Never again

I ordered the door to door delivery from Scotland to Dorset, after one and a half week of waiting and 3 unsuccessful pick up dates/days reschedules (delivery man has not arrived to pick up point due to 3 different reasons, like company what we have selected does not operate in that area...etc) i gave up the fight. Positive is, that customer services staff were very friendly and willing to cancel my delivery without any word. But i would not recommend this company due to my bad experience.

Friendly, efficient and they get the job done.

Having used P4D for some time now, I am happy to say they are the most reliable couriers I have ever used.
The staff are friendly and helpful and nothing is ever a problem. The very best part about the company is their out of hours service. My email are always answered swiftly and professionally and my needs are met every time with a friendly email.
My orders are delivered promptly which allows my business to flow smoothly.
I cannot recommend P4D highly enough.

Brilliant

I cannot speak too highly of this company, their website is very easy to use, and when I booked a large heavy package to be delivered from the south coast to Scotland one evening, a silly error by me stopped the transaction going through immediately, but this was quickly sorted out by a very helpful young lady who answered the phone instantly the next morning. The package was collected a few hours later, and delivered the following day. All this at an amazingly low cost!!!!

Simple and fast

I tried TNT and FedEx for an import - but they assume you're trying to SEND a package – and not a package you want to import (even if you try their import options). The TNT/FedEx couriers kept arriving at the reception of the NY office and demanding paper-work. I got fed up of FedEx and TNT - P4D was a great relief (even though they broker TNT/FedEx services). Simple - enter the 'From' address. Enter the 'To' address and then the details of the package. Pay for it and it works. Great stuff (and a bit cheaper than TNT at the same time :-)Si

Very good service, competitively priced, palleted goods delivered by Palletways.

This was a pallet delivery that was easy to book on the website. Instead of having it collected I delivered the pallet to the haulage company - Palletways which is part of Laser Transport. I rang and emailed P4D with queries and changes to my original booking. I was dealt with courteously and promptly. The reason I have not given 5 stars is that when I delivered the pallet to Palletways they had no note of my order with P4D and initially said that P4D did not have an account with them. This was swiftly resolved by the Palletways rep and the pallet was immediately taken in charge. I was then able to track its progress in detail from Kent to the middle of Scotland. The pallet was delivered up a country lane in a foot of snow and I'm told the driver couldn't have been more helpful. Congratulations to P4D for using Palletways and Laser Transport. Cost was very reasonable but the pallet took 3 days to arrive instead of the 2 quoted but that wasn't a problem in my case.

Misleading Delivery Times, Poor Customer Service - AVOID!!!

I recently booked a parcel for delivery to Greece. P4D website clearly states 2 days.
It could state 2-7 days but it does not it states 2 days, so this to me means 2 days.
Today we found out the parcel is not being delivered until 7 days after collection!
We called customer services and they said "it is not our fault it is the delivery companies". The delivery company said it was booked on a slow service which typically takes 7 days. So it seems P4D need to accurately portray the real delivery times and stop misleading customers.
P4D at this point have not offered us a refund for the spoilt goods.
P4D's customer service is poor and unhelpful.
P4D are living up to the saying you get what you pay for.

Avoid using this company and stick with a trustworthy delivery service even if it costs a little more.

Excellent Customer Service

They have Excellent Customer Service and always reply to emails quickly.
They also quickly refund if the courier doesn't turn up.
The only negative I have to mention (and the reason why I don't give all 5 stars) is, that they still deal with City Link which is an extremely unreliable delivery company, and it's unacceptable to expect us to have to wait in for a full day, just for these guys not to turn up.

Cowboys, Lies & Do not care

I have had nothing but trouble with p4d and at the moment am taking them to court for false advertising and mis-sale of goods act 1981.
Where do I start?
I sell on eBay and offer next day delivery , my items are large so they cannot be lost easily.
If the couriers bother to turn up to collect, the items do not get delivered next day.
They give me the wrong paperwork, wrong tracking details or no paperwork.
Then to top it off once the collect items go missing and are lost and never delivered .
All this through Yodel.
P4d customer service has been useless , broken promises, lies & a general cant be bothered , I don't really care attitude.
I am now out of pocket by £100's as I have had to refund customers in full & basically have no hope of getting my money back from p4d or Yodel. I am a very small business and cannot sustain losses like these.

Easy online booking and competitively priced

An easy-to-use website that clearly displays a variety of different delivery options. The process of booking a collection was straightforward and I was able to print a delivery label and packing slip once I'd made the booking. I chose the cheapest option, which happened to be with City Link, and was very happy with the service provided.

useless ,hopeless words cant convey how bad they are

Shower of Total Idiots, lost my SENT TO someone at ebay parcel ,and took days to reply to emails and although they paid YODEL on my behalf, no one seems answerable at P4D. I then got to "prove" indeed they LOST the item that I am sitting here thinking that I should contact the BLOODY POLICE myself and report YODEL for theft of my item that mysteriously got collected then vanished into thin air. This 3rd party company run by a couple of AMATUERS should be avoided at all costs.. USE collect my parcel ! Pay them directly.Never be so daft as to think you will " save a few bob" as I did.

Very amusing story anyway...the person who pinched the item I had wrapped was in a brand new Dyson box...my new one had been in it was A BROKEN DYSON and the buyer was a repairer to break and repair to his hearts content and so the thief will open the box to my new dyson...and find a crap old broken up thing that does not work

Amazing customer service!

I booked for a parcel to be collected however the courier (yodel) did not show up to collect the parcel, i emailed P4D and they arranged another collection with yodel again. Once again they did not turn up. So i emailed P4D again and asked them to change the courier as yodel did not seem to want my business. They did this and the same day the new courier (parcel force) collected the item! The customer service is fantastic and i will definitely use P4D again.
