Good website with great range, but if anyone had told me it could take 7 days for an item to be delivered when you've paid over £3.00 p&p for a very small parcel, I'd have thought they were joking.
Could not find the part I required on the web-site.
The telephone helpline was no use at all and the text message gave me a completely irrelevant part number.
I eventually took a guess at the part number and got away with the replacement part which was quite similar. From the description on the invoice I was able to search the website more thoroughly and found the exact part I needed. So OK for future needs.
Replacement adaptor ordered for toshiba laptop. Items arrived in good time but adaptor has figure of 8 mains connection and mine is a clover leaf. Great I thought when i realised that there was a mains cable as well only to discover that it was a clover leaf connection. Why send the two bits that are totally incompatible? Phoned to complain and still waiting for result of the 'bin inspection' at the warehouse. Second call to Judy on 29th Dec perfectly polite but unable to progress until result of bin inspection originated by Daniel on 23rd Nov. If it ever gets sorted I will never use again.

Amazing website there are so many parts but very easy to find just what you want, straight forward ordering and all at a great price, delivery was very quick. Will not look anywhere else now for spares.
I was happy to receive my goods at the time that had been stated on the email, which meant that I could plan my day without stress. I'd tried all round Medway to find a replacement bulb for my oven. Electrolux web site did not appear to stock them. Found Partmaster site easy to communicate. Very precise descriptions of items. Picked the one I thought was right, delivered next day! All OK. Any complaints? Only the postage which was outrageous.
I needed a drawer front for my Matsui freezer, I went on line to Partmaster ,found the part I wanted with no problem. It was dispatched ,and received in just a few days.
The part is now fitted, with no problem and working fine.
Couldn't believe my laptop battery had died! Managed to find what I was looking for on-line, had been expecting to pay twice the price that was quoted. Ordered it, and it was delivered within a couple of days. As a fairly new to shopping on-line I was impressed.
My harddrive clicker had started to play up went into Curry's who gave us card for partsmaster. Went on line found clicker for my unit and ordered. Delivered very quickily and worked without any problems. This clicker was slightly different to my original but only a few buttons had changed and played a bit and learned what they each do. Might be a good idea to have the website for the clicker sent in with item then people could look on line at any changes. Recommended them to my father who thinks his remote is playing up.
Unfortunately there were no matching part numbers for the item I required, so I ordered the recommended and approved part but could not verify if it would be appropriate due to the lack of dimensions in the description. The part turned out to be the wrong size.
I have again used Partmaster to order a new Element for my fan oven. What I really like about Partmaster is I can get genuine parts and the service is excellent.
My only complaint is I feel we should be able to contact Partmaster on a Free phone number.
The part I ordered came within the times specified by text and email this I felt was excellent service and I would be happy to reccomend this company to my friends and family.
The item arrived broken and I then had to wait several days for collection and a further period for the refund. Partsmaster would not replace the item unless I paid again.
The reason for the breakage was poor packing.

Our Zanussi Fridge Freezer broke down on a Saturday evening. Some investigations on Sunday morning led me to the electromechanical defrost timer being at fault.
Placed a next day order on Partmaster just before 12pm Sunday, the part was delivered by 1.15pm on Monday, fridge fixed in 20 minutes.

I ordered the wrong size item, as item did not have measurements included on the webpage so I didn't know it was the wrong size. I am still trying to process the return, they're very slow at responding and not very helpful!
Pulling out an overloaded ice tray snapped off the lever that stops the ice filling up.
Online I found the lever easy to find using partmasters search on freezer model then part name. It only set me back £2.99 and came in the post in A couple of days.
just one screw secured the new part in and good as new
