I ordered a smartphone, the Zopo C2 on the site of Pandawill.com. They said it could take up to 29 workingdays but they delivered within a month. I was very pleased about the quality of the product. And though it wasn't mentioned on the site, i got an extra battery and an extra flipcover for free.
In the period before i ordered i used the online helpdesk several times and every time i was helped professionaly.
I would (and already did) recommend Pandawill to my friends and family.
I now have three months ago made an order of € 292, -. Because the address is incorrectly specified, the package is returned to Pandawill. This they believe not. Because they always asked me to wait I'm late for the guarantee via paypal. The helpdesk responds but does not do what they promise.
I purchased a tablet. It did not work on arrival. Pandawill policy states if dead on arrival they will replace, and they pay all shipping. I sent a video showing it not working. They refused to pay. In the end, i even only got refund as escalated through paypal. Even then they lied, saying i had scratched it and not sent everything back. Buy at own risk!!! Was order 100625147
Tablet died after a few weeks of use, customer care doesn't answer e-mails, now they claim that I sent it back without the battery and don't want to refund my money, FRAUDULENT COMPANY, AVOID THEM. I'm going to write my case on every possible forum to let other people know how they rip off their customers.
I have ordered from the twice. The first time I ordered a tablet and after 3 months they finally admitted it was out of stock, after first telling me it had been shipped, so I ordered another tablet instead and it still took another 8 weeks to get to me. This second time I ordered a cell phone. Well it's been 6 weeks, pandawill said they had shipped it but the post office says they are still preparing it to be sent out.
Seems like its a company policy to never stock any good but allways ensure the potential buyers that they have everything in stock. All you re going to get if you try buying anything from them is a 40-days hold of your money untill the paypal kicks in for a refund. (got fooled like this 3 times in a row, shame on me!)
I buy several itens from pandawill and have no problem , all itens arrived as expected and with good quality, except one.
I buy a Freelander PD800 tablet in April, a received it in May and this tablet worked for only 15 minutes and stopped working. So I packed the product and send it back to Pandawill.
Pandawill has a policy for returning itens. These itens can be exchanged for new itens only if it returns without scratches.
I send my tablet without any scratches (I used only for 15 minutes and only me used it and I didn't produced any scratch on it) but when they received it they tell me that it arrived with scratches.
Now it has passed 78 days and they still didn't fixed my tablet and when I asked about it they give me some options of replacement (all fixed tablets but inferior models).
I have bought 3 times in this shop, the first one after 10 days waiting they told me I had to wait one or two more weeks, so I cancelled the transaction, and lost money changing coins both ways.
Second time I had to open a dispute at paypal because item neve arrived, then they finally sent the item after opening dispute.
Third (and last of course) they sent me a broken phone, I sent it back and refunded money losing again bank comisions, and I have to fight in forums for they to partially pay the shipping costs back to them. They say in their web they pay them if product DOA, but they lie all the time, and tell you to pay for it.
So if they send you a defective product yo have to wait two months to get it solved, and you have to pay more money than if the product is ok ... this is unacceptable by all means.
They lie a lot, even in written word. They sell products without stock. They don't send products unless you open dispute in Paypal.
I ordered a tablet on their site with Fedex shipping.
2 weeks later, seeing no tablet, I emailed them and they told me the tablet was not in stock and that I had to wait or to change. I came on their site, the tablet was still in stock and I could add it to cart !
Hopefully I paid with paypal and asked for a refund. Will see how it comes.

I ordered a $300 phone at Pandawill 2 months ago which they claimed would be available the same week. After 4 weeks of claiming that it would arrive the next week, please wait 1-3 days, I didn't have the patience anymore and cancelled my order. Now the same is happening with my refund: We sent the money please wait 1-3 days thank you for your patience...
Ordered my phone at a European dealer and had it in a week with good communication, never going to order from a chinese company again to save $50.

As a matter of fact I accidentially broke my tablet. Pandawills representatives bent backwarts over to hook me up with a repair facility right at that particular factory.
Remember it is a wholesaler. Go to retailer and pay for it!
Most of our wholesalers in our countries will not even look at

I bought a cheap phone (<80$) 2 months ago just to test the company.
It arrived fast (China-Spain in 12 days after 3-4days of handling) and well packaged.
The same day I received it, I tried to recharge it but it didn't work: the battery was faulty. As a clear case of DOA (Dead On Arrival), I deserved a REPLACEMENT or a REFUND, that was writen on their policies.
I started to exchange emails with them:
- They asked for photos and videos
- They asked me to repair it in my country for a "reasonable amount" and record the process for their aproval...
I sent them the phone:
- They offered a repair, which I refused, asking for a replacement
- They said it was out of production and couldn't be replaced nor repaired!!!
- They offered some repaired (worse) models from other customers!!!!!!!!!
Finally, I was able to get a refund. They answered all my mails, but with nonsense explanations / lies.
I WON'T BUY HERE AGAIN, but I give them 2 stars because they never were rude and always answered.

I always skeptical about China's sellers and will always testing the water first. Very sad indeed that Pandawill is really disappointing. I ordered an item and it is nearly 2 months that the item has never arrived till today. Wrote to them and they said it will be slow and asking me to be patient. Yeah...I am not the first timer buying from China. As preventive measure, I use Paypal and now disputing the charge. Anyway, just a small amout of 7 dollar enough to buy me a lesson !!!

I purchased two Hero v6888 smartphones from them and both was faulty.After i upload two video with problem on youtube i send them back phones as DOA.Their warranty and return policy says that ""we will pay for the shipping send back ,please return it to us at your convenience and at the lowest cost possible and we will ship a functional replacement to you free of charge.""After they receive phones they mail me that they send them to factory for repairs,and that they was not responsible for shipping that cost me 22,9 euro.They also didn't want to replace them with new as their warranty and return policy report.I open a case on paypal and i claim a refund for phones and shipping cost.I only refunded for phones because paypal's policy do not accept my shipping cost even if pandawill's policy do.Buing from them is a risk.Either you will be lucky or you throw your money on garbage.

Bought a feiteng h9500 this year 2013 and discovered that gps doesnt work. I asked for a refund, or change of product and all they sent me was a short message saying they didnt sell it as a gps machine but as a mobile phone...
I mean seriously, would you want to buy a dual sim phone, and not have the gps working?Almost all android apps now require gps...

I bough a High end phone ($350), Zopo ZP980 which was suppose to work GSM quadband and 3g 850 2100, so Ok to work in Canada.
It was only on paper, in fact it is working only on GSM twoband (no 850 1900)and the 3g do not work on voice (like a tablet). So this phone do not work in Canada
Pandawill deny for close two month but finally send me a RMA.
It cost me $80 to return this expensive phone.
And now they do not want to refund me just send me a "repair" one.
Not only that they propose to me to send me back the same phone, who wants a $350 phone which is a brick in your country?
It is a nightmare since the beginning and continue to be a nightmare.
No help, no technical department, inefficient after sales service
They lie all time until your are discouraged.
Pandawill is a shame for the Chinese market.

I chose hong kong post for abit extra 4$ over free shipping offer i got a tracking number and and ultra fast 6 days shipping to egypt!!!! the item was shipped fast (but died in Egyptian customs as usual it took from cairo parcels office till it reached alexandria parcel center in 9 days :D ) it came with European plug as i asked tablet was decently packed no single problem.
please always bear in mind some CHINESE TABLET MANUFACTURERS ARE SELLING UNSTABLE SHIT! with very poor firmwares (software) so don`t take in mind that sellers are bad cause the tablet sucks or you chose the wrong one !!!!.

They send me a mobile phone without an adaptor and with chinese plug,someone must be really stupid to do this especially when I had asked by email to include a european adaptor,I emailed them again and now they want me to make a video so they can understand what the problem is,how more stupid can they be>>.?
They should close their shop, because the 2 times i ordered there is nothing on stock.
Everytime you ask when they send, the same lies from them. "About 3 businessdays sir. You can always cancel sir... " and so on.
Understand this PANDAWILL. I order on your website because i want some stuff. If i want some people watching my money i bring it to the bank. So, or open a bank or get your shop right and deliver the stuff you're saying you got it!!

they are too quick to take your money, i pre ordered a phone from them two months ago they took the money straight away, the phone was due middle of march this got moved back to the end of march, fair enough but they failed to tell me. had to find out myself by checking my order now it's been put back to middle of may. they have offered me a cheaper phone with free extras but they won't give me my money back or let me take another slightly more expensive phone that is worth less than the phone they offered with the extras that are no good to me. buyer beware!!! wish i looked more into them and found this site before. shall stick with Dino direct from now on.
They sell what they don't have. Bought a smartphone and paid for FedEx shipping. After 3 days of no action from them I emailed to ask what's going on?
Was told the phone wasn't in stock but will be sent in 2 weeks or so!
Took them 2 weeks to refund money.
On they website, they say, they will ship your items in 3-4 workdays. After I payed, they shipped my order after 1 month! it was not one preorder stuff.
Finally it arrived, but it took 60DAYS!!
When i asked, they were keep telling it is on its way, but they didn't even shipped it.
When you want to ask something from them, then you will never get a strait answer!
And I can't trust them. If i get some problem with my tablet, there is no guarantee to get back my device after I sent it to them for repair.
And they're reward point system is fake! Its not working. When you want to order something, then at the beginning it looks like you will get your discount, but at the end, they charge the full amount of money, with no discount.

They will make a fool of yourself with your own money. They get more orders than they can handle so if you like waiting for 2 months to receive your order go ahead and place it. They dont mind if you're upset or threathen to put a claim with paypal.
All in all I'd avoid this place there is better stores with same price that give you good service and fast delivery.
I have only ever had 2 dealings with Pandawill, once for them to send me a free Android TV stick to develop firmware on, and again with an order for a wireless air mouse/keyboard/trackpad combi. The TV stick wasn't dispatched until I'd chased it up with an email, and then it was made out to be MY fault and that I should have emailed them from the moment I ordered! The stick then arrived within a week, but the HDMI connector is faulty! No point returning it, since it was a freebie.
The combi keyboard/mouse unit I ordered is now a PayPal claim. After a 35 days of waiting from when they claim it was shipped, and with no tracking number (due to it being 'free' postage), I contacted them to confirm it had definitely been shipped. The customer service rep told me to wait at least 45 days for the order - which would then mean I would have no chance of dealing with any disputes through PayPal!! Straight away my suspicions were raised, and I went ahead with opening a PayPal dispute. Pandawill haven't so far responded to any messages I sent via the Resolution Centre, so I guess I was right to be concerned for my order.
I have used other online China sellers, and had better results. Pandawill is a company I would not bother with now.
A “customer support” story...
On July the 18th, 2012, I placed an order (number 100361948) with Pandawill. The order contained only one item, a 7 inch tablet. This was not the first tablet I had purchased from them, as there had been several other purchases before this one, out of which came more sad stories (in brief: there has been a bad pixel in one of the other tablets and another tablet was behaving like crazy before it eventually died -> Pandawill customer support offered me a generous 2USD coupon for the dead pixel and refunded 50% of the price for the second one as it was out of production and could not be repaired!). OK, there have also been good, fully working devices that arrived in a perfect condition in the rest of the purchases.
A month later, on August the 19th, 2012, I received the specific order in a package that had been slightly damaged, probably in the mail. When I opened it, I found out that my new tablet had arrived with a cracked touchscreen! I thought that it was damaged in the mail along with the packaging! I have immediately sent pandawill (their so called “customer service”) an email, told them about the problem and they asked for a picture to verify it. I did then send them a picture and on August the 21st, I received a reply in which I was offered a selection of the following:
1. Accept a 3.00 USD compensation
2. Accept that a new touchscreen was sent out to me (free shipping)
3. Send the unit back to them, but pay for the shipping myself
I ignored the first option after having considered it a bad joke and since I am an IT specialist, I chose to go with the second option of accepting a replacement touchscreen to be sent to me. I have replaced LCDs, mainboards, touchscreens etc several times in the past and thought that I would have no problem replacing this one. To be on the safe side though, I did ask for disassembling and installation instructions when I informed them of my decision.
In reply to that, I received a very confusing message from another Pandawill representative, who wanted to know what happened and promised to reply to me, after they knew all the details. Some explaining later, I was promised by the new representative to be sent a replacement touchscreen. This took place on the 23rd of August and until then I had NOT been told (not even once) that by accepting the replacement touchscreen, I was voiding my device’s guarantee...
After SEVERAL emails sent back and forth, after several excuses they came up with (we don't have it in stock these days, we are on holiday, we will ship it out as soon as possible, etc) they finally did ship a replacement touchscreen out on October the 11th! Yes, that is right! Action was finally taken a full month and a half after their intention notification to me on the 23rd of August!
After another month of waiting the replacement screen got to me in the mail. This time the packaging was excellent and the screen got to me in one piece - not damaged at all! There was no installation instruction in the box and even though I asked for it several times, I wasn’t sent any in an email, so I decided to look online for a disassembling guide. I wanted to go by the book and make sure I do not damage anything! I did manage to find their own disassembling guide (yes, a video guide that shows how to get the device opened the right way, all made by Pandawill), therefore, I started working on replacing the screen!
I very carefully and with the right tools (remember, I am an IT specialist and have access to all I needed) opened the device, got to the touchscreen, removed it (without breaking it any further, it's still in one piece) and installed the new one! I put the LCD, mainboard, etc back to the device and tested it before I reinstalled the back cover. The tablet was at that time working properly and I was eventually happy! I moved on to the next step of putting the back cover on the device and at last start properly using it, after all the hassle and waiting.
I gently put the back cover on the device, back where it belongs to and turned it over to finally use it! All to my surprise, there was a new crack on the touchscreen, at the EXACT SAME SPOT as the previous one! Not as big of a crack as the previous one, but a crack! I was very disappointed as this... I tried to switch the device on and it wouldn't do that! It wouldn't even turn on! I am confident that I have done everything the way I was supposed to and what a result! The only explanation is that there must be some sort of factory defect on this device that causes all this. It doesn't otherwise make any sense...
At this stage I decided to not open the device again and fiddle about with it. I shouldn't even have to replace the screen myself in the first place! I had paid for a NEW, FULLY WORKING device and I should have been sent one! Not a problematic one that I had to fix myself! What if I didn’t have the technical background to it? I felt so bad for having spent so much time and effort in something I shouldn’t have to do so. I decided to and finally sent Pandawill "customer support" a new message, where I explained what happened. Since then, there has been no real communication between me and Pandawill “customer support” and therefore, no support at all!
In detail, I had to send every message to them 2 or 3 times before I could get a reply from their representative. I was eventually offered a compensation of 8.00 USD in the form of a coupon that I could spend on their online store (as if I am going to buy from them again)! I was even told that now that the device has been dismantled, they cannot send it to the factory for repair. The representative also said that I have voided my guarantee by having opened the device!!! Sorry Pandawill, but I am not familiar with any magical ways of replacing a touchscreen without opening the device first!!! When I asked for instructions, maybe you should have sent me the right spell for the touchscreen replacement! Maybe you should have told me that I would be voiding my guarantee by not using your secretly kept magical spell!!!
I considered the 8.00 USD compensation to be once again a bad joke and of course did not accept it! Instead, I asked for a new, fully working device to be sent to me. That is what I had paid for in the first place! This time I also accepted to pay the shipping for the bad device to return to them. What I got in return (after asking for a reply several times) is "you have dismantled the device, you are on your own"! I asked SEVERAL times why I was offered this option of the replacement touchscreen and without having been told that it would void my guarantee in the first place and I am getting no response! I have asked for an email address (or email addresses), where I can file in an official complain report and I am getting no response to that too! All I am getting from them is "if you couldn't install the touchscreen you should have asked us" and "the guarantee is available only when the item hasn't been dismantled".
I have finally come to the conclusion that it has been both a waste of money and time dealing with these guys! I have decided that I should spend some more time though and put this bit of text together, upload it where ever I can, so that people are notified and potential buyers know what they might have to deal with if something goes wrong with their order!
In the meantime (between August and now) I have ordered from other online shops and I have had excellent customer support, when that was needed! Guys, just think twice before you proceed with your purchase with these guys. If it all goes well, all went well. If there is a problem, well... ...you should have an idea of what to expect by reading this far!
Last but not least, I have kept all relevant messages and am able to come up with further details of the story. If anyone wants to have a look, please say so...
I placed an order (Order #100389105) for this item (an Android Smartphone) along with 2 other items on August 24th, 2012 out which 1 item was not in stock and there was no mention on their website about this. It took the item 18 days to arrive (which is ok considering it was shipped Internationally). I checked all the items on the day they arrived and noticed this phone was not fully functioning. The phone part (i.e. calling in, calling out or even the signal bars showed nothing) did not work at all. I tried changing out SIM cards (tried SIM cards from 3 different carriers), changing different settings, resetting the phone and anything else I could think of but nothing worked. After this I tried contacting Pandawill.com on several occasions via their online chat customer service several times but their chat system is either offline or when online there are at least 30-40 people waiting in queue and I left them several messages via their online chat system but did not receive a response for long time. Finally I emailed them with my problem and received a response in which they asked me to make a video of the issue (which is not something I have ever been asked of any online retailer). I tried to make a video on several occasions but my camcorder seemed to be having problems as well and I was unable to extract any video from it at that time. I again tried to contact them to explain this issue but again had trouble contacting them via online chat due them being offline or the queue being filled with other customers and contacted them via email. At this time I had a chance to extract video from my camcorder and sent them a link along with my detailed issue. After hours and hours of wasting time trying resolve this they sent me an email asking me to send it back but that I would have to pay for the cost of shipping. I sent another email explaining that Indian Post does not allow electronics items to be sent and courier service costs around $40 USD and they should pay for the cost of shipping if they want me to return it. I sent them the video showing clearly the malfunctioning phone and after all this if they want $40 just to return a phone that costs $80 they are out of their mind. They even sent me an email offering a $44 coupon towards a new phone. I have been very patient with them and tried to resolve this in a reasonable manner but am hoping PayPal can help resolve this issue before I contact my credit card company. I think they should refund the $86.99, send me a replacement phone or offer me $86.99 towards another phone (although I don't ever want to deal with them again). Those options are fair and reasonable. Purchased a tablet, no news for days, had to try contact them through online support (was on hold in chat for many hours, nothing) phone (No answer, never) and mail. Finally (after a week)I get an email stating that the item wasn't available in the factory and in the whole china and I had to wait for an indefinite amount of time. I now open a case with paypal (fortunately I used that to pay) and eventually will get my money back (probably will take months) but im without tablet and without money. Nice job pandawill, silly me I trusted you. If you want serious service go to android sale. very serious and honest traders.
I ordered for mobile accessories including cases and cables in bulk. I find them few of them defective and complained them. But no action is taken so far in replacement or either refund. As i was in quick need, i ordered it from ChinaBuye, an other online store. They shipped with free shipping cost and within 15 days got my order and in working condition. Please refund my money pandawill! Dispute process does not seem to have any progress so far!!
Mmm.... I order from Romania (inside EU), so my review applies only to my particular experience. I bought from them in the last 2 years 2 phones, 1 GPS and several small gadgets. They are ok. Right now I have an order on the way (a tablet cover and a solar charger). They are supplying all the products from mainland China, so it takes a lot until the products reach you, but I always was provided with a tracking code of the parcel so I always knew where my package is. Usually, with ordinary post, from China to Romania the shipment takes 2 weeks +/- few days. I was very happy with them, I really don't understand why they have such an awful rating...
Nightmare! They sent me Tablet with screen defects, which should have been easily noticed. They require me to pay for return to China which cost almost as much as Tablet! I paid for tablet 2 months before I recieved it and the firmware is incomplete and thier instructions to fix or update does not work. They will not give me instructions on return....I just bought a $200 paper weight!

So tablet is not upgradable so no future for it, I am very disappointed with this tablet.
After much hassle with replies back and forth it was returned for repair at a cost to me of £40 postage.
The Tablet was returned on the 6-1-2012 and I received it back on the 11-4-2012 with an additional cost to HMRC of £60.
Anyone reading this do yourself a favour and buy from a local supplier in the UK, the UK Tablets are all of superior build quality, you are not having to pay large amounts of money for postage returns and wait a long time for its return.
You will not have to pay additional money to HMRC for Vat.This tablet was bought because of the specs it boasts

I somehow doubt this screen is as described " Capacitive Multi touch" that is part of the problem and the bios error stating the operating system is not supported.
2. When taking windows updates I get error that Windows is not now genuine.
3. I will be contacting Microsoft about this issue and have them contact Pandawill to get this matter resolved.

They told me that the Ainol aurora that I've ordered mid-january was out-of-stock three weeks later but it was in stock when I ordered. After that they told me that they have it in stock but needed 1 to 2 weeks to prepare shipping. I've cancelled my order. I had better service with Ownta.com
Sonradan öğrendim ki bir tek benim başıma gelmemiş. Ainol Auroa aldım tam bir ay sonra stoklarda yok stoğa girince yollayacağız diyorlar. Yuh artık! Boşluğuma denk gelse kesinlikle param yanacak paypaldan case açtım da öyle zar zor aldım paramı.
They sold the item. After a month they say we don't have Ainol Aurora! Dude! Why do you sell? Why do you not inform? Or... Do you realize that you don't have the item after 1 month?
