shocking
i nearly always ordered from here! then the past few times its taken over an hour for it to get to me!
i order food tonight to find that is an hour late and that it is stone cold! i ring up and complain and told that they can't do anything untilt the morning, having told them that i wanted to eat and i had jsut paid my last money to them they tell me it will be here for 9pm! it is now 10.10 and i called back at 9.30 to find they are having to speak to the manager AGAIN and actually asked if i still had the pizza! after being told i had to wait so long i was not going to keep the pizza in the house so as anyone would i put it in the bin!
i have a feeling i will still be waiting some time for my money back!
i will not use again! pizza is great when hot but their customer service is outragours and they seems like they do not know what they are doing!

Poor customer service and product
I ate with my family some pizza from Papa Johns and thought it was nice enough I would try again with my partner a few days later.
I ordered on the internet pretty late at night and then went to collect it.
What I was given was a shockingly bad pizza with some sides that looked like they had been rammed into the box.
Very bad, but thought as it was late at night the standard might have been rushed. Sent of an email to the store but it was ignored.
On this advice, ignore the "Better ingredients" tagline they hit you with as the product I got was poor.
Stick to Pizza hut or Dominoes
