WHAT A CON, PAID £2.00 MORE THAN MY MAIN DEALER WOULD CHARGE FOR A PART I CANNOT USE !
I looked for a part for my Renault Megane, assuming it would be ok and cheaper than going to my main dealer. I was wrong ! The key cap I ordered through Parts Gateway arrived after 5 days. Most of the satin finish was peeling away, and worst of all, one of the clips which is supposed to hold it in place was broken off. Including postage, I paid £14.00 for the part, which of course I can't use. To make matters worse, I later discovered that if i had gone to my local main Renault dealer, I could have picked up a BRAND NEW cap for £8.00, over the counter. As requested, I gave feedback to Bridgenorth Renault and made them aware of my dissatisfaction. I politely suggested that they sent me a replacement part I could use. Surprise, surprise, I've heard nothing !!!
