Excellent company from start to finish
I initially purchased a Sony Cybershot DSC-HX30V from Panamoz in September 2012. Having researched compact superzooms, I decided upon this camera but it wasn't available in the UK. Panamoz stocked it at an excellent price.
I was initially concerned about ordering from them as a quick google search shows up a negative review from them, but a bit more digging turned up hundreds of positives. I gave it a shot and within 3 working days, my camera had been shipped from Hong Kong, no delays with customs, and was on my desk at work. This purchase was arounf £300 with memory cards etc.
Roll on December 2012 and I decided to purchase a Nikkon D7000 DSLR for my girlfriend, complete with Tamron 90mm lens kit. This order came to over £1000 with accessories. As it was such an expensive order, they emailed me almost immediately to confirm I was happy with the purchase going through.
Only once I confirmed did they take the funds via Paypal. 3 working days later and everything had arrived safely. Postage was only £20 for this order, customs all osrted and delivery tracked all the way by UPS. The price was nearly £200 cheaper than buying this in the UK and it comes complete with warranty and a UK contact centre if ever required.
This company are excellent and I will be using them again for any electrical needs. Highly recommended.

Really Good Prices & Good Service
After looking around for a Canon 650D was trying to get it for the cheapest price so I ended up looking a Panamoz.com the prices seemed too good to be true but after researching found that some ppl may of had problems but that was from years ago from then the company has become a lot more better and easier to understand.
So I went and ordered the Canon 650D with 18-135mm STM lens came to around £609 and that was including shipping which was done by DHL. Very good service I must say they have also included their own 1 Year Warranty with the product which they include in the box of your package.
It took about 3 days for the package, it was sent on Friday arrived on to my house on Tuesday so really good delivery and everything was fine tested out everything first and was looking really good.
Had to order extra bits for the camera though .

Now I know why Panamoz is a 5 star business
After weeks of researching the best prices I ended up at Panamoz. I have to say I thought the prices of the products were simply too good to be true. Life is a gamble sometimes, so I went for it. I bought a Canon EOS 7D with a 24-105mm f/4 L lens and paid very nervously via Direct Bank Transfer (for a fraction of the price here in the UK).
A day later (Friday) I was sent the tracking info for the packages (2 separate packages) and following the weekend my package arrived on a Monday around 14:00. all in all about 3 days from HK to the UK via UPS. The items were very well packed in several layers of bubble wrap and upon opening the package the camera and lens were absolutely stunningly brand new. They smelt of the factory they were made in in Japan.
Contents:
EU Version Canon EOS 7D with about 25 different language options (including Arabic to my surprise) + original 7D neck strap + original English and Spanish manual (2 separate) + original Canon LP-E6 Battery and charger with UK plug + mini usb to usb data cable + AV to mini usb cable + camera sensor cover (for when no lens is attached).
Lens contents: 24-105mm f4 L IS USM lens + lens hood + front and back lens covers + leather bag for lens
I have to say I am super pleased with Panamoz. I have already recommended them to my girlfriend who is buying her Canon 60D from them soon. I'm sure she will be chuffed.

Friendly, helpful service & great prices
Ok, the website isn't great. There are drop-down boxes everywhere, the layout is a little illogical in places, but these are the only negatives I can find with this company.
The prices are fantastic, and I did email several times and received excellent, friendly and accurate advice. Plus they use Paypal which is good. The order came through and I saved almost £120 on my Canon 600d. Very happy, and would be glad to see this company grow.

Great!
After reading lots of negative review i was rather nervous to order from them, but as i paid by paypal i wasnt realy worry that i might lose my money. Ordered £550 sigma lense and sent them an email regards delivery, had a quick response saying that my item will be posted soon, same day received a confirmation that my item has been shipped and provided me with tracking number. To my surprise three days later it was delivered,well packed with 1 years warranty. Im impressed and well pleased. Best price online and outstanding service.
