I will definitely be using the valet parking at manchester terminal 2 again. Everything worked like clockwork. Our car was safe and in the condition we left it. It made everything so easy arriving at the airport at 4:30am with 2 children. Fantastic.
We had the valet service so we met our car at the terminal. Great after an overnight 8 hour flight. Didn't have to wait long for them to pick up the phone as other reviewers had mentioned. I'd recommend them.
The carpark was really well signposted and easy to access. Having arrived a bit earlier than I thought I would I was still able to access the car park twenty minutes earlier than I expected to be there with no difficulty. The bus to and from the airport was the standard type of transport with plenty of space for the luggage. The trip to and from the airport is quick and the stop is almost at the door. I was slightly disappointed that knowing when the flights were arriving at silly o'clock, the bus(es) did not seem to be running to schedule picking us up and the waiting area only has a slightly larger than normal bus shelter and it was quite windy/cold after being somewhere warm. However, I will definitely use them again if I fly from Prestwick.
The staff were helpful and gave clear instructions on our return. Arrived with our car in a timely manner on leaving the airport. The drop off and collection zone is very busy and policed heavily by parking attendants which can make it difficult sometimes to park to drop off and collect
easy to use friendly helpful drivers on bus. call room staff really helpful made it easy and enjoyable stress free part of the holiday experience . good value for money
I found parking at Belfast International very quick and convienient to get to the terminal for my flight and also on my return home.
My only complaint would be that the day after booking I received an e mail offering me 10% off a booking (too late for this one).
When you enter the car park you have to ride around for ages to find a parking spot. If sections were checked maybe you could inform of where spaces are available. Also there was lots of surface water to paddle through to access vehicles. The shuttle buses were good but no advice is given about putting luggage were you can access easy when you arrive at your vehicle area. The bus we were on people were having to remove luggage off the bus to allow others to leave with theirs and then put luggage back on bus. When we got back the battery on our car was flat but the car park staff were excellent and used jump leads to get us going with no fuss which was much appreciated.
the barrier wasn't working at Liverpool so we couldn't get a ticket but the help attendant told us to park and when we came back - to press the call button again and give them the ref number
this worked perfectly.
would be better if you was allocated a certain area to park in e.g area c as it would save time driving around trying to find a space. In the summer it took 25 mins to find an available space. winter seems easier to find a space but would be quicker and easier if you could just head off to an allocated area to look.
Arrived at the carpark,and a transfer bus appeared in minutes to take us to the airport terminal.When we arrived back in the UK we only had to wait minutes for a transfer bus to take us back to the car park.The car was just as we had left it and we were quickly on our way home.Would definitely use again.Thanks.
We booked valet parking with BCP as we had used them before. Didn't expect them to then pass the job onto another company. We phoned 20 mins before arrival at Gatwick as requested. No one was there to meet us when we arrived and so phoned again to be told it would be 15 mins - so nobody had been dispatched to meet us when we first phoned. Good job we had left plenty of time before our flight. Will use a different service next time.
It was not obvious from the email what 'parkbcp' might be. Was it spam? someone from Nigeria / Azerbijan wanting money. Some indication that this was about parking at stansted Airport would have helped. I went to the mid car park. Excellent prompt bus service, close to the teminal, and all things good. But on the return at midnight the bus driver's announcements about where we were proved incomprehensible to a number of passengers who were still on the bus when he had completed a full circuit of the car park. I had signalled with the bell when we reached our park, but the bus did not stop.
We always use bcp. Cheap parking if booked in advance. Buses to the airport run every 15 mins. Thats time to park the car, check in and jump on the bus with luggage.
Equally good, efficient service on the way back too. The driver is also friendly.
We parked in the multi-storey, Terminal 1. The directions printed from the booking were not as straight forward as they could have been, we found it easily, but not from their directions.
Great idea to use your bank card (that you booked it with) for entrance and exit. Found a space no problem.
Only concern was that we had a flat battery on our return journey and there was no-one to ask within the car-park. There were phones around by the lifts, but no emergency number on them (except the usual 999). Ended up using the information desk at Terminal 1 where they were great.
The car-park is well lit and with easy access to the terminal will definately use it again.
Arrived very early in the morning, I remembered not to press the button, (a good start), had no problems at all.
Only one think, wasn't quite sure where to stop the car so the camera could see the number plate, may a line painted on the ground would help (I know what you're thinking - but I'm not blond). Overall, very easy - to problems and would recommend to friends and will be using BCP again. Thanks.
I liked the way we could drive to the drop off office rather than wait for a person to come to us. Similarly on our return a short walk from departures and we could see our car waiting - when I've used other meet and greet services we have had to wait ages for our car to be delivered. This service suited our needs much better.

i had my car serviced and mot'd 3 days before going on holiday and told my girlfriend on route from perth to edinburgh how smooth and effective it felt as it had been fitted with new brake discs and rear calipers,it had also been washed the day before we left. when we returned from holiday and collected the car it was very dirty, big splashes of mud at every wheel arch, obviously driven through wet puddles or similar at some speed and now i feel it wobbles from the front brakes when applied.
maybe iv'e got a suspicious mind but i think someone may have been playing with it.
Based on my experience (10/2011), I recommend to anyone thinking of using this service.
plus I now have dent in my car from a strip light that was hanging off the ceiling.
The receiving of the cars and reception was very good. the coach system was a little difficult because of having to put the bags on shelves in the middle of the coach I prefered the old system where the bags were stowed in the hold by the driver
