Park, Ride, Fly............
excellent parking area, very, very good on price, picked up and transported to airport within minutes, transported back to car in the same way, car was as left, up on return. safe parking area for your car, easy to get to, runs along side of the runway so you can watch the planes take off or land. will use again and again.

NOT 10% DISCOUNT
I have not received a 10% discount which I find surprising when going through KentRewards and it states 10% discount. I could have booked my hotel and airport parking for a little more than I have paid with a supposed 10% discount.

EXCELLENT SERVICE
The staff are always helpful. Excellent spaces and good that you park and take your keys. No chance of anyone driving your car around the place. Security very good, very good lighting. Staff very friendly any eager to help.

Great
We used BCP at Gatwick airport when we went on holiday. It was so easy. We booked online. When we arrived everything was organised and ready for us. They parked the car for us, then there bus dropped us off at the terminal. When we arrived back in the UK their bus picked us up and took us bak to the car park. I car was in great condition. They had our keys waiting and we in and out within minutes. Definately will use them again.

Generally very reliable
We've used this company several times in the past and have always been well satisfied with both efficiency and customer service. We have never had cause to complain and so cannot comment upon how problem issues are dealt with.
The lack of a fifth star is due to the occasional difficulty we have in leaving the car park at the end of a stay. Sometimes the machine will refuse the card we used to pay with and we have to go through the intercom system to effect release. It's a minor, but annoying inconvenience, not least to any cars queued behind us.

Not quite five star
The parking is safe and secure with plenty of lighting and the price is competitive. We found it confusing when we first arrived as we not even sure if we were in the correct car park as the name BCP is not really obvious and did not want to enter the car park in case we were in the wrong place.
Returning is so much easier. The bus is easy to locate outside the terminal and does not take long.
We feel that the signing for the car park on arrival should be more obvious. There were two other people arriving at the same time and they also found it confusing. Not just us having a blonde morning.

Pricey but just about worth it
Got into the long term car park OK at about 4:30 AM. Had to wait for about 15 mins in the bus stop as 3 "Not in Service" buses went past. When an "in service" bus arrived everyone piled on and it was really packed. Much better on the return. Got to Stansted at about 11PM and there was a bus waiting so got back to the car really quickly. Overall satisfied with the price & service.

The system has improved since my last visit.
On previous visits my car registration was not picked up and I subsquently had to press the help button in order ot obtain my ticket. This time however after a short but long enough wait my ticket was automatically produced as expected.

Quick & easy
stress free, easy to park close to terminal and a lift if you need it. what more can I say. Down side - spaces can be a bit tight, but keep looking.

A slick first rate service at an affordable price
Previously known as Q Park. On the Bath Road close to Heathrow. Easy to locate and check in. Felt that the facility was secure and that my car would be well looked after.
Surprised that they didn't do a check round my vehicle to identify any existing dents or scrapes. Made me wonder whether they take responsibility for any damage.... Something worth checking before I book again.
Only a short distance to the airport terminal and they drop you off and collect you.
All in all a slick operation at a very reasonable price.

Spare wheel stolen from car, hotel not interested!
When returning from holiday to collect our car the spare wheel had been stolen from underneath the vehicle. The casing for the spare wheel was on the ground at the back of the car.
The car was parked at the Crown Plaza, Heathrow, but the staff at the hotel were not interested and said it was nothing to do with them if the car was broken into on their property!
Not the response we would expect.

access onto bus could be better
where bus stops at airport,bit of a pain as there is no ramps to get you and your suitcases up to the airport level.ie steps so its a struggle, more a problem for the airport,it caused us problems and we are able bodied. what would a disabled person do .

Trouble Free Parking..........
Great service, a large queque at 5am was quickly cleared and was soon at the airport terminal within minutes, return journey could not have been smoother bus was waiting at stop as we came out of the exit and were at the car park within minutes, handed voucher and receptionist provided car key and location of my car which was now in a nearer location. All in all good value for money and good service, I think the queques are a reflection of others getting to hear about good service.

used q parking before and have always been happy with the service provided.
Dropped our car off after being greeted by friendly staff and promptly taken to our flight terminal.
after a 20 hour flight back from Australia we were happy it only took a couple of minutes after a phone call to say we were waiting.

I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR QUITE A FEW YEARS AND ENTRY AND EXIT IS VERY SMOOTH. I RECEIVED THE 10% DISCOUNT VOUCHER AND IT WORKED OUT THE SAME PRICE. NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR A REGULAR CUSTOMER.
I NOTE THE COST HAS INCREASED QUITE A LOT.

Not meet & greet!
We were waiting over 30 minutes for our car to be delivered to us - not acceptable when we paid for a 'meet & greet' service! We could have got the bus quicker without paying the extra!

Convienient to airport
The BCP is competitive in price with other car parking facilities around the airport area though it would help if there was more under cover from the car park to the terminal for those walking with cases in the rain

I had to wait over 20 mins for the car to be picked up and on return waited from 8.50am to 9.30 am for my car to be returned apparently short of drivers I was less than ammused having been up all night

Fantastic service.
I will definitely be using the valet parking at manchester terminal 2 again. Everything worked like clockwork. Our car was safe and in the condition we left it. It made everything so easy arriving at the airport at 4:30am with 2 children. Fantastic.

Worked for us.
We had the valet service so we met our car at the terminal. Great after an overnight 8 hour flight. Didn't have to wait long for them to pick up the phone as other reviewers had mentioned. I'd recommend them.
