I have sent 50+ parcels via the service over several months and rarely have a problem. On the 2 occasions I have the customer service has been great and they are quick to deal with my problem. Contacting them via Twitter I've had almost instant responses from Sam or Kate and also received great service on the website's direct messenger. The website can sometimes be a bit "rough around the edges" but the people you deal with seem know what they are going and get things sorted. Overall I am very happy with the service and would recommend it, just make sure to check the T&C's for what is covered for compensation. Andrew.
I had arranged for a parcel to be collected and delivered to me but the people who it was being collected from were out and i was unsure how to re arrange collection but after using the livechat service a very kind and helpful man called Lloyd rearranged it all on my behalf even adding additional collection instruction!
Although there was initially a problem with my order, that being that i had received no confirmation e-mail nor tracking, the customer service operative Lloyd was able to track down my order and forward the confirmation e-mail and tracking number to an alternate e-mail address very quickly.
Overall very happy with the service i received.
Spoke to a person called Remi and he really helped me out with a refund that i needed due to a bad customer. Would definately use the service again and the courier who collects the parcels is lovely. I tend to use the Hermes service as the courier is a local lady.
This company acts as an intermediary between you and a courier company however they don't seem at all interested if you have a problem with a delivery. Their standard answer is that they will get back to you within 48 hours... not acceptable when it's allready benn 2 wekks and counting

I would reccomend P2G to anyone, They are easy to use, friendly, and very helpful if you need it. They even come to your door to collect your parcel, So you don't even need to go anywhere!
I had a collection scheduled but didn't manage to print the label in time, "No worries, I'll come get it tomorrow" the driver reassured me. I think we should be on first name basis now, it's always the same driver who collects from me!
However, when I'd gotten upstairs I realised... I'm moving house at 8am tomorrow, and I have no idea how I forgot! I quickly got onto the website and logged in to get my P2G delivery number.
I used the contact page to use the live chat option. I was connected immediately to a friendly helper named Lauren, I asked her if it was possible to reschedule the collection, but at my new address. She checked if it was possible, and quickly came back to say yes, and if she rescheduled it for Friday, would I get access to a printer in time, On confirming, she sorted it all out for me, sent me the emails through and wished me luck in my move!

Just had a Live Chat conversation with Daniel, really didn't take a second for him to respond to my click of the button to get help. I missed the collection of a parcel this morning and he has re-booked it so that my parcel will still be collected today. Well done.
Being a Live chat virgin I was quite daunted with the task, would my typing be good enough or quick enough? My fears were soon quelled, I was greeted quickly and never felt pressured at any time, Daniel was very efficient and dealt with my query in no time at all and was courteous at all times.
All I can say is COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH SERVICE!
I was advised by a friend to use parcel2go to send a parcel via a courier. I sent my first parcel but then checked my statement to notice that 2 payments had been taken for 1 parcel. I searched the web for a number and usable to find one. Then saw on a forum to make contact via FB. I did just that and had a rapid response from Kate. I was told it would be resolved immediately. Checked a few days later and no refund. I wanted this sorted as I had 3 more parcels to send. I then had contact with Sam and Rob. Again they were brilliant and took action immediately. I would just like to say a huge thank you to Kate, Sam and Rob. Keep up the good work guys, will be telling my friends and family about the great service you provide.

Been using p2g for a while now and what can I say..... they are great. Good value for money and a very simple system to use.
We normally use the my Hermes drop off which suits us to the ground and we haven't had one parcel go missing yet unlike the post office where we used to queue for ages and things would go walkies every now and then.
And when the odd thing has gone wrong with p2g (which was our fault), they have been very knowledgeable and helpful and resolved all the issues.
Our last dealing was with a rep called Jon (via live chat) who promptly re-booked all of our parcels for the next day.
Very pleased with the service and recommend it to all of our friends.
After booking for a collection the courier never showed up, I contacted Parcel to go via online live chat and Adam G sorted out the issue and even upgraded the service to 24 hour delivery at no extra cost.

I posted a Drivers License 10 days ago and was told it would be in Canada by 13th June. However after 2 days of chasing/live chat and phone calls I keep getting told to wait for the courier to email. Parcels2go have not tried to locate the package and have not been remotely helpful in any way. The live Chat is a waste of time as the customer service team cannot do anything other than see what you can on the screen. The Telephone service was no better and the customer advisor told me they do not send ID DOCS, after it has passed through 12 check points between here, the US and Canada including customs and is only miles away from its destination. She then told me it was my fault as I should not have sent it... to which I responded, that was not what the advisor said when I called for a quote!!!! It was ok when you wanted £30 postage charges!!! The company is a joke... I took it upon myself to contact FedEx Canada myself and am delighted with their assistance, they are calling me back, something that Parcels2go would not do and are keeping me updated on their progress. They said they often deliver ID DOCS so they are unsure why Parcels2go responded in such a way and that they would deal with it from here, they had received similar complaints about their service in the past.
PLEASE NOTE: their website only enables positive reviews to be posted, I tried to enter the above but it keeps rejecting it.
I have always been pleased with P2G. On one occasion a parcel arrived damaged and I was compensated for it in full, with no hassle whatsoever. I have always found everyone I have dealt with to be extremely helpful. prices are competitive and parcels always arrive on time.
Things don't always go smoothly with Parcel2Go but given the companies they deal with (I myself was in the parcel industry at one time and know what it's like) they always get it sorted out and Richard is always helpful.
Got into a bit of a predicument because I didn't have a printer, spoke to Catherine who sorted everything out for me and resolved my problem. Cheaper than the Royal Mail as well, very happy with the service I received and would recomend. Would definately use again. Thank you Parcel2Go.

But like the man from Del Monte Catherine Corless said YES! Swift and painless is how i would describe my experience with Parcel2Go and Catherine, so much so i would use them again and again. My client is now a happy client as he will be able to close on his property in Chicago before the end of the week thanks to Catherine and the great service she provided. Now, If only all UK CSR's were like Catherine my life would be so much easier....

Wanted next day service which was not available on the site. Clicked live chat and got Emma. 10 minutes later all done! Great service, deserves 5 stars.
Recently started using the service has i had a lot of old stuff to sell, was presently surprised by the ease of use and choice.
In addition the customer service when one buyer decided to collect and i had to cancel, with no real data on the site was surprised that it was a simple live chat and done. Jessica was a star, professional efficient and very pleasant.
I've sent several packages now with no issue, i always use city link so i think thats more a praise for them but the booking system is simple.

I sent a parcel and paid extra for insurance & signature, it showed delivered on the PARCEL2GO SITE, but the other person said they had never received it
When i LOOKED AT proof of delivery IT SHOWED detailed tracking info
It showed that they had delivered it to NOT ONLY the wrong address BUT THE WRONG COUNTRY!,
Had to EMAIL THEM AS IT COSTS 50P PER MINUTE AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD COLLECT THE PARCEL FROM ITALY AND SEND TO CORRECT ADDRESS IN GERMANY, EVEN UP TILL NOW THE PARCEL HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED, I SENT THE PARCEL ON 29TH MAY!
The person they delivered it too accepted the parcel, so i have now lost out financially
I get emails from DIFFERENT AGENTS TELING ME THEY ARE SORRY, THEY TALK TO YOU LIKE THEY ARE A ROBOT READING FROM THE SAME SCRIPT BUT NOT HELPING AT ALL., JUST SAYING THEY ARE WAITING TO HEAR FROM THE COURIERS.
They do not reply to any emails i send them, , tHE LAST EMAIL ASKED ME TO ASK MY CUSTOMER IF SHE KNEW ANYONE AT THE ADDRESS IN ITALY!. WHY ON EARTH WOULD SHE KNOW WHO THEY WERE.
So it seems the insurance & signature is pointless when PARCEL2GO decide to deliver your parcel to a different country, and do nothing to helP.
DONT BOTHER USUNG THEM JUST GO TO ROYAL MAIL.
I made an error with the value of the parcel & rang up Catherine Corless at
Customer Service.She was very helpful & my new corrected paperwork was instantly ready to print-out.

Contacted P2G this morning to change delivery date to next day service. Sam sorted this quickly! I am one happy customer!!!!! Just waiting for the courier to collect and then I can relax. Thank you for arranging this so quickly Sam!
