This purchase happened months ago, and the service was very good. This order however is a phantom , there was no money taken from my account but I am left wondering how this could have happened. I sent an email questioning it but received no reply.

The fuel pump on my Fiat Multipla went and we had to leave the car over 100 miles from home at a local garage. When we phoned them a couple of days later they had worked out that it was the fuel pump but they couldn't get the part.
I got online to parts Gateway, the site located all the details about my car by doing a reg check, and before I knew it I had 2 quotes. I chose one, paid and had it sent directly to the garage. It arrived the next day ! I was then able to collect my car the following day.
Ordered a second hand boot actuator received it within 2 days but when it arrived it was broke and was obviously faulty when sent, contacted company through e-mail got no reply tried again a few days later still nothing so wrote it off as it would have cost me more to send back than it was worth plus you do not get postage back if returned. So I thought that was the end of that ripped off I lose. But I was wrong , a replacement part arrived today fully in working order fixed my problem, but no letter with it, no explanation as to why. So as I said earlier very odd but they did honor there part of the transaction and I am now a happy customer. But some communication between us would have been helpful hence the 3 star rating
When the air temperature dropped to -40.00 degrees C, I discovered that the sensor had been pulled off when I drove down a cart track . My garage couldn't see the car for three weeks so decided to mend it myself.
I ordered a light, by providing a registration number, they sourced the part for a fraction of the price, payment process was smooth. Item arrived next day packaged superbly and was fitted within ten minutes.

This would have cost a lot of money if I had gone to a garage - Parts Gateway found me the part I needed at half the price of a new part, it was delivered quickly and my car was back on the road in days. Will definitely use again :)
I looked for a part for my Renault Megane, assuming it would be ok and cheaper than going to my main dealer. I was wrong ! The key cap I ordered through Parts Gateway arrived after 5 days. Most of the satin finish was peeling away, and worst of all, one of the clips which is supposed to hold it in place was broken off. Including postage, I paid £14.00 for the part, which of course I can't use. To make matters worse, I later discovered that if i had gone to my local main Renault dealer, I could have picked up a BRAND NEW cap for £8.00, over the counter. As requested, I gave feedback to Bridgenorth Renault and made them aware of my dissatisfaction. I politely suggested that they sent me a replacement part I could use. Surprise, surprise, I've heard nothing !!!

Recently purchased a door for my daughter's Puma.
Was a bit surprised to only receive the lower door panel, excluding the upper frame which holds the window.Luckily the one on the door we were scrapping was in good condition.
The price, service and prompt delivery was otherwise excellent.
The pre-owned off side rear light cluster must have been wrapped i 10 meters of bubble wrap. light itself in perfect condition. Came next day just as the site said it would. Really fast. Price quite reasonable compared to new from main stealer.
