OCUK is THE best E-tailor on the internet!

I have used so many different E-tailors in the past to buy my hardware but ever since I started to use OCUK I never turned back

You cannot beat OCUK for customer service, quick service and delivery and when any issues arise the turn around is amazing.

I have always felt that the service provided was a very personal one and the advice offered is always spot on.

I could not ask for more :) and I would like to give a shout out to Bailey as he has gone above and beyond helping me.

I hope everyone reads and chooses OCUK because Its the only place I would recommend these days!

great company and service

i ordered a set of edifier r100t plus speakers from them the next day they were here.
how good is that..They had a slight problem so had to be returned, they were replaced
without question and a new set arrived the following day. now that's good service by an excellent company and staff. WOW these speakers are good the sound from them is truley brilliant. well worth the money i paid for them, and overclockers had the best price for them. And Well done for a great service also goes to DPD for the delivery so fast

Overclockers very fast support

I had a problem with stock overclocked 780ti it had a driver recovery issue, and would crash games, I sent the card for RMA yesterday and got a refund today very fast.
I also had good support on the phone and on the forums were and Ocuk staff member "Bailey" helped me out and answered all my questions also helped me with my RMA.

I will only buy from Overclockers.co.uk, from now on.

Superb customer service

I've been using OcUK for ~1 year (though I wish I discovered them a sooner) and never had any issues. In all that time, customer service was excellent, kind and very responsive.

In all the years buying and building my own computers, I never once had a component or fail (or had any reason to use RMA services) until just a few days ago, when a fan on my graphics card I'd bought from OcUK started playing up. I was very reluctant at first (as it was my first time) especially having read all the horror stories of the RMA procedure (for companies in general). Eventually, I went to the forum's customer service section and described the problem I was having and later I received an RMA number for which I could use to send the item to them from Bailey. (FYI: if you're going to contact Overclocker's, I recommend you do it via the customer support section on the forums or by telephone - avoid the webnote, it's much slower. You'll have a response within minutes on the forum (by my experience))

Item was dispatched from my place on the 16th January 2014, to which they received it on the 20th. On the 21st, I received an email notifying me it was now going through the testing procedure and would take ~5 days. So in my mind I assumed that's how long it would take.

Nope! The next day (22nd), I was told a replacement was to be re-issued. They weren't lying! This morning (23rd), at 8:50am, DPD delivered my new replacement!

I assume everyone's RMA experience is always going to be different, but with mine, especially for a first timer (and hope it will be my last), I was absolutely blown away by the turn around time. This.. this is why I will continue to pay that little bit extra.

My replacement card is working absolutely fine and as intended so far, no fan issues :)

Amazing Service & Support

Purchased some Silverstone Penetrators on 3rd March and needed to replace them as they were too loud when at full speed. tried to live with it, but it was too much. To compare the noise to something, would have to be a UPO. Strange, but that's the noise they made :) Bailey very quickly arranged my RMA for a refund allowing me to purchase some quieter case fans. Top Service, really appreciated. Again, thanks OcUK.

Never once had a problem!

I have been using Overclockers for the better part of 5 years now. I am still a loyal customer to them and I can vouch for their high quality service.

Their shipping speed is very quick also. I know those who have had RMA have received extremely good support service although I can happily say I've never had an RMA with OverClockers! :)

Top marks for a top company

Who says good prices need to be accompanied by poor service? Whoever said that forgot to tell Overclockers.co.uk!
The team at Overclockers go out of their way to look after their customers. Fast response to support type issues, pre-sales and post sales care.
For deliveries pick DPD next day, the contact from the DPD driver will let you know when he will be there and are always courteous.

Second to none

I've bought from most major UK retailers - Scan, Ebuyer, Aria, Dabs, etc - OcUK is by far the best. Ordered a few things over the last year, recently pre-ordered a Kraken G10 in black (not in stock), then I saw a red one was and asked if I could switch my purchase to that. Wasn't a problem for them and even got to upgrade my shipping method.

Every package I've got comes with a pack of the most delicious haribo too. It doesn't get better people.

The best company to deal with

I have been a customer on and off now for some 7 years, and I would just like to pass on my experience of dealing with them. First of all - the seemingly obvious:-
They have an ever expanding range of IT hardware and services on offer which they are rightly proud of. This company strives to add the latest cutting edge hardware as soon as it becomes available, and often exclusive items/deals.They also offer tempting deals on prices on a regular basis - which makes your purchases a little less painful to the wallet.
This is all very well I hear you say, but nothing much out of the ordinary,maybe not, but where Overclockers really score is in customer service. When things sometimes go wrong - which lets face it does happen on occasions, it is how the problem is dealt with that is important.
The customer service personnel at Overclockers in my humble oppinion deserve every plaudit because problems are sorted out quickly and efficiently by very friendly staff that are always prepared to go the extra mile for the customers satisfaction

When you add all this together you get a great choice, with great prices, and all backed up by exemplary service for those occasions when it did not quite go right.

What more could you want?????? .

Fantastic retailer, amazing customer service and range of products

I have been using OcUK for a few years and I now buy 99% of my computer components & accessories from them! They have the widest range of products I've seen, so it's a good place to get hold of hard to find items. They also manage to be the first with UK stock for most items.

They host a very active forum where the knowledgeable & friendly staff communicate, including reps from various manufacturers and product previews and reviews.

The customer service is amazing, I've never had any problems and have always been dealt with quickly. Highly recommended!

Customer service is second to none!

This is the reason why I shop at OcUK!
If you ever have a problem, no matter what it is, these guys are always willing to help.
Recently I purchased a Superflower PSU which unfortunately came with the wrong power lead (2 pin). A quick message onto the OcUK customer service forum and I was greeted with an instant reply (thanks Bailey!). With no issues at all, I was sent out the correct lead via next day delivery.
Their prices maybe a little higher on some of the items, but no other site supplies the support OcUK does.

I can't believe it took so long...

... For me to discover Overclockers. Having previously been very loyal to a competitor, I was invited to shop with Overclockers by a friend so I thought I would give it a go. They always have a wealth of products in stock at incredible competitive - if not the best prices. From just a small £10 order to a recent order over £4000, they treat every transaction with professionalism and offer a fantastic customer service.

What's important to note is that Overclockers have a very personal feel, unlike other companies where you are assigned a ticket number and told to wait 48 hours for somebody to get back to you. Everybody at Overclockers take real pride in what they do and should be commended for how they consistently go above and beyond the standard customer service to deliver consistently exceptional, personal service.

There's no way I will be going elsewhere now.

Excellent Support!

I bought a Sapphire R9 290X from them which became faulty after a week and willingly said they would take it back for RMA and a replacement if it's tested faulty, and extend my extra gratitude to Bailey (The technical support manager).

Best customer service ever...

My Gigabyte laptop developed a screen fault just shy of my 3 month warranty. I called Overclockers on a Monday and by Friday I already had a brand new laptop at home. No questions, no fuss, no pain. Great delivery speed.

Now very satisfied , after a couple of problems they have really done well

Had some problems but this was mainly the fault of DPD not overclockers. DPD have failed to deliver on time but overclockers have more them compensated me for the delays. The only thing that stops me giving 5 stars is the one of the managers I spoke with who I think must have been having a bad day and was rude. The rest of team were great.
.Thanks for resolving the issues, really looking forward to recieving product, who know I might now even order a couple more. Cheers

best online pc store ever

I've been using ocuk for the last 6 or 7 years

the service which I've have from them never fails to amaze me in how much it stands head & shoulders above any other pc online store I've used.

they have always dealt with any concerns or questions I've had in a speedy manner and I've never had any trouble returning items if needed.

OCUK care about their customers !

As an "overseas" customer, I contacted OcUK to inquire about a new graphics card. Their forum is excellent for that...you make your own private thread and get prompt answers to all questions.
They were willing to ship, and have prices quoted without VAT for people outside of the EU.Card arrived in due course, they worked hard to them out as quickly as possible when they finally landed at OcUK.
I haven't had any reason to RMA or complain about anything, as this was my first purchase from them. Still, I have every confidence that it would be expertly taken care of, should problems arise. Having many years of customer service experience myself, I conclude that OcUK actually care about their customers.
Would definitely buy from again !

Great customer service and a great forum to back it up.

I have bought from many e-taylors but without doubt my favourite for IT equipment is OCUK. They have great special offers and provide free shipping for forum members.

Unfortunately a gfx card I bought would not work at all in my system, Bailey from the technical department was quick to help by keeping in touch on the forum. They also arranged to collect the card and have refunded me promptly.
This kind of service is what keeps me coming back to OCUK, you actually feel like you matter to them unlike many other faceless retailers.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, COMPETITIVE PRICES, A+++++++

I've been purchasing goods from overclockers.co.uk since 2004 and they always arrive on time the next day.

The prices are competitive and you can even suggest products for sale during "Black Friday" via their forum. They also offer great discounts on "today only" and "this week only" deals but you have to be quick!

The staff are also very knowledgeable and understanding and reply quickly to any queries on the forum or via a webnote. If anything does go wrong, which is very rare, their returns procedure is straightforward and swift.

Overall, I cannot really say anything negative about this company and I shall continue to purchase goods from them for the forseeable future. They have treated me well over these years.
