Had a problem arranging collection of a parcel I had booked for collection and then delivery to me but the guy at the other end had no printer for the label. Tried P2go on the 'live chat' and got operator Sammie Taylor, who rebooked the service on a 'no-label-required' basis. Sorted! Thanks Sammie.
Today I spoke to RICHARD MILEHAM at parcels 2 go who straight away understood my problem and quickly resolved the issue. This is all I ever require from people that they treat every problem seriously and do their utmost to resolve them leaving me a very satisfied customer.

Our company sends a lot of parcels and occasionally addresses are wrongly filled in. so I contacted Parcl2go via there web chat and Sarah amended the details and emailed a new label, also because Yodel failed to pick up a parcel the day before she changed the courier to TNT for pick up today.
Brilliant service quick and no fuss.
That's why we will continue to use them.

But as I will have to take another day off to wait for collection I would expect some compensation or refund!
First time ever with this parcel service, but certainly not the last, every one should use it.
Fantastic service, the staff very polite and the price was spot on. You do have a choice of several couriers so you can chose the best one for you, after that it `s dead easy, it took just 42 hrs for my Daughter in southern Ireland to receive her Christmas presents.
I have in previous years sent them by royal mail, took three weeks last year and cost me £29, this time £18.30 with UPS and collected from my door. Great Service keep it up
