Had a problem where I entered the wrong detail and required a refund used the live chat to see if I can resolve this with a refund and was connected to Rowan who was very helpful and refunded immediately and gave me a choice of either refunding back to card or as credit! Really helpful and only took less than 5 min to solve!

However, I would like to know why on earth I wasn't telephoned when the booking error occurred so that I could make alternative arrangements. Your error has caused a lot of disappointment, distress and extra expense and i cannot believe the poor service i have received.
i would no longer be able to recommend Parcel2Go as I have done in the past and i am unlikely to be able to trust using Parcel2go again.

Very easy to use site although could do with more in-depth info on what options entail as the system pricing often defaults to a figure that doesn't always tally with what was on the previous page. Some options are not so easy to find or navigate and you can only edit address details later on in the booking process, not the item details.That said, their live help is excellent (Thanks Jenny :-)...). The team are knowledgeable, efficient and polite and when it comes to any issues with a claim (of which it must be said, I've only had 2 of in a number of years using Parcel2Go) these are dealt with in the same way and fairly. Would highly recommend, particularly for smaller parcels.
Can you pass my comments on to a manager, that i think you customer service is excellent, in particular amelia is amazing customer service star, very polite, efficient and dealt with my problem quickly leaving me a satisfied customer. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, they are amazing.
I've used Yodel a few times now - all collections / deliveries have been made as promised. My recent collection didn't happen on the day it was meant to. Spoke to Emma in the webchat service, who resolved my problem quickly and nicely. Will continue to use Yodel

After needing to send a parcel via courier it soon became clear that this was a lot harder than first anticipated. All the rules and reg's and weight issues etc. Practically all national well known brands couldn't help! Then came along Sarah Hayes from parcels2go! After approx. 3 minute online chat she had confirmed all of my question, cleared up any worries and above all could actually get my parcel from door to door!! Based on her level of professionalism and her knowledge of the business and products available it made my whole experience a pleasure compared to what I had been through 24 hours prior to this. Very efficient customer service, was emailed informing me of the delivery and confirming the address (which the sender had put incorrectly). I contacted them, and within 20 minutes all was solved by a very friendly customer service operator, Rose!

The only place I could get a set of canvas bags for my new Traps drum set was in the UK. The price was right but the shipping quotes I was getting were more than two times the cost of the bags. After about a month of looking for a quote I came across Parcel2Go. Their quote was the best in the UK. The price was a bit less than the cost of the bags but all things considered I came out with fair pricing and fair shipping costs. Not only that I received my parcel in 5 days.
