I have previously used a competitor to this company and fired them (twice!) for rubbish service. I don't have any such issues with Parcel2Go though. When I did have a blip with one of the couriers, I contacted Parcel2Go through their Facebook page and got a response from Sam within a couple of minutes! And the whole thing was dealt with without any fuss, quickly and politely. I love a company that deals with things quickly and without making you jump through hoops!
