Purchased a grill door for £93. Delivery was 7 hours late. Received no communication from them about this. DPD (the courier company Partmaster use) could not contact me about this either as Partmaster had given their number as a contact number not mine. Door was faulty. Collection didn't happen on the day I had arranged with a manager. I was lied to that collection couldn't happen due to the weather, DPD said that no booking had been made, all delivery and collections had happened as planned in my area on that day. Would not issue refund until item had been returned to Partmaster. Still awaiting a refund and after all this they are refusing a refund of the postage despite already saying that they had refunded it. Would only offer refund rather than replacement as requested as it was now out of stock. They said that they could order direct from the supplier but the price had gone up by £15 and I would have to pay the higher price! Some very rude staff, some incompetent and some helpful but ineffectual. Do not believe their returns information, this is not what I experienced.
Very poor indeed, I will never use Partmaster again.
I ordered a new oven door that arrived smashed.
I had to order and pay for a replacement with a promise of a refund for the first one.
To be refunded within 5 working days.
That was on 26/1/13 and it is now 10/3/13 and 4 phone calls further and there is no sign of my refund.
I am about to put the matter into the hands of a debt recovery agency who no doubt will charge more than the £133 they owe me, plius the phone calls of course.
Avoid this bunch of cowboys like the plague
I ordered a laptop battery, via the telephone and a few days later received an inkjet cartridge. The invoice inside the parcel plainly stated "Battery" I think there should be a system in place whereby companies should reimburse the customer for the cost and inconvenience of their mistakes. I probably spent about an hour in total on the telephone listening to annoying messages during the process of trying to sort this,as well as the cost and inconvenience of driving to my local town to post the item back. If they had to pay the customer for the inconvenience caused , they might review their own customer services and improve them accordingly.And never once during the five telephone conversations did I receive an apology.I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.
Ordered a Fridge Drawer (£25.99) on a Thursday lunchtime to replace a broken item and paid for next day delivery (£8.99) as I was on leave the following day to receive the delivery, but was back at work the following week and would not be at home for delivery.
The booking was followed up with a dispatch confirmation stating that the item has been dispatched from the distribution centre at 0817hrs on Friday morning.
The item didnt arrive until the following Monday at 1043hrs a full 4 days after ordering - hardly next day is it Partmaster ?
2 complaint emails later requesting that they refund the difference between 1st class and next day delivery charge which I think is fair, but this company will not even show the courtesy to reply which says what they think about their customers. It is now 9 days since I sent my first complaint email to their customer services team and I'm still waiting for a reply despite a follow up reminder to them.
Think twice before using Partmaster, they’re good at taking your order and your money, but they will not respond to dissatisfied customers. I will never use them again.
ordered items and paid for next day delivery which never arrived so contacted them, advised out of stock and will be dispatched on next day delivery as due in. emailed them and now being told it has been dispatched and that i have not been charged for next day so will receive good in 2-4 days, my invoice clearly show i paid delivery at £8.99 which is the only next day by DHL delivery option for any size order. Worst damn company to deal with
DSG Group have no customer services. i think i will need to complain to head office on this as they are the only ones that seem to do something.
would not recommend tPartmaster o anyone. Tried to complain about cost of returning googs, and nobody has contacted me. I was also charged £10 fordoing so. Allthough I have no goods, I am £10 worth off for ordering with Partmaster. Be aware that as well as postage charges you pay for re-stocking when items are returned, example £17.00 worth of goods will cost £!0 to return!
I have had the opposite service to the previous two customers. Ordered my oven fan on Thursday and it arrived on Friday even though I hadn't paid for next day delivery!!
It's fitted although a few minor adjustments had to be made and I can only say how impressed I am with the speed and efficiency - just hope it does the job and doesn't cause me to review my comments - Well done!!
Never never again...same company to 4Kenwood.co.uk, very poor quality customer service and liars....

Read the reviews of this company BEFORE you order anything I have been told so many lies that I have now after 4 weeks of emailing and 6 premium line phone calls decided to cancel the order. In the middle of this Ireceived a call stating it would now be another 2-4 weeks which in their time span is probaby 2 - 3 years.
