I ordered a window motor from many choices. I received it in one week and the packaging was good. It took about 2 hours to install it in a Corolla. I would recommend PartsGeek to get reasonable priced auto parts.

your web site shows parts available yet when ordered they fall into backorder. you do nothing . the customer waits for delivery then makes inquiry as to status then and only then do you advise that the parts are backordered,with a statement added that you have no system in place to notify the purchaser of said backorder.

I found the shipping extremely slow, and I tried to phone to ask about parts a few times and could never get a human on the phone. I am only hoping they shipped the correct parts because I understand returns (which is a huge part of any parts business) is a nightmare!!
This has to be one of the best if not the best online part buying experience I have ever had. The exact part, for the best price, and fast delivery. I saved over eighty ($80) dollars ordering my part here instead of my local part store. And I saved over twenty ($20) dollars from the other online parts places I have used in the past. Definitely be returning and recommending.
The prices for the parts I needed were the best I could find. The delivery was quicker than I expected. First order arrived the next day. When I need more auto parts, I will be going to Parts Geek.
They have the worst Customer Service EVER. We ordered two parts on a Saturday for our business truck. Wednesday our order still was not processed. Attempted over and over to contact them by phone, left on hold for 30 minutes with no one coming to the phone. Sent the email on their help section and received a reply that it would take them 24 hours to answer. Then received a reply that they had system issues and should receive the part in a few day. Never was I able to actually speak with someone to find out when the part would go out or to be able to cancel the order.
So far So Good. No complaints! Everything that I ordered has been a perfect fit. Keep up the Good Work Guy's and Gal's.

I ordered a rear wheel bearing for my car, but received a part that did not fit. When I looked closely at the parts geek website, it says I have to pay for return shipping no matter who is at fault. I will not be buying any more parts from this website.
Needed a left tail light for my Expedition. I Googled for the part and up came PartsGeek. I checked the site, they had the tail light assembly for a fraction of the cost (even with shipping) of having to go to Ford to get one. So I ordered it. 10 days later it was in my mail box, which was pretty fast considering the weather from Colorado (where I live) to Illinois (where the part came from was ice and snow for the whole week...oh, and the part fit perfectly.
I ordered cup holder inserts for my 2006 Trailblazer. The price was not too bad, but once the shipping was added, the total came out to almost $30 for two rubber inserts that aren't even Chevrolet parts. They are small and light. I can't imagine why shipping was so high, except as a way to boost revenue. PartsGeek would do well to charge what the actual shipping really costs, rather than building profit into it. Delivery was quick, parts were as advertised. They will hold a cup.
The site was easy to use and I found exactly what I was looking for. Checkout and shipping was easy. Once I received the part, I verified that it was correct before installing it. I was very careful and meticulous when installing this part, insuring that it was installed correctly. Once installed, I noticed that the part works, at least for now, but makes an incredibly annoying, loud, clicking noise. I was dumb founded as I've been doing these types of things for 17 years, so I asked my buddies and checked the internet...general consensus is that it was just a bum part. Made in Korea, of inferior material, to sub-standard specifications...so, ordered another part, hopefully of better quality, from another website...hopefully have better results.
