Within a few hours of my request quotes started coming through. Chose the one I wanted and parts arrived within 24 hours no fuss. Great service.

Cannot fault the service, entered the part I wanted, got the replies back next day, placed the order and received the part shortly after. Would certainly recommend based on this experience .

I dealt with Ace Vauxhall Parts , part of your group, and was entirely satisfied with the polite, helpful service, the money saving price and the fast delivery. I would recommend Ace to my Grannie!

Efficient operation

I entered my details and got several replies, with quite differing prices to be honest.
I did however get what I was after, when they said it would come and in good time.

Can't say fairer than that.

great knowledgeable response to my enquiry

I was lold it would cost about £149.00 just for the part by Renault and an independant electrician. I got the part £40.00 after discusion on the phone with a member of the team. It was a used part but fitted it quite quickly and is working perfectly.
Well done to all.

I have bought several items via Parts Gateway some large and some small and have received 1st class service on all my purchases with speedy delivery and secure payment system.Polite and helpfull people on the end of the phone .5 star treatment/

Once I could get through on the phone, it took two days, I was able to order the parcel shelf hinges required and they were received promptly, and have already been fitted.

I must say the service was first class. And the person I spoke with on the phone was so helpful, nothing was any trouble and most important he was very civil to speak with. I would have no problem coming back to gateway for a quotation. plus delivery was so quick from the time the order was placed. Winston Stewart Belfast.

Excellent service from Milner off-road. The company emailed a photo of part.

Milner Off-road are a brilliant company. The telephonists are 'motor friendly' and know what is what! I ordered a second very small part, a flange, which the telephonist searched through her books to find the exact part and named it! All female staff were very knowledgeable and I would certainly use Milner and Parts Gateway as my first choice to find spare parts. I had recently very expensive bad experience with a firm from 24/7, Fenland Breakers, who kept sending the wrong part then refusing to answer the telephone. My bank are attempting to claw back the £ 100 or so from that company.

Wonderful, need I say more.

You are one of the best people I have ever dealt with, especially on price and fast delivery. I will not hesitate to use you again should the need arise, Jack Lester.

Quick solution to difficult to source parts

Response was quick and I soon had two potential suppliers to choose from . Followed up on the cheapest supplier and received the parts the day after purchasing them. I was pleased with the service and the finances where dealt with sercurely. I would use them again.

great way to find parts off the shelf

bought a few things from parts gateway but since they are used parts you have to check them your self some times as some times they have been removed by a monkey as they have been damaged but you have no problem getting refunds depending on the seller they are some times a bit hard to contact as they seem only interested is the selling side some of the parts are a bit price considering in my case the car I have even the youngest model are 12 years old so you can expect rust etc but on the whole a good site to find parts for your Mercedes

I asked gateway to find me a car part within a hour I had the part found and had quotes for them emailed to me I knew the part was a gamble as to it being ok but with 30 and 90 day warranty I could not go wrong for a quarter of the cost of a new one it was perfect thanks a lot

out of the two parts i requested only one was right. just as well it was not expensive i did not bother to follow it up with inquires.
