Having been recommended Parcel2go we completed the online booking service with a view to the parcel being delivered following collection on Fri 23/11. The system appears slick including the label. The parcel wasn't collected despite the fact we stayed in all day. The company had our tele number but not contact. We do accept in the best of organisations problems can occur. We contacted ther chat line who said it couldn't be collected on Sat but it was rebooked for Mon 26/11. We stayed in all day and it wasn't collected. We again contacted the chat line. Initially in contact with [name], latterly [name]. Both responded well to our issues and [name] arranged for us to drop off the parcel. Whilst the two ladies we had contact with were very helpful the service is poor. Tomorrow we will drop the parcel some 5 miles from home, our customer will have waited at least 5 extra days for delivery and we still don't have a confidence it will arrive. Parcel2go need to get their act together. Or stop using [name]
