Fantastic Service - will use again
I'd not actually heard of Parcel Hero before but your prices were too good to resist for a large package going to France. I received a copy of the email sent to the recipient who was out when the parcel was delivered so I knew it had at least reached the right area. I was delighted to then get a follow up email to confirm that it had been delivered. Impressive (and quick) service with excellent communication - I couldn't have asked for more and I'll definitely use you again.

Great Service
First time I have used this service and will certainly do so again. It was a bit confusing to start the process, but got there in the end. Delivery was sooner than promised which pleased me.

Acceptable in the end but it could've been disastrous.
The experience was acceptable enough. One or two points let this experience down though.
The first was the courier to pick-up decided to leave a calling card instead of knocking at the door or using the doorbell.
The second is that there was an issue with obvious rough handling with resulted in some panels being knocked out of the front the pc tower that I was wanting delivered.
Thankfully it was packed well enough not to have caused any apparent damage to the internal workings. But Parcel Hero were clearly informed it was a pc of some worth and yet the couriers still couldn't help knocking it about!?
Come on! If you're a courier company who's happy with just taking people's money and doing just enough so that your customers don't care to complain and possibly be forgiving or gullible enough to use you again then fine. But if you want to be seen as a good courier then these sort of incidents need to be non existent.

I paid, they came, they delivered
sorting through google for a cheap parcel carrier I came across parcel hero, they were the cheapest I could find for the size / weight of parcel I had for next day delivery, also being lunchtime it was also nice to see they would still collect that day.....
I paid my dues, printed the labels and waited for collection.... possibly more through luck than judgement, at 1 o/clock UPS arrived to collect, a full 30 minutes after I pressed confirm.
I was sent constant e-mails with the progress of my parcel without having to go onto any site with a tracking number and it was delivered around 10:30am the following day.... my parents were so impresses with the service I received they have now also signed up with my recommendation, meaning I also get a £5 referral fee....

Brilliant!!!!
Quote was half the price of Parcel2. Courier arrived within half an hour, even though I had booked a 3-5 day service and was delivered within 3 days to Sweden.
Couldn't fault it.
Only improvement I would make is to be able to pay by credit card or paypal without a surcharge.

Outstanding service!!!!
Fantastic service from beginning to end,I needed a parcel to be delivered before 4th may..it was picked up on the 30th April and reached Norway by the 3rd, which I could track from leaving my address to its final destination,I had not sent a parcel abroad before and needed to call Parcel Hero a few time to go through the online forms you need to fill in but I must add they are very simple,I was sending to Norway so needed to get paper work right,Parcel Hero helped me through it and gave me advice on packaging and advised you need a printer to print documents so the parcel can be tracked,the staff are always helpful and a very kind young lady stayed on the phone while I filled in each part of that document now that's great service!!! and the price was amazing half of what you would pay for other couriers,if you want a parcel sent abroad at low cost and get's delivered when they say it will,then Parcel Hero is the one you should use.......I will never use anyone else if I have to send parcel's abroad or hear in the Uk for that matter,Excellent service!!!!

They are my ParcelHero
I had to send a small but valuable item to the US. The recipient recommended UPS or FedEx for security. I got prices from them ranging from £55-£75, no way was I paying that, so I went on line and found Parcel Hero.
I paid them £23, it was picked up the next day by 'FedEx' and delivered in under 48 hours to Arizona.

Great Service, Easy To Use, Value For money
I have used ParcelHero a few times in the last few months, and have only had cause to phone them up once with an account issue.
The phone was answered swiftly, and my problem was dealt with in a professional manner, although I was placed on hold for approximately 5 minutes but that's nothing out of the ordinary these days.
The website is easy to use, giving you the delivery options after you enter your parcel dimensions, and VAT is added at the END of the selection process.
Tracking your parcel is easy to do, and you can also track it through the carriers website with your tracking number, which on occasion, I found it to be more up to date than the sites own tracker.
Collections and deliveries were on time, every time, as scheduled, and all the drivers were helpful and friendly.
The only thing that confuses me is the loyalty scheme. You collect points by using the service, and the more points you collect, the more discount you receive. The green bars that show your level of points is not really that clear, and I think that could be improved and made much clearer.
Overall, I am satisfied and happy with the service provided and will use it again and recommend it to friends and family. I'm giving it a 9/10 rating due to the unclear loyalty scheme, but that might just be me!

Friday UK pickup, Monday US delivery - Economy price
I needed to send a large parcel to the USA from the UK. Found parcelhero on the net, who found me the lowest economy price for delivery.
I had a same day collection on a Friday afternoon and the package was delivered Monday morning to its destination in the USA all for a good price.

Very quick collection and delivery!!
My parcel was collected within a couple of hours from Sheffield and delivered to Portugal just 2 days later.

Great Service
Does exactly what it says on the tin! Also, I inadvertently double booked and paid for the delivery so had to call to sort out and the woman I spoke to on the phone could not have been more helpful, friendly and efficient with dealing with issue and arranging a refund. Such a rare but welcome experience these days...

At last, a courier service that i can trust.
Having used some so called reliable couriers who really let me down terribly i was beginning to lose faith in all couriers & with the disgraceful Royal Mail price rise i was at a loss what to to. Then i went on a few review sites, most of the reviews were mixed with some very good & some very bad but there was one company that really stood out which was Parcel Hero, there were no bad reviews at all.
They may not be the cheapest around but i have now used them several times now & the service has been first class.

A hero in my opinion

Quick Quality Service
I was very impressed with Parcelhero when sending a birthday parcel to our daughter in Australia. The package was collected on time and arrived within a few days. It was a lot cheaper than using Royal Mail or other couriers. I have used them before and will definately use them again

I was really impressed with the service of ParcelHero. It was collected punctually and to receive a text letting me know it had been delivered was brilliant. What a good idea! I always expect to pay silly money when we send parcels to Sweden, however, ParcelHero was quite reasonable compared to many other companies I have tried. It arrived in good condition too! Well done everyone at ParcelHero I will be using you again and have already recommended you to others.

Easy to use, reliable and efficient
I have used them on a number of occasions in the last month and they have never failed to impress.
Collections are often made same day with viability of the delivery being available at all time.
Prices are under half what our contract carrier was charging for service that was no better than parcel hero.
