wheel hub with a doggy bearing !!!!!!

the wheel hub i bought was as bad as the one i took off so still had to buy a new wheel bearing not a good deal would have been cheaper to take it to a garage

    Hello Mike,

    Your original parts request on Christmas Day was for a "N/S front wheel hub", we note no additional information entered in the adjacent field either querying or stipulating the condition of the bearings (a separate, service item - normally replaced for a few pounds either DIY or at a local garage). You placed your order online on 28th Dec and this was dispatched on 2nd Jan. We have checked with Jap Parts Ltd (the supplier of your hub) and they confirm you have not been in contact by phone, nor is there any online msg history from yourself appended to the quote to suggest you were unhappy with the part. Item was supplied with a 30-day warranty, so if you had flagged the issue up to Jap parts within that period (instead of waiting until it expired to post a neg review on here), then they could have either replaced or refunded. Very sorry the item didn't meet your expectation anyway, we have forwarded your review to the supplier with aim of improving the comprehensiveness of their quotes going forwards.
