SURCHARGE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why is there a surcharge to parcels in the U.K. ? or more to the point why is the surcharge added after the quoted price. I tell the customer one price you charge
me another it mite only be 90p +vat, on an article selling for £10 that's 10%.
Other than that the service excellent.

Used this service twice, first time was to send out my spare golf clubs so that I wasn't borrowing when out visiting my son. Set of irons 3-SW plus 3 woods no bag though was going to cost me £90 taking them with me as it involved 3 flights so I used Parcel Hero at a cost of £46 door to door delivery. At the same time we had just sent Christmas presents to the family and had to split them into 3 lots as the Post Office told us to keep the weight below 2 kgs , this done we posted them and was close to £90 postage and to add insult the most expensive parcel went missing, how I wish we had found Parcel Hero 2 weeks earlier. Just sent another parcel with birthday presents again door to door cheaper than the Post Office and they excelled in delivering in 4 days. I am one VERY HAPPY user of Parcel Hero

SINCE I 1ST STARTED USING PARCELHERO THE STANDARDS HAVE FALLEN WITH THEM ADDING MONEY AFTER BOOKING BECAUSE ITS FURTHER THAN WHAT THEY THOUGHT THERE WEBSITE NOT BEING ABLE TO ACCEPT OVERSEAS ADDRESSES IE MUST BE IN ENGLISH AND NOT recognizing PAYMENTS SO YOU HAVE TO RING UP AND CHASE THEM UP ALL THE TIME I HOPE THEY GET IT SORTED OUT SOON AS IT TAKING TO MUCH OF MY TIME UP SORTING OUT STUPID ENQUIRIES

Quality for low price!

I was a bit reluctant to use at first, thinking it may be a scam as I'd never heard of them before, but then I saw the reviews on here and thought I'd give it a try, definitely was not disappointed, my parcel was collected the designated day, dispatched and arrived within 3 days to Thailand from UK, perfect, very important documents taken good care of and tracked every step of the way, I have some more documents to send to the same location and will be definitely using them again, this week!

Absolutely first class service. I sent a parcel to rural Israel. It was a 5 litre container of coat oil for a friends' show dogs and several carriers had refused to transport it. I found ParcelHero on the internet and not only did they transport it quickly and efficiently, they were less than HALF the cost of their nearest competitor. They kept me fully informed throughout the very fast transportation. I can't recommend them highly enough. It was a totally trouble-free and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Great value for money

We can't completely review this service as we are yet to hear from the receiver but as far as ease of use and value for money goes this was an excellent service delivered in a timely fashion.

Simple to use with only a few bugs on the website. Notably, when you reached the end of your information input and it gave you the option to print your documentation, the page froze and left you with no paperwork until you received a confirmation e-mail with a link to the documents.

Apart from that minor gripe excellent. We just hope it got there in one piece

I was exhibiting at a Trade Show in the Netherlands and left all the giveaways at home. They were collected at 7pm one evening from Wales and delivered by 10.30am the following day to the hotel in the Netherlands. Superb service - well done!!

With a courier service at half the price I wasn't expecting UPS to turn up at the door!

I started to check out alternative couriers when I felt that the service I currently use seemed to be getting more and more expensive. I didn't think I would find anything much cheaper but was just looking for an improvement in price. When I logged in all of the parcel information (I was sending 20 medium sized boxes, each weighing around 5kg) I was amazed that it was half the price that I was normally paying. I was even more stunned when UPS turned up, I was expecting a one man and his dirty white van to turn up. They came when they said they would and updated me on the delivery. Huge reduction in price, no reduction in service. Hallelujah!
