Been trying to get a parcel picked up for a whole week now and they still haven't gotten around to doing it. Every time I ask why they just say they don't have access to the driver logs.
I would advise against using them at all costs.

The saga continues! 5 days later and I still haven't received my package. After going around the houses on the totally unhelpful Facebook helpline I decided to get in touch with UPS directly (something which ludicrously P2G cannot do). UPS gave me clear reasons as to why the parcel had not yet been picked up, as well as advising as to what needed to be done make sure it is collected tomorrow.
Fingers crossed it should be sorted now and I should have my package by Friday. My advice: Go direct to the supplier, what you save in cost you pay for in customer service.
