I hereby withdraw/delete my recent review dated 02.10.2012 and wish to write a new one giving ParcelHero 5 stars. I really have misjudged your service and sincerely like to apologize to all staff involved. Due to my misinterpretation of instructions, I must admit, things went pear shaped, completely out of control of ParcelHero. But: The Service was determined to get things right. I admire this. Not only did they give me a refund (while the parcel got delivered anyway!), but the Service also gave me a £25.00 discount towards my next dispatch. Well, this is humbling and it completely restores my trust in the company: I will certainly use the Service again!
