I bought the 4-day pass for my family of 4. We found the Paris Pass convenient and useful. We reached Paris in the wee hours and used our metro tickets immediately, no hassle! We skipped the long queue at Musee d'Orsay and Lourve. Unfortunately, the security line at Versailles was unavoidable, so be early!! We enjoyed the wine-tasting (reserving your place online is a must to avoid any hassle!), the Seine River cruise (we took the last trip out at 8.30pm and saw Paris at night, it was breath-taking) and the hop-on hop-off bus. I would recommend it, but like some reviews mentioned, make sure you have sufficient time to enjoy it (at least take the 4-day pass I feel) and you do really have to be ready to walk!
Great value. We purchased a 5 day pass. The metro ticket is particularly useful to get around to all the sights. The museum pass was also good value as it gave you free entry to most museums. The Paris Pass book also highlighted many sights that are not in the brochures such as smaller museums. Would definitely purchase another pass on any future visits.
Good idea but to get real value you need to be prepared to be on the go ALL day! Plan ahead. You need to see at least 3-4 places a day. Travel pass was definite advantage to do this.
My family and I are very pleased for using Paris Pass last year.
It's really useful and worthwhile!
Many thanks.
Regards, Luiz Dias.
I ordered 5 Four Day Paris Passes online at a price advertised on special over Easter holiday. Everything was fine up until the checkout but when I received an e-mail confirmation, it showed a different price that I had not agreed to pay! Luckily, I had PDF the checkout page showing that amount so I emailed the company with the PDF attachment explaining the situation and let them know that I did not authorized them to charge me an additional 50 Euros. I never heard from them and followed up with another email and filed a complaint on Paypal as well. They never responded and had the nerve to deny my complaint via Paypal and said it was an authorized amount. What a terrible customer service and internet order experience!!! Don't trust their website!!! Someone should be reviewing the controls (or lack there of) at this company. BUYER BEWARE!!!
I had a Paris Pass, it was fantastic, made getting around on the Metro easy. It came with a book, that featured all the attractions and a lot of places I'd never heard off. I was able to plan my day with it and I didn't need to carry a lot of cash because entry to most of the exhibits was included. it was a godsend, totally transformed my time in Paris
You do not get to the head of queues. The train tickets you can buy your self at the station for about the same price. The number of attractions that you could visit in the time frame of the pass means that you won't see any of the properly.
Paris Pass make your holidays easy, nice, full and unforgettable.
It was an excellent trip because of this pass. We could come and go as we pleased. I only wish we did not have to stay in the security line in some places. Most attractions got you in and then passed the security check.. I also liked the bus pass. I found I could get on and off as much as I wanted. I liked the buses better than the metro because we could see everything on our way.
Impecable y práctico, sobre todo para quien ya conoce la ciudad
really comfortable, avoyd lines and a lot of waste of time when you are traveling-
Speedy access to a lot of museums, and more. Everything you want to see is in there; plus no waiting, no wasting of time paying with credit card and so much to see. Really, a must have.
If you are going to Paris, you have to get a Paris Pass. You have acess to the most important museums and attractions, and don't have to worry about the lines. I cannot imagine my trip without it!
I bought the Paris Pass because a friend recommended it to me. It was a great help
If you're well organized and are not affraid of planning more than one destination per day, this is a good way to do it. We are not big fans of museums in general. Of course, you can't go to Paris and not go to the Louvre or Musée d'Orsay (for it's impressionnist paintings) but don't want to spend more than a couple of hours every place? This card is for you. Since it's included in the pass, you get out when you have enough. Well organized, you can save half price you would normally pay.
If you want to get to one place only every day, this is not for you.
Thanks my friends who advised me to get this briljant Paris Pass. I and my 8 yers old daughter used it every single day during our 7 day trip to the beautiful citi Paris. We get free Metro, 2 day hop on hop bus, 1 hour Siena cruise and also the best atractions like The Louvre Museum, Museum of Parfum, tour to Notre-Dame and the Arc de Triomphe. Also we used the Paris Pass on Galleries Lafayette to get extra 10% shopping discount and also to get gifts. I strongly advise to take that opportunity with the Paris Pass because many people did not know and recognize that. The Paris Pass saved our time and money.
Solvita from Staten Island, NY
please don't send me any mails any more! I have already sent you an opinion of the paris pass, also one for the london pass and 2 times the NY pass, thats enough now, no more mails
It was great!!
I will use it again next time I am in Paris!
Just as the caption says see the most in the shortest time. Make sure what you want to see is on the lists and beware what might not be included.
The Paris Pass was an awesome decision - we were granted access to many sights (some we wouldn't have seen otherwise) with literally NO waiting - even at the Louvre! So nice to know that we weren't wasting precious vacation time standing in lines... The Pass also encouraged us to do a few things we might not have otherwise done, which greatly enhanced our visit. Definitely recommend the Paris Pass, you will not regret this purchase.
Front of the line access to museums and other attractions is a great feature.
Metro and transportation pass was used every day and is the only way to get around Paris. Good value for money and many benefits makes this pass the best one can buy!
It is useful if you are going to take a relaxing tour of Paris and the surrounding areas. If you are there for a few days it is not so useful. The advertisement focuses on the convenience but the cost outweighs the value.
The Paris Pass allowed myself and my wife to plunge into the rich history of this wonderful city. We ran ourselves silly trying to make the most out of the many offerings that the Paris Pass provides. Great for those on a limited schedule, not to mention the added bonus of avoiding many long queues during the high season. Highly recommended.
El comprar el Paris Pass fue conveniente durante nuestra estancia en Paris, pués no hicimos colas en algunos destinos y el ahorro fue considerable, sobre todo en trasporte.
Definitivamente lo voveré a comprar.
I have been to Paris a few times but having the Paris Pass made my time there much easier, I was able to plan out what places I wanted to visit in advance, often I didn't have to cue which is a bonus and I didn't have to find extra money to pay for it as it was covered by the pass. I wish I had known about the pass on my other visits. I think for a first timer to Paris or someone with a limited time frame it is a great idea. If I was to return to Paris again I would consider getting another pass to help navigate my way around this amazing city.
Its was good to save money and skip lines in the most famous attractions
Paris Pass, was excellent. The accompanying Museum Pass was essential when navigating some of the very long queues. Also the public transport pass was also very good value.
Pretty typical of any major city pass - we used this for our three day tour of Paris and it came in very useful. We arrived late so we had to wait until the next day to pick up from collection point but that was fine.
Very good for getting around the huge queues in Paris...
Having this pass on our first visit to Paris was ideal. We liked the inclusion of the bus and quick entries to the museums. It was excellent value - much better than passes in London and Rome.
You must get a Paris Pass. It includes so many things all in one package. We had one , look up the site and see all it offers. It is well worth it .
A inexpensive and easy way to get to see the sites and attractions of Paris with no worries.
This was our second trip to Paris and my first real look at the city as I was sick for the whole trip the first time.
I wanted to make up for what i had not seen and with my husbands experience from our last trip I had a great guide.
The Paris Pass was the best thing we could have done and has encouraged us to do the same in other big European cities.
We felt so welcome with all the people we came in contact with from the people helping us tourists in the metro to all people. I had been told Paris people were not very friendly, well I will never believe that again.
Our trip was wonderful and the Pass made going to places so much more convenient, I hope to return one of these days as I was made to feel right at home.
Fantastic! It's as simple as that. And simple is what it made our first trip to Paris. On our next trip to Paris this will be our first purchase. A must buy
I have used these passes for London England and Paris France.
My only wish is that they would sell a seven day pass
Plus a monthly pass.
Other then that these passes are without a dough the best for traveling and transportation. Easy to use and very recognizable.
The Paris Pass was able to give me access to the City of Love and all its sites and vistas.
Paris Pass is very practical and good value for money. We enjoyed so much travelling & exploring Paris using The Pass. There was no time to wast while sightseeing the city.
An excellent way to economically see/visit Paris and its major attractions when you have limited time.
