Better still if you click through a cashback site you can earn while you shop for the great postal services offered at great rates. Ebay user? then u get discounts @ 10 items! YES THATS RIGHT! add your account etc for ease of custome/client info transfer simplising your process from begining to end.
Hmmm now even though i suffered at the hands of the actual courier companies i still go back because of parcel2go.com ' s customer service - amazing polite, knowledgable and even things are done when they say they will be ie my refund was on time :)

I messaged with Emma regarding a new service Parcel2Go appear to have implemented. She answered my questions quickly and precisely. Her answers came back almost the second after I had finished typing! A great asset to Parcel2Go in my opinion or any company for that matter. I would certainly employ such a person!
I went to live chat as I want to get a parcel to my son in UK from Ireland, emma answered all my questions and put my mind at rest as to when to send the parcel so he would receive it for Christmas week many thanks emma and parcel to go . great to have people like that working on your helpdesk.. I booked a collection with Yodel via this lot. Unfortunately Yodel are rubbish and failed to collect for 3 days! However, via the P2G online help chat system a very helpful chap (RICHARD MILEHAM) switched the carrier to TNT. Top marks, just don't opt for Yodel!

This was my first go with Parcel2go and I was so impressed with their service. I spoke to a really helpful, friendly guy, David,who was polite, helpful and friendly despite my dithering about. I would thoroughly recommend anyone to use this service rather than lugging heavy boxes to a post office.

Due to an internet time out I acidentally duplicated my order. I logged onto Parcel2Go's live chat feature and my problem was very quickly rectified by Richard Mileham. I am very impressed with the service you provide and am now even more impressed with your customer service (as long as that money is back in my account within 2 days, otherwise I will take it all back!). I also appreciated the offer of an enhanced amount I could leave in credit on my account and found the advice on what to do if the courier company still tried to collect both orders very useful and reassuring.
I was served today by Emmas who was a fantastic help in sorting out the delivery of my sons coat to the USA, ( who need a coat their) anyway after searching through the internet I decided to try the service I can only say it was fantastic would def use again; I can tell Mark his coat is on the way. :-)
Super assistant Emma helped me sort my mess out when i booked two deliveries apposed to one, She sorted it out within 5 minutes and instead of refunding me directly the amount i paid she was instead able to offer me £10.00 to my prepay account, this was great as our company uses parcel to go on a daily basis and so far we have received a brilliant service. I searched the web and booked a collection of a carpet cleaner via this company, when it didn't arrive the next day I started tracking and monitoring the item. After a week I started shouting because everyday I checked I was giving a load of rubbish, it has finally led to me being told I have to make a claim for £50.00 because I didn't take up the £50.00 insurance policy I was offered.
So I will have lost a £1000.00 and I am suppose to just accept it!!
TNT were responsible for the collection and all associated services, they lost it at the depot in Llantrisant but point blank refuse to speak with me and told me I can only speak to Parcels to go.
So be aware, "Place Your Orders direct with the courier" not with parcels to go as the insurance is the con even though you paid for the courier.
I am now going to build a blog page, a dedicated Facebook page and as many individual web pages as I can to make everyone aware which will be including all facts and evidence showing correspondence proving my case.

I have to use Parcel2go on an occasional basis through my work and needed assistance to locate 2 invoices. One for the 15th November 2013 and one going back to August. I had the luck to be helped by Richard Mileham who was very patient and, with very little information, located the invoices I need. Great example if all your team are like this. Cheers Anita
Some difficulties with a company not having a large enough vehicle to collect all the parcels booked in but Emma at the help desk was excellent in sorting this out for me.
Overall a service I will use in the future.
