I recently lost a small part from a Corsair Hydro H100i kit, namely one of the stand offs for the mounting bracket.
I contacted the customer services team to ask if I could buy a replacement kit. They were under no obligation to help me as this was all my own stupid fault.
OcUK sent me a replacement free of charge, I offered to cover the postage but the kindly refused.
You can't really ask for much more than that, thanks again!
I was unsure of the details to match a new compenent with my existing PC. The telephone guys were able to point me to the right prduct range. Then they recommended an appropriate product - which wasn't the most expensive etc. The new part is perfect fit and performs superbly.
The item was posted the same day and arrived in N.ireland the following day - less than 24hrs between enquiry and delivery, Thats unbeatable.
Oh, and I asked about returning the item as it was possible I was ordering a mis-matched part. i was reassured that there was no problem in that and I was able to order with complete confidence. Thank you OVERCLOCKERS.
I had troubles with a graphics card I ordered so I had to send it back, whilst I was waiting for a refund I ordered another card. When I received it the card was a slightly lesser card than the one I ordered and paid for. Not by much but the price difference was £40.
Overclockers offerd me a full refund, the £40 refunded or a couple if steam codes. I asked for the steam codes for two upcoming games which in total are worth £60 so I am more than happy. The graphics card I have is in fantastic condition even though it is a b grade and my problem was all sorted within a day.

After having an issue with a motherboard I bought 3 months ago, I wrote a post in the Overclockers forums and very quickly received help from the community on the forums and the customer service.
They were able to quickly set up a return order for the motherboard, in which they were going to send me a replacement. Fortunately I did not need to return the motherboard as due to the helpful advice I was able to fix the issue and my computer is now working fine.
Great customer support, community on forums, quick, and very helpful.
(also they send you haribo when you buy products from them, do I need to say more?)
Bought a 7970 Gigabyte Windforce X3 back in May 2012, it died a few days before I started Army basic training in October 2012. I didnt have the time to get it RMA'd and I constantly said I'll be doing it during the two leave periods I had but just never got the time to do it. If you've done basic training you know its hectic and when you get down time some things just dont make it. Anyway, I finally got to RMAing it and they found it was faulty, sent it back to Gigabyte.. I waited 7 working days and asked if they knew what was happening, they said it was still with Gigabyte but that they'd ship me one from their stock! Which is great, I doubt they have this as a policy though! Most happy with the process, was dreading my first RMA for something important in my PC and its been handled most professionally. If this is how RMA's go in the future then I can't complain at all and should I need it again I won't be worried at all. Thanks OCUK <3
Been using ocuk for a few years now and they are the best and most reliable retailers for computer parts in the united kingdom im my opinion. Only just recently i had to rma one or two items but the help and support of ocuk and in particular the rma fella 'Bailey' was superb. It really does fill you with confidence when you know you will be looked after. I've had some less than stellar experiences with other lesser known retailers in the UK recently so to get solid reliable service from ocuk means that sometimes its worth paying that little bit extra just for peace of mind.
Have been using ocuk for more than 6 years now not just for their good priced but mainly for their customer service which can never be faulted. I purchased a graphics card and it was way past the two weeks return policy and I was 2-3 months past past. However, the item did come from a faulty batch wihich resulted in very high temperatures at stock. At this point in time any other company would turn you down as you are over the return policy time line, but I still decided to go through with trying to get the problem resolved. Once asking for help a very nice and helpfully member of the team named James Bailey sorted it all out with no questions asked which I was very surprised! All he wanted was the order number and he had it replaced to me with a brand new card of my choice and the postage and package paid for. It was a very simple and. Quick process which he sorted out in seconds. He even mentioned packing the new replacement item himself ! A wonderfull character and this is why I stick to ocuk just for the shear fact of their customer service can not be beaten. Will be continuing shopping for many years to come!
Have no idea where to start, there's alot of good to say about this company. First of all would be the pre-sales customer service they offer, if you have a question about anything, regardless of how trivial it may be they will happily answer it and help you in depth. Then onto the process of actually ordering the goods, which is just as easy and painless and cheaper than 90% of their competitors, but even the ones who are cheaper offer nowhere near the same value for money. I've had two faults with both of my graphics cards and Overclockers instantly resolved the issues and replaced/refunded both of them without hesitation, with Bailey taking it upon himself to sort it all and keeping me up to date the entire way with both cards, showing me the replacements.
Overclockers are a worthwhile service that will earn your trust and loyalty with flawless service, a brilliant range of goods for fantastic prices. The competition would have to near enough give away their products to ever convince me to buy there.
Failed to make a Saturday delivery and refused to deal with a refund of the premium charge by email. Insisted I phone an 0870 number, the first call taking 10 minutes to be answered without resolution.
I shall never buy from this firm again.
05-Feb-13 Provided order number, as per request below, for the attention of James Bailey, using the company's webnote system to be fobbed off again by someone else, dismissing the information, as that person was "not aware of any Trust Pilot comments" and presumably that person is either uninterested or untrained in terms of what he needed to do.
11-Feb-13 A very helpful intervention by James Bailey and a refund processed. A satisfactory outcome to a frustrating experience and I would still assert that any company has no business using a 0870 premium phone line to inhibit the resolution of shortcomings of thier own making
Recently bought a sapphire 7970 OC Boost edition from Ocuk, unfortunately and through no fault of their own i had to DSR the product.
Sent it back first thing Wednesday morning via special delivery, it arrived back at Ocuk at 10am this morning.
In the background of all this was bailey, a employee of Ocuk, who was unbelievable helpful and understanding with my constant questions regarding the DSR process.
I wanted to order another 7970 for delivery tomorrow as i work most nights including weekends, so finding the time to be at home and seeing as Ocuk are very busy with delivery and returns i thought the chances would be next to impossible :(

He took it upon himself to go Find my returned card which was awaiting processing, and arrange for me to get a refund straight away :)

It'll be in my hands tomorrow.

I purchased a OCZ Vertex 2E 60gb SSD Hard Drive, back in September 2012 however around 22/1/13 this ceased funtioning, when I got a spare few minutes away from work I posted it off on 28/1/13 for testing, Overclockers found the fault, and replaced it with a unit that costs 2x the price of the one I sent back. My shiny new Hard Drive arrived with me 31/1/13

Ordered a Seasonic PSU, and DDR3 memory from them and was delivered on the day I chose. There was a problem as the PSU blew after half an hour but Overclockers can't be blamed for that. I didn't want a Seasonic again so asked for a refund to which Joseph agreed. They've received my RMA and I ordered an Enermax Platimax 850W instead and due to stock issues it didn't arrive the afternoon I expected it. That same afternoon 5UB as he is known on the forums offered me the 1000W version instead AT NO EXTRA COST and arranged for it be delivered the following day! Niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice. Communication via email/webnote and the forum has been quick and helpful. Highly recommended!

Whenever I have a problem Overclockers are quick to help, especially the customer support section of the forums. They're always friendly and do their best to solve your problem.
Prices are decent and shipping is usually quick. I often even get a little bag of Haribo with my purchases which is just really sweet. :)
Overclockers are really the only place I consider when thinking of buying a PC component, I always go to them first and they always have what I'm looking for at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
I've been through most companies, NovaTech, Ebuyer, Scan, LambdaTek, etc and I must say that I rate ocuk quite highly.
Overclockers have always been good to me, they have always impressed me with their service. I have to admit, it is a tad pricier than most players and it can get annoying when you see somewhere else offer it £15-20 cheaper but I always go with ocuk because I trust them. Would be great to see some price changes to match the market.
Bought several items a few years back (I'd say around 5-6 now), g15, g600, a good core duo system bundle and sapphire graphics card plus some edifier speakers. Never, ever had to return a single item. They are still working today, I pushed them onto my cousin after upgrading my whole desk.
About two weeks ago, bought myself some MMX 300s. Not had any issues yet, courier was on time.
One thing I rate highly as well, they don't effing spam you with mail every few hours! They do it once or twice every few days with awesome offers.
Will always recommend them.

I've always managed to get exactly the right advice needed from the forums whenever I've asked for it, and on the few occasions that I've had to deal with returns the service has been amazingly prompt & efficient. I have been a long term customer of ocuk until recent experiences have made me take my business for high value items elsewhere. It started with a custom blade system which i spent in excess of 5K on, it had quite a few technical problems which to be fair ocuk did go out there way to resolve over a period of a few weeks, eventually the whole system had to be shipped back after a week it came back to me and when i opened i found that the case was badly scratched and inside the motherboard chip heat sink had been damaged by a screwdriver and one of the rads was loose which resulted in it rattling around inside and damaging things further, i was told it was the couriers fault??!! How the courier could cause damage inside the case is beyond me. In the end i opted for a refund on the system.
Fast forward 4 months i decided to put my trust in them once again and ordered an overclocked X79 bundle inside a ocuk techlabs v12 watercooled case, i then ordered the parts for watercooling my gpu's when the system arrived so basically gave them another 2.5k in business. When it arrived it all looked good, checked all the blocks etc for gpu's then started, on trying to take off the cpu block they had installed i found they had not used the washers between the springs and the block this resulted in the springs digging into the blocks recess and chipping the plexi block and spring ends. When i contacted them about this and asked if they could get me new springs i was offered no apology just told by a rep named bailey to contact xspc to see if they could help me. I could not believe that reply in the end i got a new block from specialtech and learned a very expensive lesson.
I would like to point out that their rep steven (5UB) was a very helpful individual who always tried his best to sort things, it is just a shame the management does not take a few tips from him.

Been using ocuk for a few years now.
Only had to faulty items, 1 was a gtx 670 that developed a noisy fan after a few weeks, this was replaced.
And much more recent i had a few dodgy racing wheels to use with pc, replacements was offered and delivered in a heartbeat which meant my gaming did'nt suffer.
After nearly a month of issues with the wheel ocuk have offered a full refund.
Throughout the whole proccess there forum/phone customer services was top notch with no issues that would make me a customer unhappy.
We all get faulty things here and there but its the place that we buy these faulty things from that can make our life good or bad when we try to return and then they lose custom and usually internet trashed on a forum if there bad.
Thought i'd add this review as it is deserved that ocuk get some acknowledgment for there great customer service on the 2 times i've had to use there returns department
After a few more dealings i managed to get something i wanted, The proccess i thought was second to none, the cs guy i was dealing with via forum was a very nice and helpfull man who has given his customer some great satisfaction in my order :)

Been buying at OcUK for over 6 months now and they service is fantastic. I have been looking at buying a good gaming setup and i looked on most of the sites and i found Overclockers.
I joind the forum and I was specd a very good gaming set up , there is so much info and help, you know you are in safe hands.

As is usual with dealing with OCUK, they have so much stock its hard to make educated choices. Being an active member on the OCUK forum I thought I'd ask some questions about upgrading to a 27" Ultra high res monitor. James Bailey was one of the first to post up in my thread telling me how good these DGM screens were.
I decided on purchasing one and it just so happened to be on B grade offer which was heavily discounted. Another trip to the forum for a bit of research on these B grade ones and i took the leap.
Sadly I had a small issue with the screen and decided to RMA it to see what could be done, James talked me through the whole process via MSN chat.
After bringing the screen back to OCUK HQ, James tested it for over an hour and found the PSU to be faulty. This was then swapped and I had my new screen back in full working order.
As always with OCUK, the customer service is faultless and the way they process RMA requests is second to none. Not many places go teh extra mile like OCUK and its no wonder, year on year they expand!!
Credit where credit is due and James at OCUk definately steps up to the mark and makes you feel special!!!

I've been a customer of OcUKs for years now and they've never let me down. They are constantly having awesome sales, and their support team are always very fast and easy to communicate with. If you join in on their forums, you can also get free next day delivery which is a really great advantage!
