card from a well-respected supplier – Overcklockers UK. We might have a slight disagreement on interpreting the meaning of 28 days but after my last phone call things sped up and thanks to the professional service and helpful staff, a replacement card was sent to me within 24 hours.

I was not happy with the replacement card as it was inferior from the one I paid for originally, performance was much worse than Platinum version of R9 280X. I would probably be happy with the ASUS TOP model of R9 280x (as it has similar performance) but the Asus model which was sent to me , ASUS R9 280X Direct II did not meet my needs. I invested heavily into the new GPU to have future proof card for next 3-4 years.

I could not agree to the replacement as I would be out of pocket with the card not meeting my requirements. Once you save for something for a long time you want to be sure that the product you get is top value. I immediately contacted Overcklockers. Once again staff was professional and helpful. A new RMA was issued and I was told that I will get a refund of the shipping costs for sending the card back to Overcklockers. After my card arrived I was given a full refund (still waitting for the refund on P&P though), I decided to buy another card from Overcklockers as I cannot fault them. The problems I had were mainly due to the ASUS product. It was poorly designed and did go through intenstive QC program.

The problems arisen due to the ASUS product, there was not fault with Overcklockres ordering process or after sale service which I must say is one of the best I come across.

So without any hesitation I ordered a new shiny GPU (not manufactured by ASUS –I will try to avoid their products in future). It was MSI R9 290X (which comes with free games as well).

The card arrived within 24 hours. No problems so far. It is a great quality product. I did not get a refund for P&P so I had to call Overcklockres. I was assured that this will be sorted now.
I must be the unclockiest customer ever as I have also not got vouchers for free game. This was sorted when I called my Seller. My enquiry was handled in a professional manner. The vouchers have been sent to me and I am eagerly awaiting their arrival and refund of my P&P costs.

You might ask why I am giving 5 star rating. Well mainly because my issue was sorted in the professional manner. Yes I had to wait ages but this is how warranty claims are handled, maybe this will be changed and replacement components will be offered. Just like a courtesy car from the insurer, there should be courtesy GPU from a manufacturer or seller.

Overall all my issues were rectified. I will continue to order from this Seller as they care about the customer and any issues (which will always be present) are quiclky fixed. Customer comes first and this philosophy is practised by Overcklockers UK.

Now my go to parts supplier

I had to knock one star off as their prices are a bit high.

But you get what you pay for, their tech support actually tend to know what they are talking about which makes a change.

Their delivery service (DPD) are awesome as I know within an hour when I need to be in. (priceless)

But all in all along with scan they are the best for me at the moment.

Great shop and excellent customer service

I have used OCUK a few times and never had a problem and will definitely use them again, I did have to return a product due to problems with it and I used the support forum in which my questions was answered quickly and professionally by Bailey he took me through the RMA steps and arranged for return of the product which I got a refund for, I asked for a recommendation for a replacement which I purchased and was not disappointed, OCUK do care about there customers,

An excellent company with EXCELLENT customer service!

Well, i have used OCUK for years, i used to live a couple of miles away and remember the old days of it being on the imex business park in fenton. Then, i did have a few problems.

NOW though, its a completely different story, the purchasing staff go above and beyond, trying to get in as many products as they can that people actually want, the sales staff, know what they are talking about, and actually share an interest with the customer and if you do have any problems, the customer service team is second to none.

I have had replies to emails and forum posts even when the customer service representative was away on holiday, he even got my problem sorted out from there too!

You might find some products cheaper elsewhere, but seriously, spend the extra few quid and know for sure that you will be looked after.

Awesome customer service!

Amazing customer service. Been using for 4 years now and never had a problem that wasn't rectified amazingly quick.

I would just like to say thank you! I had sent an RMA to you on Last Weds which arrived to you on Thurs. I had forgot to write anything on the box at all (silly me I know). Either way I informed Bailey on the forums of this and he alerted those who needed to know about it to help make sure it was received in. (I have now found out he went to receiving, got my package and brought it to RMA department himself)

Long story short I was notified at 4PM Friday both my cards had made it to the RMA department successfully. 4:30 I received Email stating they would both be replaced.. Saturday morning I received invoices for the cards assuming they had just been packed or would be packed on Monday.. 9am today I receive notice from DPD that my parcel would be with me today!

Superb customer service as always! The Harribo will come in handy today as I stayed up last night to watch the Super Bowl then had to get up with the kids today. Thank you guys very much, this is the exact reason why I continue to shop with you!

A Great Company to Deal With

I've just had my first experience of dealing with Overclockers UK and what a pleasure it's been, even if it didn't work out as planned.

I bought a Sapphire R290X graphics card but unfortunately it's turned out to be faulty. Overclockers have a fantastic 14 day happiness guarantee (only has to be 7 days by law as far as I know) and because of this, I've been able to return the card for a full refund rather than RMA it for testing.

The communication has been excellent throughout, with special thanks to Bailey who has been dealing with me online through the customer services section of their forum. Most of the time, my queries have been answered within a few minutes

Would I deal with Overclockers again? Absolutely, in fact I'm awaiting delivery of a nice Dell Ultrasharp monitor from them today :)

Wonderful customer service.

Ordered a custom built PC it arrived on time. Had a slight problem with a graphics card but I phoned for support and after being talked through by a tech person we established the card needed to go back. A replacement was sent through very quickly and my postage reimbursed. We have had no other problems and are very happy. I cannot recommend this company enough. Their customer care is second to none and at no point was I made to feel anxious that we would not get a replacement card. It is easy to get through on the phone for help and their guys are aware that not every one is confident with computers. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
