Easy Cheesy
No probs that would keep me from using PartsGeek again. Only issue was I ordered a set of shocks for my 2004 Toyota Tacoma 4WD w separate p/ns for each shock (left and right rear). There was no indication on the boxes which shock was for which side. of my truck. The p/n's and descriptions on my order did not offer any help. The website didn't help. And the vendor website didn't help!

Great price, very good quality, very impressed.
I purchased a passenger side mirror for a Chevy Impala, I have to admit I was concerned about the quality of this mirror because the price was almost to reasonable. Ripped off for core charge.
Part shipped on time. Quality part installed ok and worked ok. Did not get any RMA or core shipping instructions. Sent e-mail requesting RMA, got an e-mail with a number stating they'd get around to it. More e-mails and It is obvious I'm getting ripped off for core charge. No phone number to contact customer service either. I will never use again.

You have very fast service.
I received my first of three orders. Imagine my surprise when I opened up to find disk brakes when I had ordered an oil cap. Now the rest of my order arrived as ordered. Good job but somebody out got an oil cap when they paid for disc brakes.

Quick delivery and parts fit like a glove
After comparing prices for replacement headlights for my wife's 2007Yukon I saved about $265 per headlight from Partsgeek.com.
They were ident lee to the original parts and installation was a snap. I will shop here again in the future

Excellent Porsche cabin filter
This cabin air filter for my porsche cayman was one fourth the price as buying a filter from the dealer and it looked exactly like the original and the directions to install the filter were also good. The filter also arrived in just three days with basic shipping.

Part price was great. The part arrived really fast. It took a long time finding out how to get the core returned and I had to pay shipping . which meant; a trip to the post office and $6.00/ The page says free shipping. A phone# would have been useful. They never redsponded to my fax
