Recently has a bulky item delivered from Preston to West Sussex, I could not believe how cheap the quote was compared to others. The item was picked up and delivered the next day for a fraction of the cost, no damage to the item and a very smooth transaction. Would highly recommend them to anyone and I' m not impressed that easy, will be using again.
Just wanted to tell my experience with Parcel2go, sent a parcel through parcel2go with collect plus which I believe use Yodel, I sent it off on 11th of April and got delivered the next day! I was told it was meant to be 3-5working days so next day was a big surprise to me. I don't normally leave feedback however on this occasion I thought it would be good for other people using this company as sometimes you hear a lot of negative reviews of parcel companies.
My very first collection with this company was not very good. The courier did not turn up on the day he should have, so I waited in all day from 9am to 5.30pm. I received no phone call/email about it. All I could do was rebook it for the following Monday. However, I do think that the fault lay with TNT and not Parcel2go. TNT rang me directly on the Monday and asked whether they needed to collect from me on that day (!) when I said yes I was waiting for you on Friday they said they didn't know anything about it having only got the order through on the Fri eve at 8pm. However, when the courier arrived on the Monday he said he'd called at the wrong house on Friday!!!!!! I did provide them with a phone number which you'd have thought they might have called.
On a brighter note, Parcel2go could not have been more helpful. Their online chat service is excellent. Once the parcel had actually been collected, it was safely delivered the next day. I have since used them once more, this time with Fed Ex, who did turn up exactly when they were supposed to.
I had to organise a redirection at very short notice with City Link via P2G. Instead of going through the 'live' help, I called them direct and spoke to Catherine Corless. She was so professional and helpful while retaining a human touch - she behaved like an actual person rather than some script-reading company drone! If all customer service was delivered like Catherine delivers her's, there'd a lot fewer cheesed-off people in the world. Would definitely use again, without hesitation. Great, great service.
Look, if it goes wrong, it goes wrong good and proper. There is no customer service, there is no customer resolution. They may offer a ten pound refund, but that does not compensate for the 11 hours of your time wasted ( less than the minimum wage). They then notice that your parcels have indeed been included in their delivery list and so offer ' an additional ten pounds to your account if you amend your feedback to a four or five star'. This is after I have had to go out of my way to deliver them to one of their drop off points. I'm happy to lose ten quid because I don't want to spend 9 hours, over two days, waiting for a parcel that will never be picked up. View those 'Victoria did well, Sandra did well..' Four star reviews with caution folks. They are probably ten quid richer with a forced smile.
Due to the recent changes for postal charges lately it was apparent that I had to investigate a new way of sending off my eBay sales so as to avoid huge costs to both myself and the people buying from me. I googled courier services and chanced upon Parcels2go and what a good chance it was. I registered, input details of parcel, printed off label and hey presto my parcel was picked up the following day (Monday) and though I could have tracked it, I didn't get time, I was delighted to receive feedback from my buyer on Wednesday!!!! What a result. It would have cost me £5.20 at the post office but I paid only £3.30 and didn't even have to leave my house. So Pete Chandler and your team a huge thank you
Booked Tuesday am. Waited at work all day 8am till 8pm and no pick up. On their chat line for 2 hours last night. It is now Thursday lunch and still no sign of pick up. I been told I must wait till 8 pm tonight and if the courier does not arrive today, I must continue like this until they do. I was politely informed that they can not guarantee that it will ever be picked up!

I would just like to say how pleased i was with the service given this evening by Jon, I was just about to thow the ****** laptop through the window, as i could not get an answer or find an email address on the parcel2go site till i discovered i had to go via facebook, which gets on my nerves most of the time but this time it saved me from going round the bend. Well, I need to thank Jon from Parcel2go for making it so easy for me to claim for a damaged item that was received yesterday. Despite the disappointment of this accident, I can only say that their customer services are fantastic and I still feel I would use them for this reason alone. What a refreshingly great and responsive company!!

I had experience and issue with Parcel2go, I am still waiting for my parcel to be delivered, but live chat was a great help Michelle helped me and she was very patient and answered my every question in great details.....I wish there was more people like her.....Good on you parcel2go for great team work.
Another top quality service from P2G - I use these guys on a regular basis for sending parcels abroad and have had nothing but top quality service. I've used Parcel2Go a dozen times before (always without any issues at all), and just wanted to check that the item I wanted to send (a bass guitar amp) wasn't prohibited. I LiveChatted with Catherine, who was friendly, polite and extremely swift at answering my questions. I've always rated P2Go as a cut above ParcelMonkey, and today's experience has stretched that gap even further. Parcel2Go gets a firm recommendation from me, as does Catherine. Cheers!

This service is very good ... firstly you need to register on their website which is easy to follow - once registered you need to print off your labels & attach to the parcels. I opted for the 'drop off at nearest shop' service (which was a little cheaper than having them picked up from home!). The shop owner was extremely helpful & polite and the parcels were delivered quickly. Once the parcels have been delivered to their destination you are notified immediately by text message ... great!! I would definitely recommend this service for sending parcels. The customer feedback from Parcel2go (Peter Chandler) was also refreshing a hard thing to find these days!

superb service .far superior and cheaper than the royal one,i have not used a service like this before,but for the future this is the option for me,you can track youre parcel online so easily,if you need a parcel sent somewhere,get a quote,then try the same at a P.O then you you will know which one to choose,highly recommended.
I recently had occasion to use Parcel2Go. I have never used a service like this before but due to the exorbitant Royal Mail charges to China I decided to give it a go. With Andrea's and Rob's help; I had a few problems with the recipient's address, all went smoothly.

before used to be missed collections, nowadays seems to be working, overall it's a good company for small to medium size parcels with sensible price, insurance on the items however not that great, most of them are covered to £20 which you need to pay hell extra to insure it, sometimes even more than the parcel postage price itself.
I've used this service a lot but decided to review after a big bout of stupid from my very own self. I normally send a lot of parcels but on this occasion was arranging a parcel to be collected and sent to me. But I put my address as the collection, not delivery address. Moron!
I only realised when I'd paid and went straight to live chat on Facebook, spoke to Richard the Parcel2Go Representative and he just fixed it and sent new labels. Really good.

I previously used "parcelsplease.com" as a way to access UPS cheaply but last year they stopped offering UPS. I moved to Parcels2go and I have not looked back. They gave me access to UPS (they are excellent) which was perfect. I have also just tried collect+ (which gave quicker delivery than advertised) and Hermes (no adverse feedback yet). I had one customer who denied parcel receipt but parcels2go were able to identify the name of the receiving neighbour. On another occasion I had to change a delivery address after placing the order and parcels2go fixed the problem (I used their hidden phone number but I could have done it on-line far more easily). Great service at some very low prices. I would recommend Parcels2Go to anyone.
We're a regular user of Parcel2go. Send many parcels all over the continent with them. Their live help is particularly useful, particularly Catherine, who helps with the order queries. Very good prices, can't be beaten anywhere.
