Can it get any more hopeless!

Not only did I receive the wrong item, invoiced to the wrong person, the returns label was never sent and I wasn't given a returns number. When I spoke to a second person I was told that it was a collectable item only - so the first person didn't have a clue what they were doing. When are these large organisations going to train their staff properly.
